Great place as a base for excursions in Provence
We stayed at this campsite for 10 days with the family in August and had a very good time. During the high season there were mainly French guests. Many of the pitches have plenty of shade and the pitches are also very large. Yes, you can easily hear the highway or country road - but we didn't find it... annoying. The immediate surroundings (fields, residential buildings) didn't bother us either. It was mainly the French teenagers who enjoyed themselves at the pool, the other guests were mainly lying on their loungers. There is WLAN, unfortunately only 10 minutes a day free of charge. However, you can book a flat rate for a reasonable amount. We had our bikes with us - but this is a bit of a challenge, as the neighboring village is very hilly. After the village, however, it was easy to cycle on quiet side roads. We went on excursions in the region every day - there really is a lot to visit nearby (up to an hour's drive), e.g. Pont du Gard, Avignon, Nimes, Arles, Orange, Roussillon and many more.

Small site with approx. 30 pitches and 20 mobile homes, outside the village. Village center approx. 25 min. walk, downhill there, uphill back. Pitches almost all sloping, some with resinous trees. The owners are friendly and helpful; both speak French and English. Baguettes and pain can be ordered at... reception. Unfortunately, the area around the site is somewhat neglected: abandoned vineyards and a run-down housing estate adjacent to the site. Right next to this (away from the actual campsite) is the (unheated) pool. The nearby road towards Avignon and the highway, which is 1 km away as the crow flies, are clearly audible. There was also noise pollution at night (except Mondays) from 11pm due to disco music with DJ announcements. The site is conveniently located for excursions to Avignon, Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and the Fontaine-de-Vaucluse.
