- Reinhard P.June 2024PositivosFriendly, large parking space,NegativosLocationGood placeFortunately, we were allocated a different pitch on arrival (due to the weather). The staff were very friendly and the pitch was spacious. The sanitary facilities were always clean.
We had to walk just under a kilometer to the beach.
This was then "equipped" with warning signs so that bathing or swimming was impossible.Traduzido automaticamente. - Dana K.August 2019PositivosSpacious family showers, plenty of games for childrenNegativosIt depends on the placement of the tent, we were at the grassy area. At the stone path (near the sanitary facilities and kitchen) there would probably be a rushing noise of passing peopleSuper campsite for familiesLots of challenges for children (we were in a group of 6-14 years old). Clean toilets, perfectly designed showers (with a changing cubicle at each berth, quite spacious). Drinking water everywhere within easy reach, quiet at night from 10 pm.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Günther M.August 2018PositivosCleanliness, peace and quiet, locationNegativosdoes not knowPlace for sightseeing tour EsbjergNice place for a visit to Esbjerg. The site is located on the northern outskirts of the town, approx. 5 km from the center. You can cycle along the beach to the center, good cycle paths. We were there with the camper van. There are designated camper pitches with paved lanes. Plenty of space, very clean.... Very good sanitary facilities, ideal family shower rooms: everything inside, shower, toilet, washbasin and lots of space. Clientele store on site, no restaurant. Pitches with ACSI card are ideal and can be recommended. Supply and disposal possible without any problems. Electricity on site, friendly staff, well-kept site, swimming pool available.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Adrian P.August 2018Positivosheated pool, many nice playgrounds good location of the CP, close to the townNegativosFriendliness could be better Relatively expensive due to various additional costs Too few toilets and showers opentypically Danish friendly, yet recommendableOur first Danish CP. The campsite has a variety of games that also invite adults to join in. The owners are typically Danish and friendly. Don't be put off by the fact that you don't get a response to a Hej or Tak, or that they look right through you when you ask something. That's just the way they are.... Some of the sanitary facilities were already closed or reduced to a minimum. We were in August and were already in the low season, which also gave us the advantage of having free choice of pitch. Accordingly, there was little going on and we were able to come to terms with the lower sanitary capacity. In addition to the higher-priced CP, there are electricity flat rates plus kWh prices plus additional waste disposal fees of no less than 2 euros per day per person. As a result, the campsite is rather too expensive, but that also seems to be the Danish average. The beach is within walking distance but you have to walk about 20 minutes through housing estates, and swimming is also prohibited in this section. A big plus is that the saltwater pool is heated and is fun even in a Danish summer when it's a cloudy 18.5 degrees.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Frank B.August 2017PositivosFriendly and personableNegativosnothingWe found it to be good.We visited the site briefly on the way back from Sweden. It was a coincidence that we ended up there. The pitch was spacious with a good lawn in front of the car. There was a young man at reception who was very polite and friendly. You can cycle to Esbjerg.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Franziska N.August 2017Super nice week in EsbjergIt was super nice. All the children (1, 11 and 14) had a great time. Everything was clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Lars M.July 2017PositivosAccessible by bus, pool and small playground and goats available.NegativosUnclean, old standard, unfriendly and very expensive. Owner creates operating expenses with luxury vehicle Audi Q7 :-/old facilities, no kitchen with dining area unfriendly and therefore outrageously expensiveThe campsite does not offer a recreation room, does not have the new standard described and is expensive compared to other more modern campsites. The bathrooms were not very clean, there was a garbage corner on the tent meadow and the taps on the tent meadow were dismantled.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Hans-Jörg H.June 2013A disappointment across the board! Germans don't seem to be welcome on this site. The place was almost fully booked and we were the only Germans and were treated very unfriendly or ignored by the staff. The site itself is ok. The sanitary facilities are not brand new but ok. The swimming pool is more like a big bathtub. We only stayed for one of the two weeks planned.Traduzido automaticamente.

- Kiki s.July 2011Our first trip with the WW took us here. In hindsight, I was really glad that we ended up stranded here, we were actually on our way to the Henne beach - but the day trip was enough for me. Far too crowded for me in the high season. Vejers Strand (right in the dunes) on the car beach wouldn't have been... my place either. This campsite had beautiful grass, we were able to choose a pitch and the children's entertainment was also in German. My kids loved the mini golf course, petting zoo, playgrounds, exercise equipment and, of course, the pool. The kitchen and sanitary facilities were excellent, and there are certainly nicer beaches elsewhere, but Esbjerg is a nice little town, and if I were a fan of Denmark I would come here again.Traduzido automaticamente.
