- Jörg B.August 2024PositivosLarge pitches sometimes arranged in a circleNegativosNoneWell-kept campsite right by the seaBeautifully laid out campsite right by the sea. With a small snack bar at the beach exit. Sanitary facilities always clean. Large pool and restaurant on the campsite and those who like it can attend an event there every evening. There are many small restaurants open in the evenings in the small village about 1km awayTraduzido automaticamente.
- Vladimír G.July 2021PositivosNothingNegativosNoise, cold pool, no amenities....A terrible experience, even three stars would be too much!We left the camp after 2 nights (although we had paid for 8 nights) because it was simply not possible. Lack of soap in the toilets, everything dingy and shabby, loud disco music daily until midnight for the whole campsite, cold water in the pool, zero entertainment in the area....fact never again!Traduzido automaticamente.
- Bernhard W.September 2019PositivosDirect seafront locationNegativosVery loud as soon as the bar music startsNot recommended for people who need peace and quietSeptember 2019, we booked a pitch at the campsite by telephone. The reason we gave for booking was that we wanted to find a quiet pitch. We planned to stay for two weeks. We had to book the pitch for three days immediately, giving my credit card number, and this stay was completely unreasonable for us:... 1. our pitch was on the main entrance road to the campsite with very heavy traffic and emissions (especially from the many motorcycles), dust and noise. 2. from 9.00 pm to 11.00 pm there was a hell of a noise (disco music) from the bar across the square. Our 5-year-old child who was traveling with us was startled out of his sleep and could not be calmed down for a long time. 3. nightly homecomers could be heard very disturbingly at times throughout the night. 4. in the morning at 7.00 a.m. the procedure as described under point 1. started again. We immediately packed up our things and left the campsite. Our request for a refund of the unused pitch rent was refused.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Fabian W.September 2019PositivosRight by the seaNegativosNarrow streets and small parking spaces. Village street can disturb the night's rest.Good location right by the sea, but...The site does not seem to be made for large vehicles or caravans. The roads are narrow and maneuvering on the pitch is almost impossible. The sanitary facilities are modern, but some toilet seats are missing and we didn't see any cleaning staff. If you are at the front of the site, the traffic on the... nearby village road is a nuisance, especially in the early hours of the morning. Unfortunately, 5 stars refer to the quantity of the offer, not the quality.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Sarah N.July 2019Beautiful place with everything your heart desiresVery nice place. Each pitch is surrounded by hedges, so you really have your peace and quiet. The sanitary facilities, beach, pool, restaurant and store are all just a few steps away. There is entertainment, sports activities and shows. There is never a dull moment. The only drawback: the shows sometimes... last a long time in the evening and are loud. So if you have a pitch near the stage and want to sleep early, it can be difficult. But we thought everything was great and will definitely be back again.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Pia H.July 2019PositivosRight by the seaNegativosHas nothing to do with five stars.Disaster for five starsAbsolutely terrible. Places are good, direct access to the beach. Staff also friendly. Sanitary facility stinks. WC without toilet. You have to queue to shower and it's dirty. The pool bar is a disaster, loveless, even outside the pool only paper cups. Water for the drinks from the tap and lukewarm.... Restaurant only open from 1830 and a disaster. Dirty, food inedible. Pizza inedible, the ready-made pizzas from the store are even better. Great pictures on the homepage, not the reality. Tam Tam Beach Club where there isn't even anything to drink. Not recommended, far too expensive for five starsTraduzido automaticamente.
- Frank H.July 2019PositivosProximity to the seaNegativosNever corresponds to 5 stars (except for the high price (1 day 65 euros)Not recommendedThe worst place we have ever visited. There are 5 stars above the entrance door. Apart from the price, 1 night 65 euros, really nothing, but really nothing at all corresponds to 5 stars. We ordered a pizza and a salad in the adjoining restaurant. The pizza was absolutely inedible. So was the salad. Canned... vegetables and green asparagus, apparently normal in a 5-star place. The manager supposedly likes this pizza. Sanitary facilities, smelly, toilets without toilet rings and lids (5 stars?) once and certainly never again. Photos on the Internet are totally well represented, do not correspond to reality!!!!!Traduzido automaticamente.
- Paul S.May 2019Positivos???NegativosDisinformation! Service was helpless!ImpudenceOn Sunday we answered the question: What is the maximum length of stay? One week! We had to pay one week in advance! When we wanted to leave earlier, we were told: No money back!!! We have been camping for 30 years between the North Cape - Algarve - Brittany and Turkey!!! We have never experienced this before! The place is not to be recommended!Traduzido automaticamente.
- Michael S.August 2018PositivosDirect access to the great, relatively empty public beach.NegativosSanitary facilities were insufficiently cleaned. Overnight price very high.Very nice beach, expensive, nice sanitary facilities insufficiently maintainedThe campsite has direct access to the public sand/gravel beach. The access gates are closed from 11.00 pm to 6.30 am. The beach was relatively empty in August and very beautiful. You can take beautiful bike tours into the hinterland (great cycle paths) and hike in the mountains there in absolute solitude.... The evening entertainment program was sometimes a bit amateurish (circus, dance show,...) and ended at 11.30 pm. The modern and beautiful sanitary facilities were only sprayed out once a day in the morning with a hose with disinfectant. If you were unlucky enough to use the toilet immediately afterwards, for example, everything was wet, including the toilet seat (present in about half of the toilets). We didn't see any cleaning staff cleaning in between during the 6 days we were there, so: squint your eyes and get in... With 5 stars you can expect more! The biggest drawback was the high price: 82 euros for a mobile home with 2 adults and 2 children (8/11) per night.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Ricky S.September 2017PositivosDirectly !!! Directly!!! by the seaNegativosPoolaustattunf Negative and poor service at the restaurant.Great place with MakkenThe great proximity to the sea is brilliant. Playground is ok, but could be a bit bigger. Pool area is really poor for children and toddlers, everything is missing here. at least the water depths were OK. At the pool "actually" no drinks and food are allowed but how should you "survive" if NO restaurant... or similar is open until 4pm. WLan equipment is actually only bad and completely overpriced. The pitch itself was - well OK. Well, we are not talking about all pitches, some were really OK, we had one where there was only dry earth. This is just annoying in windy conditions. Which is often the case by the sea :). The sales staff at the kiosk and the ladies at reception were really sueper nice. I can't really recommend the campsite with a small child.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Nicole B.August 2017PositivosLocation on the beachNegativosOvercrowded with large free-roaming dogs, dirtPoo and pee wherever you lie and standThe site is wonderfully located directly on the beach. Dog poo on the beach, dog pee right next to the headboard of the lounger. Three large dogs plus three adults on 28 square meters; nobody wants to use the blankets in this mobile home. General cleanliness questionable, even in the mobile homes. Request for repairs ignored for two weeks. Three stars could fit, five neverTraduzido automaticamente.
- Horst K.May 2017PositivosSea , Pool +RestNegativosInternet is a disaster, even our own router barely worksFriendly staff, and very poor internet. This place is definitely suitable for transit. What I don't understand is that women and men have to share the toilets. Extremely many mosquitoes on site.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Ernst W.April 2017PositivosMany parking spaces are in front of the rental properties.NegativosSpace for emptying the waste water tank is not ideal, very narrow.Beautiful placeThe pitch is very nice. The paths on the site are relatively narrow. The pitches are large but lack shade as there are not too many trees. This is a disadvantage in midsummer.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Michael R.September 2016PositivosCleanliness, proximity to the beach, stores in the village, the pictures shown match the real thing!Negativosdoes not exist :-)Been here last year in September and super relaxed.....Found this campsite by chance. Booked two weeks straight away. It was our first and most beautiful vacation in the south of France! My wife and I were immediately infected with the France virus and are returning to the region this year! Very friendly staff. The bar was great. The entertainment program... was not quite ours. Pool great and direct access to the beach. The sunrise there is phenomenal, we still like to remember it today. This place is highly recommended.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Heribert O.September 2016PositivosBeautifully situatedBeautiful placeWe were on the way to Spain and on the way back from Spain on this place, unfortunately on the second visit the computer on the site had crashed, so we could not be given a code for the barrier and we had to wait until 9:00 am on departure until the reception was occupied.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Andreas N.August 2016PositivosClose to the beach, clean beach and sea, store next to reception, pool area with lots of loungers, freshwater showers on the dune,NegativosNarrow access road, narrow lanes for maneuvering with the caravan (uncoupling). Cleanliness of the east sanitary block, service in the restaurant,Not worth five starsIt was our first vacation with a caravan - our maiden voyage, but we are experienced campers with a tent and know what's important. Les Tamaris was a really great campsite, but will we be repeat offenders? Probably not. Excellent: Service at reception (German) and above all the store, which is really... charming for its size and has a great range (from apples to tent pegs - and open wines, great baked goods) The restaurant is rather below average. The quality of the food is satisfactory to good BUT the service is subterranean. The cleanliness of the cutlery and glasses was poor, I would have preferred to eat at the caravan. Super nice pool area, also for children under four. Moderate animation - only makes sense if you speak French. Otherwise the place of short distances. Everything is quick and easy to reach. The east sanitary building is getting on in years. It would have been 100% more comfortable if there had simply been a few more hooks on the doors or walls. A washing machine and a dryer a little poor but feasible. Showers best in the morning, then warm, otherwise rather cool. The water is also rather cool for washing up in the evening. Electricity connections completely took up the cable drum and water was not just around the corner (so watering can). Great beach! Very little going on, despite the high season, and above all very clean, both the water and the beach. Nice and quiet, even in the evening and at night. The entertainment program went on until 10:30 pm at the latest. Shopping trips to Fronitgnan Village are recommended. Intermrache, Lidl. I would avoid Aldi Nord, it was a sad sight. Even better to go to Carrefour in Séte. Reachable by car in 15 minutes. All in all, a well-meant four stars for Les Tamaris!Traduzido automaticamente.
- Michèl+Beatrice R.July 2016PositivosClose to the beach, location, friendly staff, store, restaurant, France stopNegativosPaths on the squareProximity to the seaSuper nice place right by the sea Therefore sometimes a bit windy on the place but the location makes up for it.the places are different sizes all with water and sewage.the access to the place is quite tedious with large mobiles or caravans through winding roads and low-hanging bushes.for larger caravans... depending on the place a mover is an advantage. The sanitary facilities are certainly not the most modern but the staff make an effort to keep everything clean, even if not all visitors have the same idea of cleanliness after business.pool and store are great always fresh baguettes in the morning and evening.bus in front of the Cp, does not always run according to schedule.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Raymond V.June 2016PositivosRight on the plage and possible trips to Sete and Palavas. Bike ride in nature reserve, but otherwise boring.NegativosImmediate payment on arrival (even without a reservation in June)for the entire period of stay....FOR US NEVER AGAIN!At the reception there are people who are incompetent. We had a choice of2 places to stay for 2 weeks. After the first week, one of the receptionists had reserved our place for another camper. She kept lying and saying she had notified us this. Frontignan-plage is a boring place. Directly on the plage though for those who are sunbathers and expect nothing else.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Marco M.September 2015Positivos- Right by the sea. - Small but nice. - Beautiful surroundingsNegativosSome pitches are small.Right by the seaThis is a small but pretty campsite. It's right by the sea, separated only by a dune. Some pitches are very small and arranged like honeycombs, separated by hedges. So everyone has their "privacy". The whole site is clean, including the sanitary facilities, even if the infrastructure could be better.... (no toilets, simple designs, toilet paper available). Small store, larger shopping centers nearby. Beach is great, miles long, clean and not overcrowded. Shallow transition into the sea. Perfect for children. The surrounding area is embedded in a nature reserve (with wild flamingos). Very beautiful. Good for cycling / biking. By car 10min to Sete, 20min to Montpellier. We were there in the fall. Few children as no school vacations, lots of senior citizens. Quiet place. We liked it very much.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Nicole L.August 2015PositivosSmall, quiet campsite, right on the beachNegativosPoor sanitary facilities in two out of three buildingsNice, small campsiteThe campsite itself is not very large, with spacious pitches. The vegetation at the back of the campsite is still quite sparse, so there is no shade. The paths are firm and wide, you can easily access all pitches. Short distances to the sanitary facilities and the beach. The beach is not huge, but not... overcrowded either - even though we were there in high season! The sea is great for children as you can walk far into it. Clean water, fine sandy beach. Some of the sanitary facilities are catastrophic! In the older wash houses, many showers didn't work at all or there was no jet of water coming out of the shower head. There is a newer wash house in the middle of the campsite where the showers are great! A strong jet in all showers and always warm water, no matter when and how many people are showering! There is a room with a washing machine and dryer, and of course there are also washing-up facilities. There is also toilet paper in the toilets. As usual in France, men and women are of course not separated. Mostly clean, in the evening of course quite a lot of sand on the floor, but otherwise everything is ok. There is a small supermarket on the campsite where you can get everything you need - of course the prices are pretty high, but that's the case almost everywhere. You can get fresh baguettes all day long. You can be in Frontignan in a quarter of an hour, where there is a large supermarket, pharmacy, etc. The staff are very friendly! The pool area is very nicely laid out from the baby pool to a depth of 1.80 meters. You can always find a sun lounger and there are always parasols to provide shade. The bathing rules are viewed somewhat loosely :-) You can play ball or jump into the water - as long as everything stays within limits. Aquasports are offered in the morning. The restaurant on the campsite is right by the pool and looks nice - we didn't try it. There are various themed evenings in the evening, including lots for children. It's quiet at 11.00 pm - 11.30 pm at the latest! We had a pitch right by the beach access and unfortunately this was always the meeting place for young people in the evening. If there were several of them, the security service always came quite quickly and asked them to be quiet or sent them away. As the beach access points are under video surveillance, this was easy to control. The beach itself is closed at 10 p.m., but there is a large section of beach right next to the campsite beach that is open to the public and people often meet there in the evening and you can sometimes hear them at night.Traduzido automaticamente.
