- Witha F.October 2024PositivosGood locationNegativosWhen it rains, the terraces are flooded and the water does not drain away.DisappointingWe were very disappointed. I made a reservation by email 3 days before and received the following reply directly.
Thank you for your kind inquiry and we are pleased to inform you that your desired space is still available.
Below are mega long presentations that I have not read. However, at the very... bottom, after the greeting, it says that you have to reply to the mail. I didn't see this and we had to leave after a long journey. They had all my contact details and didn't ask if it would stay that way. We really didn't know where to go. I will never book this place again.Traduzido automaticamente. - Meike D.May 2023PositivosLandscapeNegativossee commentVacation May 2023We spent 6 days at CP Zögghof in May 2023.
Unfortunately, it rained very heavily all the time during our stay in 2023. We stood on the 1st terrace and had to realize that the water on our pitch did not run off at all. After 2 days it was so muddy that the mud came through the awning carpet. As only three... pitches were still occupied, the management must have noticed the situation. Planks etc. should have been provided to make the situation a little easier for us. Unfortunately, there was no response from the management. Incidentally, the customer is not greeted either. This does not apply to the nice lady at reception, who was visibly uncomfortable with our complaint.
To the operators: You have a nice place in Passertal, but the business policy should also be right.Traduzido automaticamente. - Christine K.April 2023PositivosShort distances to the sanitary facilitiesNegativosIs there no🐣 EasterSuper nice cozy place, very friendly operator, always fresh rolls in a variety. - Hans-Josef R.June 2022PositivosFree outdoor pool, right next to the campsite.NegativosTwo very noisy streets above the square. Very, very loud all day due to motorcyclists and trucks. The Jaufenpass is a popular race track for motorcyclists.Vacation June 2022The campsite is laid out in terraces. We had already reserved the pitch in December.
We had a place of 100-120 square meters, received, but measured, it was at most 80 square meters. ADAC ( PinCamp ) connected, but as on other CP no discount.
The majority were day campers (cyclists and motorcyclists) who stopped for one night.
Many hikers from the road also used the sanitary facilities.
Despite everything, we had a great vacation!Traduzido automaticamente. - Nicole M.June 2021PositivosOptimal location to the city center! Gastronomy in the immediate vicinity. A good starting point for great tours for motorcyclists.NegativosNo disadvantagesStay with Ford Nugget and motorcycleWe will definitely be back. - Elke H.September 2020PositivosCleanliness, location, friendlinessNegativosI noticed absolutely nothing negative.Great campsite in a great locationGreat, tidy, clean campsite.
Laid out in terraces in a wonderful location.
Ideal starting point for hiking, walking and cycling.
The Zöggbar is also part of the campsite.
You can have breakfast there, have a bite to eat or round off the evening.
The operators are super friendly.
The rental bungalows are super, clean and also have a great view.Traduzido automaticamente. - Sebastian B.July 2020Positivos- Top: Pitches, sanitary facilities, cleanliness, service - Great starting point for hikes - Great leisure activities for the whole family - Fine restaurants on site - Close to Merano and the surrounding areaNegativosnoneSmall campsite as an ideal starting point for the regionTerraced campsite in mint condition on 4 levels with top sanitary facilities, e-bike rental, bread roll service and small café on site. Right next door: sports arena with the opportunity to play bowling, tennis (outdoor and indoor) or enjoy the family outdoor pool. In addition, the campsite is located... on a wide stream and allows you to "swim" or hike there in 5 to 10 minutes on foot - the 2.5 hour hike is worth it: great gorge with bridges and a beautiful path. Further possibilities on site:
- Sports stores invite you to go shopping
- Good food (e.g. wine tavern, not necessarily in the sports arena, which is also a restaurant)
- Bunker museum in Moos in bad weather, otherwise prefer the mountains (approx. 10 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bus - bus stop virtually right next to the campsite)
- eBike rental at the campsite, which also allows a trip to Merano (20km) by bike
- Further hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity
Note: Arrival from Sterling via Jaufenpass is possible with the Womo and shorter than driving via Merano. Steep gradients with engine brakes are no problem, you can also turn right to let the faster cars and motorcycles out. If you are driving over the pass, we recommend the following:
- Stop at the top of the pass and enjoy :-)
- Visit the Gilfenklamm gorge near Sterzing (not good for dogs, as the bridges and paths are secured with bars and there is a risk of injury to paws)
- Castles in and around Sterzing
- Be sure to do your shopping beforehand - it's a bit tight to get to the supermarkets with a motorhome (no problem with a car)
- Sports stores in St. Leonhard are also worth a visit for a bargain or two.
- Numerous really impressive waterfalls on site
- Climbing with a guide on site
We were there for too short a time and would recommend at least 5 nights. The price is great, the operators are so uncomplicated and helpful (we were allowed to leave our camper for longer to do something on the day of departure).Traduzido automaticamente. - Almuth M.July 2020PositivosThe staff/managers are very friendly and service-oriented. It is nice and quiet. The plumbing is kept exceptionally remarkably clean. Each site has its own water tap and power connection. Ample sandwich service and sale of produce from their own farm. You can also rent bikes. At the nearby Sportarena you can swim, play tennis, climb and also eat well.NegativosA little more shade spots, but the campground is only 5 years old, so the trees have yet to grow.Camping Zögghof = Freundlichkeit und SauberkeitThis campground is highly recommended for its friendliness, standard of hygiene and facilities offeredTraduzido automaticamente.
- Jörg M.September 2019PositivosProximity to hiking and other leisure activities Clean sanitary facilities and pitches Large supermarket in the village Dog-friendlyNegativosNarrow and partially obstructed access roads to the plots Background noise due to pass access roadsNear Merano in the Passeier ValleyLocated in the Passeier Valley, you can quickly reach Merano/Meran with its urban flair and cultural offerings, but also be in the heart of nature with great opportunities for fly fishing and hiking right on the doorstep. It is also not far to some beautiful passes. Unfortunately, this is also one of... the disadvantages. The access roads to the passes run above the campsite and seem to be just as popular with fans of big motorcycles as they are with disguised racing drivers of various horsepower cars. These motor "sportsmen" often appeared in packs, which was accompanied by a corresponding background noise. The operator cannot do anything about this, nor can he change it. Visitors should just expect it. As night fell, it became quieter, so that you could still sleep peacefully. The very cramped and somewhat difficult access and routing on the site should not be overlooked. We had already mastered the steep approach with its tight bends to the terraced pitches when we were forced to uncouple by a completely out-of-place lamppost shortly before our destination. However, with the help of our friendly neighbors and the friendly operator, this was ultimately not an obstacle either. There is a small play area for smaller children on the site, but older children have to move to the surrounding area. The neighboring outdoor pool was unfortunately closed. Our dog was welcome on the site. When we went for a walk directly in front of the site, we found several bag stations and always met like-minded people, the dog to sniff and play, we for a little chat. The modern, bright sanitary facilities, the cleanliness there and elsewhere on the site and the warm friendliness of the entire site team deserve special praise.Traduzido automaticamente.

- C. S.April 2019PositivosVery good sanitary facilities, spacious pitches, supermarket within walking distance. Several pizzerias in the area.NegativosNone really. There is a through road at the site, but it didn't bother us. The campsite is on a slope and is not accessible for the disabled.Small but mighty! The location to Merano and Bolzano is a bit far, but the place itself and the surroundings make up for it. The site is very conveniently located as a starting point for hiking and cycling tours. This site is also excellent for motorhome owners who only want to use the site as a stopover for a few days.
