"Mold in the bathroom and bad wifi - We had booked a Relax Lake pitch. On arrival, we saw a wall of womos because the step was too low. We then changed to a standard pitch and had to pay for the Relax Lake. This was promptly rented out. The categories should be revised. Bathroom not cleaned often enough.

"Nice quiet place - This was our 2nd time on the site. Overall nice place and good view of the lake. For us with Ebikes no problem to reach the garbage that has to be disposed of outside. However, the path on the beach is not easy to cycle on towards Lazise, but this is supposed to change next year. The pool unfortunately only goes up to the belly button.

"Modern course with minor flaws - The campsite is located just outside Lazise on a slope to the lakeshore between other campsites. Mainly rental bungalows, but also beautiful pitches arranged in terraces.1st row on the lake separated by a fence from the lakeside path, you feel like a monkey in a zoo, but large pitches.(Front Lake pitches) Elevated then the 2nd row, great view over the lake and the sunset. The pitches have no water and waste water connection. (Relax Lake pitches). Then the 3rd and 4th rows are one terrace higher again, no lake view but water/waste water connection. (Relax pitches). The sanitary building is always quite steeply uphill. The reception is right at the top at the entrance, before that, i.e. outside the site, the waste disposal and then there in the corner in the parking lot the motorhome disposal. There is no possibility to dry your hands at the washbasins in the sanitary building. No toilet paper is refilled in the rental bathrooms, we bought our own as we were tired of begging for a roll of toilet paper at reception every time. Overall, however, everything is clean and modern. There is also a playground next to the pool area and entertainment in the season. The access to the site is quite narrow, the pitches only about 80 square meters, so campers / caravans over 9 meters long usually have a problem. The main problem is also the lack of possibility to dispose of waste water and the water taps are only at the beginning of each row, so there is always a long walk uphill. The pool, restaurant and store are also at the top of the slope. The store is quite well stocked but also expensive. The restaurant is good, there is also pizza to go. About 6 km further on the main road there is a Famila market with normal prices. Gardaland 3 km away (traffic chaos at weekends), there is no cycle path in this direction. Market in Lazise is on Wednesdays and can also be reached on foot if you walk along the shore, otherwise better by bike. Farmers' market on Saturdays. Conclusion: Modern place with small

"All new does not mean all good. - Arriving from Lazise is a little more difficult, as the entrance goes back diagonally to the right in a left-hand bend. This is also downhill and narrow for a longer vehicle. Pitches are large enough but often difficult to reach. Especially the spaces to the left of the main path. The vehicles often get stuck on the walls because it is simply very narrow. Sanitary facilities are nice but unfortunately the water in the men's showers didn't drain. No urinals, not that I prefer them but I don't like it when most men soil the toilet seat. Waste disposal, outside the pitch and it is separated. Pampers and the like are always taken to the top of the hill. No garbage can anywhere on the pitch.

"Beautiful new campsite with development potential - The campsite is laid out in terraces and you have a view of the lake from almost every pitch. However, the pitches are very muddy when it rains, as the site is still very new and has little vegetation to stabilize the ground. The sanitary facilities are nicely laid out, but the right cleaning schedule still needs to be found. The small supermarket offers everything you need at reasonable prices. The pool area with the large slide is simply beautiful. Animation is provided in a discreet manner without being intrusive, which is really good. Overall, it's a nice new place with good development potential. We will definitely be back.
