A very special place
We were lucky enough to be there in the off-season and we were the only guests on the huge, beautiful grounds. There was nobody else in the chic apartments and nobody else in the camping area.
It was absolutely quiet and relaxed. A real insider tip.
The playground is very simple but really great and... high quality. You can use the existing seating if you want.
The toilet pavilion was perfectly adequate and clean anyway, but was cleaned very thoroughly after our arrival especially for us.

We were the only ones on site who didn't expect to bathe in the hot springs. But the morning after our arrival we were informed that the pools were now full. That was paradisiacal as, as I said, we were the only ones there and it was otherwise already quite cool in October.

We didn't use the restaurant, although it would have been open especially for us.

Only the numerous cats were really annoying in the end due to their intrusiveness. As we were the only ones there, we were probably the only ones of interest. You had to be careful that the cat didn't jump on your plate.

This campsite contributes directly and wonderfully to relaxation! It still seems to be an insider tip, because it only has 16 pitches - obviously still quite newly parceled out - which were at most 1/3 full despite the high season. The pitches are very, very large - with a 4 x 7 m tent and a car that... can be parked on the pitch, we still had plenty of room for tables, chairs, space to play, ... The trees and bushes are still very small, so there is no shade at the moment! There is a small, simple but beautiful playground and three greenhouses: one serves as a wine museum, one as a fitness room with a fridge and one for the actual purpose of growing vegetables. The chef uses these every evening to prepare the food. There is a stylish restaurant on site where you can enjoy excellent, freshly grilled food. There is also an impressive pool area. There are two smaller pools with waterfalls and a kind of swimming pond. Everything is fed with water from a warm spring, so that the water in the pools is around 35°C warm. The refreshment doesn't come when you get into the water, but when you get out of it ... There is a lot to discover in and around the pools - our children had hours of fun exploring! Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge. There are ancient olive trees, vines and an enclosure for chickens, sheep and pigeons on the grounds. A few cats and a dog also roam around. You feel like you're in the middle of nowhere! There is no major town or road nearby and the nearest shops are miles away. But the view of the starry sky at night is completely clear and the peace and quiet is fantastic! The sanitary facilities are in stark contrast to this: a container with a toilet/shower for men and women.

Thermal spring directly on the campsite within 3 minutes walking distance, very nice warm water, newly designed, next to it a small sauna in wooden construction. There are new sanitary facilities in this area. Special recommendation for the restaurant, very good Etruscan cuisine. Very friendly staff. Country estate, somewhat secluded from the road, very quiet.
