- Dieter B.October 2016PositivosClean sanitary facilities. Short distances to the S-Bahn stationBase camp for a 3-day visit to MunichThis was our base camp for a 3-day visit to Munich (04 - 08.10.16). Our impression: The pitches were a bit cramped, but okay. Sanitary facilities were clean and in good condition. Very friendly team. Short distances to the S-Bahn station to Lochhausen (approx. 3 km), and to shopping (Lidl, Tegelmann, Kaufland) to Gröbenzell (4 km). We felt comfortable there and will definitely come back again. Thanks to the team.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Martin B.July 2016PositivosTOP location Clean sanitary facilities Friendly staffNegativosnothing to complain about :-)Super long for Munich and the surrounding area - sanitary facilities very warm and cleanWe stayed here for our Munich tip. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The sanitary facilities were extremely clean and well heated (underfloor heating). Will gladly come again.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Matthias R.January 2015PositivosSanitary warm and clean, nice staffNegativosLoud, very narrow, tourist campers in the parking lotPure permanent campsite/permanent residenceWe stayed there for one night in January as it was the only site open near Munich. We received a very friendly welcome, there were fresh bread rolls in the morning, the night cost €21, the sanitary building was warm and clean. The place is as already described a pretty noisy place, the highway is 100 meters away, there is heavy traffic when the permanent campers come from work in the evening. OK for one night if necessaryTraduzido automaticamente.
- Andrea L.August 2014NegativosUnfortunately I could only give one star because we could not use the place and only a written evaluation is not possible hereUnreliable for me!I had written an e-mail to the operators because my husband and I wanted to spend a week there. I didn't get a reply. I then called them and the owner told me to call the day before, I didn't need to book in advance. One day before our arrival I called and the operator's husband said we could come (800... km journey). When we arrived at half past four in the afternoon, only the representative was there and she told us that there was no more space available and we couldn't stay there. They neither called the operator nor looked for possible solutions. This is not acceptable and not serious for us.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Andreas H.April 2014PositivosWashrooms and toilets very clean and warm.NegativosThere is no smoking ban anywhere. No W-LAN despite direct metropolitan area! Price-performance ratio absolutely unacceptable!!!Cp is not recommendable!!! The pitches for caravans are like a battery farm for chickens! No space to put table and chairs in front of the caravan. You can hear every word your neighbor says - zero privacy! No quality of stay for children as there is no meadow. Playground and soccer field are supposedly... at the nearby lake, but it is almost 2 km away and only accessible by crossing the highway feeder road, so you can't send children alone. The football pitch resembled a potato field! The staff are very reserved and not exactly friendly.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Thomas R.December 2013We were at the campsite at the end of 2013 and were more than disappointed, we were greeted by a bad-tempered man Mr. Meyer, who assigned us a pitch that had no satellite reception, even after changing the WOwa several times, it stayed that way, my conclusion, fingers away from the campsite, VERY BAD !!!!!Traduzido automaticamente.
- Luca C.September 2013It takes 20 minutes to get to Munich by train from the Lochausen train station 5 min drive away. It is not a campground it is more of a rest area. Great for visiting Munich. Hot and clean bathrooms. 0.50 cents to take a shower. Spartan but convenient place to wash dishes too. Washer and dryer available. Closes the gate at 10 p.m. and you have to park your car in a street wideningTraduzido automaticamente.
- Beate K.August 2013PositivosClose to the lake, close to the cityNegativoson the road, almost only space for permanent campersCompromise between city and lakeThe place is okay if you want to be close to Munich and the lake at the same time. Unfortunately, you have to cross the big road to get to the lake, so it's not ideally located. The best pitches are occupied by permanent campers and there are actually only a few better parking spaces.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Steffen B.August 2013Were there for one night. This is actually a site with permanent campers. The guests are carelessly lined up in the entrance parking lot. And they are charged the full overnight price! And showering also costs extra! Pure rip-off - not even recommended as a transit site. The only thing worth mentioning are the sanitary facilities. That fits so far. Otherwise never again!Traduzido automaticamente.
- Herbert S.July 2012The sanitary facilities are the only positive thing about this site. The size of the pitches is like a shoebox. Even if you think you can't fit any more caravans in, the owner will still squeeze in an extra one. We weren't actually on a pitch, but on the part where unused caravans are parked. The store... doesn't serve fresh rolls from the bakery, but baked rolls. It also doesn't open at 07:00, as stated on the homepage, but at 08:00. Instead of being customer-oriented, the owner exudes self-importance. The barrier opening times are strictly regulated. I would never recommend this place if it is only for an overnight stay, especially as you can constantly hear a "romantic" background noise from the highway.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Stefanie L.November 2011Recommended for a visit to the city. You can reach the S-Bahn station in 2 minutes by car. The pitch is very narrow and does not offer nice parking spaces. The ground is graveled and therefore not muddy when it rains! Workers use this place, as well as short vacationers and permanent campers. Very nice... operator. Kiosk offers a lot. Sanitary facilities are warm and clean. The small restaurant and western saloon offer home cooking and ready-made pizza. We would love to come back for a city tour of Munich.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Markus H.October 2011First of all, we only spent one night there. The site is right next to the highway and therefore not the quietest. The pitches are rather cramped. In summer there are 3 very nice lakes next to the site, which can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The sanitary facilities are very well maintained... and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Even in the evenings, if no one is available, just ring the bell and they will help you. Kiosk with fresh bread rolls and everything you need. Small and cozy restaurant with home cooking. Well suited for travelers and those who are mainly on the road (sightseeing etc.) and are mainly looking for a place to stay overnight. The campsite, reception and restaurant are lovingly decorated in western style.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Dagmar K.October 2011Freeway, train and airplanes within earshot. If you like country music, you'll get your money's worth. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are super clean and warm. The S-Bahn station is 2.5 km away, with a P+R parking lot. The local recreation area with three large lakes is right in front of the site.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Francois S.September 2011We visited this place for 3 days in September. We were simply shocked. These were not pitches, they were better pitches for caravans. The distance to the nearest neighbor was barely one meter. Putting up an awning was out of the question. The only thing worth mentioning are the sanitary facilities. Clean and well maintained. However, I cannot recommend this site. Once and never again! !Traduzido automaticamente.
- Leo S.May 2011We only wanted to stay one night, but it turned into 4 nights, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities are absolutely top.the restaurant completely newly renovated. and for a camping site a food offer of the finest.the highlight on the site is a western saloon where you really feel like in the wild west.a pity that the pitches are a bit small.otherwise everything was only positive for us. We will be back.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Jens V.May 2011My honest comment on this campsite is devastating. The staff are absolutely unfriendly and the crowd is made up of long-term campers who drink alcohol all the time. We were only there for one night and what we saw was enough for us. We saw everything from rotten furnishings to disgusting food, but the... worst thing was the price-performance ratio: we actually had to pay 10 euros more than at Lake Garda! It's well known that the prices on Lake Garda are already steep, but I would never have thought such prices possible for a campsite that deserves to be called a junkyard. Astronomical! In summary, my recommendation is never to go to the campsite and avoid setting foot on the site.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Uwe Z.April 2011A very pleasant place for transit campers. I was there for 3 months on business with a camper van. Staff absolutely courteous and friendly. Facilities on the site are of a very good, clean and well-maintained standard.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Renate G.March 2011Sanitary facilities are clean and warm, that's the only thing. We stayed here for 2 nights in 2010 and 2011 in the spring, you can't do anything else. It's really more of a parking space and not a campsite. Western style doesn't bother me, but the place has no ambience at all. Only suitable for Munich and visits to the surrounding area.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Stephan P.October 2010For a few days in Munich, if you read the reviews of the other sites on site here, certainly the best alternative, because at least the sanitary facilities are in a reasonable and clean condition. Otherwise a typical city campsite: caravans are placed as close together as possible, every cm is used;... the staff somewhere between unfriendly and ignorant; the first impression would probably make you turn on your heel on another site, but on a city tour you are only on the site to sleep...which is made more difficult by the neighboring motorway. No direct transport links, S-Bahn about 2 km away.Traduzido automaticamente.
- arend i.August 2010We had intended to spend a few days here in August, however, after we looked at the place we quickly moved on, caravans are much too close (you can barely open your door) to each other as stands on kiesels "so you really don't want to camp"Traduzido automaticamente.
