- Klaus-Peter A.July 2022PositivosCity center of Dijon within walking distance, sanitary facilities new and clean, lots of shadeNegativosStation for gray water disposal directly at the entranceGreat location for sightseeingWe were here for a stopover to see Dijon. We really liked the site because of the beautiful shade (old plane trees) and the apparently almost new sanitary building.
A footpath leads directly from the campsite to the city center of Dijon (20-25 minutes).
We felt very comfortable here. The only (minor)... downside was that camping toilets and other waste water are disposed of at a waste water station right at the entrance, with a clear view of the campers who have just arrived. This is certainly practical for the overnight pitches for motorhomes available there (the waste water station for motorhomes was also there), but too open and indiscreet for me. However, this does not detract from the overall rating.Traduzido automaticamente. - Winfried T.May 2022PositivosPlenty of space and shadyNegativos.New sanitary facilitiesGreat town square, walking distance to the city center, new sanitary facilities, I don't expect much moreTraduzido automaticamente.
- Andreas W.August 2019PositivosLocation close to Dijon, some large, beautiful pitches with mature treesNegativosSanitary facilities disgusting, no store, no restaurantGreat location, sanitary unfortunately disgustingWe stayed at this site for 3 nights in August 2019. Some of the pitches are very large and have beautiful old trees. The location of the site was perfect for getting to Dijon by bike. You could also cycle to a nearby lake with a beautiful park.
There is no store or restaurant on the site. Sometimes there... is a pizza van. But we didn't use that.
The site would have been really nice if the sanitary facilities hadn't been really disgusting and nauseating. After more than 10 years of camping experience all over Europe, we've seen quite a lot. But this was the pinnacle.Traduzido automaticamente. - Barbara W.August 2019PositivosClose to the town with footpath in the park. Kiosk with minimal catering, pizza trolley on site. Shady pitches.NegativosUnkempt sanitary facilities, hardly any infrastructure on site.Only recommendable because of the locationTypical municipal site, with rather repulsive sanitary facilities. Only the proximity to the town with the footpath through the shady park makes this site worth recommending. You should book in advance during the season. Once you have visited the town, which is absolutely worth seeing, there is hardly any reason to stay....Traduzido automaticamente.
- Thomas N.July 2019PositivosClose to the city - actually too good as a transit site. Friendly reception.NegativosSanitary facilities.Beautiful transit area with very large pitchesA transit site close to the city with very large pitches (parceled out). Super location for a stroll through the beautiful old town of Dijon - approx. 2.5km. Located directly on a cycle path that leads into the city. Very quiet. A bathing lake is within walking distance. Shopping facilities nearby -... (large) Inter Marchè. Electricity columns partly far away - don't forget a long cable. Largely shady. Sanitary facilities old and partly not very clean. In need of renovation. There were containers with showers and toilets at the end of the pitch. More suitable for a few fitters who stayed at the end of the pitch during our stay.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Ina-Susanne E.July 2019PositivosClose to the cityVery centrally located place, close to Dijon City, great bike pathsEverything ok; good location to explore the city👍 the sanitary facilities are old but clean!!! The staff is very friendly. It is also good that you can order a baquette and croissant for the next morning.Traduzido automaticamente.
- frank w.June 2019PositivosProximity to the city, friendliness, unbeatable priceNegativosNonePlace close to the city, perfect for two/three nightsNice place close to the city on the lac de Kir, free choice of place, old trees, unbeatable cheap (2p. without electricity with caravan 11.80 €) very friendly welcome, Santär a bit older but absolutely o.k..Traduzido automaticamente.
- Ekna S.May 2019Beware of thieves on the moveWe actually wanted to stay for two nights. But on the very first night, the pop-top roof of our camper van was slashed open and we were robbed. As we didn't notice anything, we assume that we were drugged in some way. The campsite staff didn't help and went straight back to business as usual.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Torben H.April 2019PositivosPrice / performance The location Large pitches FriendlinessNegativosNoneMore than just DijonThe campsite surprises with really great large pitches. Everyone gets a place as they like. In addition to visiting Dijon, you should also explore the area, especially by bike. The sanitary facilities are very old but were always clean. The owners are very nice and you can check in easily. The only drawback... is the pizza stall, a culinary highlight that you should avoid. There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy everything or simply cycle into town to eat.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Achim W.September 2018PositivosEasy to reach, quiet location by the river and close to the lake, large plots, foot/cycle path to DijonNegativosPedestrian/cycle path to Dijon is unlit, sanitary facilities need to be renovated or completely refurbished.Stopover on the way to GermanyWe chose the campsite as a stopover on our way home from the south of France. The staff member gave us a friendly welcome and spoke both English and a little German. We were allowed to choose our own spacious pitch. It was possible to order baguettes for the next morning, but unfortunately they could... only be picked up from 09:00. No restaurant, no snack bar, no bar, no store. Nothing nearby either. Only in Dijon itself. We walked the 30 minutes there, but took a cab back. Quite a quiet location in the countryside. Nice playground. The sanitary facilities are past their best and should be replaced with new ones. Including chemical toilet disposal. The current solution where drinking water can be taken on the side of the column and the chemical toilet is emptied in the middle is an absurdity for me. More infrastructure and new sanitary facilities would turn the site from a transit site into a vacation site. A good base camp for exploring Dijon and the surrounding area.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Barbara W.August 2018PositivosLocation to the city, good parking spacesGreat city campingA very well located place to visit the city of Dijon. Large, beautiful pitches, you are right on the cycle path. The sanitary facilities are mediocre, but all in all it was a successful stayTraduzido automaticamente.
- Michael H.August 2018PositivosClose to the city center. Reasonably priced . 3 nights (1 person and 1 caravan) cost €49NegativosnoneGood location for visiting DijonThe campsite is located directly on the canal. It is a 2 km walk to the town. The sanitary buildings are in good condition. The pitches are asphalted and spacious. There is a trolley on the site where you can buy pizza. However, a Margherita pizza costs €10. You can only buy small items at reception. A bottle of beer (0.33 l) costs €2.50.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Edgar H.May 2018PositivosProximity to the old town Good transport links Green oasis with connection to cycle and footpath Lake in the immediate vicinity Spacious parking spacesNegativosSanitary facilities need to be upgraded in terms of space You can hear the traffic noise Mostly places under treesMoutarde de Dijon and much moreGood city campsite located about 1.5 km from the old town in the countryside. Located directly on the route around Dijon. Next to the campsite, a foot and cycle path leads directly to the center and the lake. From there you can reach the Canal de Bourgogne. Very good cycle paths and signposting. Bus... connection 200 m away. Pitch infrastructure: the pitches are large, mostly under trees (= shade). Only one central supply column for motorhomes at the entrance. Waste separation. Sanitary facilities: rudimentary facilities. Washing up only possible outside. Shopping facilities: Supermarkets approx. 750 m away. Bread service on site. Nevertheless, Dijon was worth a stay. Thanks to the location of the campsite, you could easily reach the city and go on bike tours. The old town is one of the most beautiful in France. Remarkably well preserved. You should definitely make a stop. Typical French atmosphere and mentality. Super.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Angelika S.October 2017PositivosLocation, shade, friendlinessNegativosSanitary facilitiesOK as a transit areaIt is a transit campsite, most people stay one or max. two nights. The location is nice on the river/canal, within walking distance of the lake or the city center (approx. 30 min.) The pitches are good and spacious, mostly shady. And here's the thing: the sanitary facilities take some getting used to!... Not for arachnophobes ;-) They were cleaned daily, but only up to waist height and not very thoroughly. A shame really, otherwise you could stay there longer. The proximity to the old town is great, also otherwise a very friendly CP!Traduzido automaticamente.
- Wiebke A.October 2017PositivosCampsite layout very nice and lovingNegativosSanitary facilities are poorVery nice at first glance...When we arrived as a stopover on the way to the south of France, our first impression of the campsite was very positive. The site looks lovely, well-kept, nicely parceled out, uncomplicated arrival, free choice of pitches. But the sanitary facilities are an absolute disaster and we avoided them completely. The bar was closed, bread rolls were only available very late and the kiosk only sold water.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Andy A.September 2017Positivosclose to the city, relatively quiet and inexpensiveNegativosClose to the city and borderline sanitary facilitiesIn the middle of the city - just for a stopoverThe campsite is in the middle of Dijon. However, this also means that you have to drive through the middle of the city. The staff were friendly, but there was no restaurant or anything else open on the site. A short walk and you were at the main station, where there were a few places to eat. The sanitary... building was very old and not clean. We didn't use the showers there either. Definitely better than a parking lot for a stopover, but not again for us. However, the pitches were well laid out and a decent size.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Gregor B.September 2017PositivosLocation: quiet, relatively close to the city centerNegativosReception opening hours in low seasonGood city campingLarge city campsite, quietly situated by the river near the Canal de Bourgogne. City center can be reached on foot on a beautiful path along the river in about 30 minutes (by bike about 15 minutes). Bread roll service, unfortunately only from 9.00 a.m. in low season - definitely too late for early starters (e.g. for a bike tour along the Canal de Bourgogne). Small bar, large tent with tables and chairs useful for tent campers. Friendly staff.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Michael D.August 2017PositivosDijon Center, Lac du Kir, very convenient city squareNegativosNo gastronomy, simple sanitary facilitiesDijon Center is worth itWith the motorhome (also for 9m+, large pitches) the site is ideal for visiting Dijon (very worth seeing), provided you are mobile by bike or scooter (approx. 5 km). Nearby (<1 km) the Lac du Kir with swimming pool and leisure facilities. Walk your dog next to the campsite along the river (similar to a park). High season 22.- € incl. dog and electricity absolutely cheap. No catering (bread can be ordered).Traduzido automaticamente.
- sylvie l.June 2017Positivosin the city but quietNegativosit's a real garbage cancamping or waste disposal?lovely shady campsite, nice welcome but unkempt: high grass, hedges cut but branches on pitches, on pitches, beer cans, cigarette butts, paper toys, chairs clothes... new sanitary facilities but already black due to lack of maintenance. showers extremely small you have to wear a bathing suit as you can neither hang up nor put down.Traduzido automaticamente.
