- Hermann G.August 2016PositivosBeautiful location in dunesNegativosLoud, narrow, small plots, uneven, ....Loud, narrow, hillyWe had chosen this place because of the "flowery" description and were able to "get" a place, which was even kept free for us WITHOUT prior payment of a booking fee due to lack of a credit card. Entrance area VERY narrow!!! A camper just drove out again with his mover because the access road was practically... blocked by beach visitors!!! Reception very friendly and competent (English was fine!!), payment in advance. Then driving in with difficulty, although my trailer is not exactly small either, it worked without a mover. But on the site there was a lot of "bumpy bumpy bumpy" on stony, steep paths. Where is the pitch? The map didn't answer all the questions, so we had to do a second round of searching on foot. Finally, there is our allocated pitch - clear your throat, clear your throat - the pitch!!! An estimated 60 m2 for a 7 m caravan with a car. And MASSIVELY uneven. Gulp!!! Without a mover, it would only have been possible to park the caravan with the active help of many campers. Due to the unevenness, we also had to put MASSIVE support underneath! One wheel was about 16 - 18 cm high and the entrance steps also had to be raised with boards. You have material with you - ha-ha!!! Well, the Wowa stood. Awning? Awning? No chance. Good, we were under trees, so we were protected from the sun. First night: My wife asked the neighbors around 11:30 p.m. (they were sitting about 1 m from our camper van!) to please keep quiet. Before 11:00 p.m. it was still "Halli-Galli" anyway. The cramped conditions on the pitch, the somewhat too close proximity to the neighbors, the sanitary facilities, the waste disposal. There were lots of unaccompanied children in and around the sanitary facilities. Cleanliness also rather questionable in my opinion. In any case, there was not always hot or even warm water available for washing up. Not my thing at all! Second evening: What's on? There was music - no, an attempt was made to create a coherent musical structure with drums, flutes, clarinet and saxophone, which unfortunately only lasted a fraction of a minute. This loud "music", which served to entertain the children, was more or less audible to most of the campers on the site. For me, it was acoustic pollution that I HAD to put up with. This went on until shortly after 23:00. By the time all the children had more or less "quietly" disappeared, it was already 11:30 pm. Well, we had already decided that this place wasn't our place anyway, so that was a big deception. What's more, it's difficult to swim in the nearby sea. Here, too, it would have been a long walk to get to a nice beach. In addition, access was very difficult and almost impossible for people with disabilities, of which I am unfortunately one. The other facilities are also not suitable for people with physical disabilities. I think that with a wheelchair you would have extreme problems reaching one area or another without help. On the positive side, it was easy to get a refund for the days paid for. If you have small or older children, if you are physically fit, if you like to lie in bed at an angle, if you love "Halli-Galli" late into the night - this is the place for you. Everyone else should look for another place.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Silvia A.July 2016PositivosIn the middle of nature, right by the sea, great for dog ownersNegativosYou can't get into the water directly on the beach. You have to walk another 10 minutes. But it doesn't really bother you.It was so beautiful there...A really nice, relaxed campsite on the edge of the forest with direct access to the sea. Unfortunately, you can't swim there directly due to a rock massif. But you just have to walk along the beach for about 10 minutes and you have a great beach with gently sloping water. Very nice for children. The... forest offers fantastic hiking trails and even a very well-maintained fitness trail. The campsite and beach are highly recommended for dog owners. Everything is very dog-friendly. The campsite has friendly staff and an unobtrusive entertainment program. You can eat at the campsite. There is not much choice but everything is very tasty. Bread is of course available to order. There is no supermarket. Only the "emergency kid" at reception. So pasta and tomato sauce :0) My children only missed the pool. But after two days that was a thing of the past, as it was so nice to play in the forest. For me, the two weeks on this site were some of the best I've ever experienced as a camper. You just have to like camping in the countryside without the "Halli Galli". The supermarket is easy to reach. There is a small market every day in the village itself. I was able to do everything by bike. There is also plenty to discover on the island itself. I can't say what it's like for teenagers. Our children are 7 and 9 years old. Of course there is a surf school nearby. Otherwise, I can only recommend packing a hammock and relaxing there.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Doris B.July 2013Beautifully situated in a forest, close to the beach. Very family-oriented, with nice leisure facilities and a small restaurant. Friendly staff (multilingual), clean, good service. At low tide there are rocks on the beach, the surf is mild for the Atlantic and suitable for children.Traduzido automaticamente.
