For our 35th wedding anniversary, my wife and I booked a mobile home in 06/2023 for 30.09. - 14.10.2023 and paid in full. One week before the start of the trip, we were informed by email that a tour group had registered for 06/10 - 08/10 and that we would have to look for alternative accommodation for... this period. This was suspicious to us and we asked again in writing. It was true, we would have been allowed to stay until October 6 in the morning and then only again from October 8 in the afternoon. We were then given the choice in the week before arrival whether we wanted to come for just one week, or from October 8th, or the money back. Of course we wanted the money back - which we still haven't received. We have already written to them several times, but no one has replied.
