Good place to visit Omaha Beach
The campsite is somewhat imprecisely signposted. The reception was friendly. The pitches are easy to reach and large. Only one of the two wash houses had hot water. There were three showers in the second building. The proximity to the beach and the American information center in Omaha is very nice. Bayeux is also easy to reach from there. W-Lan only for a fee.

    Maximum for one night
One shower (in words: one) for the entire campsite, naturally dingy. As a camper van camper you get pitches on a soccer pitch. Not recommended.

    Disappointing
Beautiful, historic region. Campsite did not live up to our expectations, although very quiet. Proximity to the beach: wrong, you have to walk along a very uneven path to reach a cliff which you have to climb down to finally reach the beach. Not recommended for parents with children in baby carriages. Congratulations to the chef for his delicious pizzas and mussels.

Ideal place for visiting Omaha Beach Memorials
We stayed at "Le Robinson" for 2 nights. We liked it very much. Nice covered pool. The Omaha Beach and the memorial including the US cemetery can be easily reached via a beautiful hiking trail. We can highly recommend this place. Internet must be purchased. Free showers.

Very friendly Robinson Crusoe. Cozy, family campsite. High hedges against the wind! Very quiet! Ideal starting point for visits to the beaches and museums of Operation Overlord 1944.
