The new sanitary facilities are great. All information about the site and e.g. an online bread roll ordering service is available in the app. Very friendly staff. The dogs were welcome and could swim in the river and there are lots of... great hiking trails from the campsite. There are no big cities nearby. But if you're looking for nature, you can let off steam in Luxembourg and the Eifel. We find it borderline to charge €9.00 for a day of fast wifi... that doesn't work. Charging extra for 16 A is normal, but then it has to work. With a free place at the river you had to make the reservation (25,00€) anyway. Unfortunately, you get the feeling that a lot of money is to be generated quickly with minimal effort. Even when asked, they didn't want to be persuaded to refund anything, as the booked service was not provided in full, which we found very unfortunate.
