- Guntram H.September 2021Positivosbeautiful beachNegativosFar off the beaten trackwell! When the place is full, it's probably really tight! The main focus is obviously on the rental of mobile homes and bungalows! It feels like about 2/3 of the site is "permanent" accommodation and 1/3 for real campers. The differently sized pitches are mostly under pine and eucalyptus trees.
At the entrance you have to look three times to see if it is already... the campsite, as there is a children's playground and entertainment (Cupfun). On this visit, the staff spoke German and English as well as French.
In September, the campsite is only sparsely occupied and the offer in the market is extremely reduced. Bread rolls for the next day have to be ordered in advance.
The restaurant makes quite a good impression. But the offer was already greatly reduced. Fortunately, there is another restaurant a few meters away with excellent offers. Reservations are advisable!
The sandy beach looks great and natural. There is a lot of driftwood lying around and you can lie wherever you want. The sea was wonderfully clean in our time.
There is one (1) sanitary building for the camping area. It is old, but is cleaned 2-3 times a day. However, the toilet bowls are probably made for toddlers. Older people will certainly have a problem getting up again.Traduzido automaticamente. - Sebastian M.August 2020Positivos- spacious playgroundNegativos- Overpriced for solo travelers - very cramped / no free spaceMarina D`aleriaIn itself a beautiful and secluded campsite. The spacious playground and pool area make it ideal for families with small children.
The site was practically full at the beginning of September. Due to the relatively small pitches, it was very cramped. As the pitch is charged at a flat rate, at €28.90 per night it is clearly overpriced for me as a solo traveler with a small tent and motorcycle.Traduzido automaticamente. - Manuela G.July 2019Unfriendly staff, poor service and unclean mobile homesBooked sea view not available. The mobile home was dirty, stains on the mattress of the adult bed as well as on the mattress of the extra paid baby bed and dirty cooking spoon under the furniture. After the complaint, the defects were rectified as far as possible. In case of complaints, the employees... react cheekily and inappropriately and make fun of you if they think you don't understand the French language just because you don't speak it. Waste can only be disposed of at the very front and you can't park your car in front of the mobile home in the rear bungalows. We were allowed to carry all our luggage to the back with a baby. As we booked sea view but didn't get it, I wanted a refund and was referred to cap Fun who took over the campsite a year ago. Since the takeover it has not been the same. Unhygienic, dirty and the staff unfriendly. I would not recommend it after several years since Cap Fun took over. We have not yet received any response to our complaint by email as everyone there only speaks French. The staff on site at reception claim things like we were offered an upgrade at no cost but we were turned down - we didn't receive an offer but the other couple who had also complained on site did. This campsite used to be really great, but now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and we are happy to be leaving. It's just not normal anymore how you get taken for a ride here! The only positive thing is that the food in the campsite restaurant is good, but you don't have to be a guest to eat there.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Regine B.September 2018Positivos- free choice of seats - Very good price-performance ratio (low season) - Friendly staff - very nice children's play areaNegativos- Animation much too loud (until 23:30!) - Swimming pool costs extraWell-kept CP with direct access to the seaWe stayed at this campsite for a few days in September 2018. Our small children really enjoyed the large playground and the paddling area. The beach can be reached directly from the campsite and was very clean, the water was absolutely clear. The only thing that really bothered us was the very loud music from the entertainment - starting at 10am. The sanitary facilities are OK for a 4-star CP, but nothing more.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Alexander K.August 2018PositivosBeautifully situated campsite right by the seaNegativosnoneBeautifully situated campsiteBeautifully situated campsite right by the sea. Pitches on sandy ground, most places are quite shady due to high pine and eucalyptus trees. The sanitary facilities are simple but good. The restaurant is very good, but like most restaurants in Corsica it is quite expensive by German standards. The bar... is right on the beach with nice service. The store is quite small and well laid out, there are baguettes and croissants every morning. The beach is very beautiful, in some places there is driftwood, sometimes whole trees which were used by the children as an adventure playground. The river Tavignano flows directly into the beach, giving the beach at the mouth a different look every time. You can swim in the river and go canoeing. The coastline continues from the campsite in both directions with fine sand, on one side it ends at the Tour de Diana.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Andrea J.September 2017PositivosLocation, dogNegativosLack of attention to maintenance and cleanliness. It was very nice..........but......The campsite itself is very nice. If you want to enjoy the sea first and foremost, you can do so here to the full. It starts to wind around 11 am almost every day. Until about 7 pm. So you do have the opportunity to have a barbecue from time to time (we prefer charcoal). The bottom of the pitches consists... almost exclusively of sand. We recommend taking an extension for the power connection. Depending on the situation, you may need one. A lot of marine debris accumulates on the beach: Wood, cork.... so pretty much only natural things. Some people use this to build great and useful structures on the beach or collect it for decoration at home. However, some things are left behind on the plots. You don't really have a sea view at the very front of the beach either, as this is blocked by a dam of sand and flotsam up to approx. 1.50 m high. This embankment is 'framed' by a simple wooden house, which looks very nice in itself. In between there are always access points to the beach. This causeway certainly has a certain protective function. You really only have an unobstructed view of the sea from one of the plots, which is situated a little higher up: the one right at the small market at the very front. Market/shop, yes....... the bare essentials to tide you over on a Sunday afternoon/evening. Expensive. But it's okay for breakfast: baguettes - also with 'cerials', crissaints, pain au chocolat. ...... We didn't visit the restaurant once in the three weeks we were there. But it was always full. We had pizza twice. It was quite good. Can be recommended. Prices, just French. ⬆ So, now to the sanitary facilities, which is probably of interest to most people. The sanitary building on the beach seems to be newer. However, the cleaning lady in the other one seems to be a bit more ambitious. However, you can make good use of both. The cleanliness is generally...... well...... okay. There is simply a lack of proper basic cleaning. Also on the channelling behind the doors, in the corners etc..... Or 'attention'...... Replace broken tiles, put in new plugs so that something holds again........ But you notice things like this here and there all over the site: screwing fence slats back in place, putting shifted floor tiles back in correctly....... things like that. The water in the showers can get a little 'hotter' for the first two seconds, but it settles down immediately. Might be good to know if you have children. To store your laundry, you only have a quarter steel ring where you can hang something over it and a shelf underneath. NO HOOKS for a bag or similar. ! There are two bathtubs for small children and also washing machines and dryers in the beach sanitary building. Children's toilets are available in both houses. Children: bouncy castle, water playground, sea and our son was happy. We originally preferred this place because of the swimming pool and our son's preference for it. But we didn't go in once. Always just on the beach. However, it looks really nice. We can't say any more about it. General: The location of the campsite means that every end of the island is easy to reach. However, you shouldn't underestimate the distances. Due to the road conditions, it's always a good idea to allow a third more time. To the dream beach of Santa Giulio, for example, you should allow about 1 1/2 hours. To Corse 45 min. Bastia also - depending on traffic - 1 1/2 hours. But you can shop well in the eleclerc in Aleria. Fresh fish, however, only in Ghisonacchia, 15 min south 🚗. The staff at reception are very, very friendly and 4 out of 5 speak German. Some are even German. The island is perfect for hiking. It offers an incredibly beautiful and impressive nature and landscape. Motorcyclists get their money's worth. The wind also attracts surfers and/or sailors. In the Etanges Diana and Urbino you can eat great mussels (also oysters, 6 pcs. 11€, 12 pcs. 20€) - at relatively reasonable prices. With homemade chips 16€. I had fried seafood for 17€ and a side salad for 3.50€ and was more than full. (At Diana) Mosquitoes: yes. But they didn't rob us of our sleep 😉. A freshening wind at night was sometimes more of a reason. We recommend a storm line and proper pegs in any case! My description refers solely to the pitch. NOT the mobile homes. How they are..... no idea. When walking our dog (great and welcome there) we noticed that this part is a lot bigger and more spacious, and that some of the homes really offer a fantastic view or a wonderful location. So far: have a nice vacation!!!! PS: 4 total stars are too high in the general rating. A good 2 corresponds to the German standard.Traduzido automaticamente.

- Andrea B.August 2016PositivosGreat location, as excursions to the south and north can be made from here.NegativosnoneBeautiful campsite!!!The campsite is really highly recommended. It has everything you need. There is a very nice swimming pool, playground, restaurant, small store. The sanitary facilities were cleaned regularly and were always clean. There was also daily entertainment, which was never too loud and never distracting. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful. This place is really highly recommended.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Kai L.July 2016PositivosLocation, sanitary facilities, restaurant, beach, relaxation and feel-good factorNegativosnone for us ...but if you look long enough, you'll always find something to nag aboutPerfect campsite with a fantastic locationThe campsite has everything you need and is ideal for families with children. Travel time: 3 weeks in July Sanitary facilities: very clean and sufficient number available - they are kept clean around the clock - high praise for this Restaurant: very tasty and good food for reasonable prices Kiosk: delicious... baguettes and croissants in the morning, otherwise a rather manageable and high-priced offer Place: very nice and shady places under pine trees with short distance to the beach - everything very well maintained Reception: very friendly welcome and always courteous and helpful during the stay (French, English, Italian, German) Animation: everyone certainly has their own view on this. Sufficient offer for young and old. I didn't find it intrusive like in hotel complexes, for example. Entertainment in the bar/restaurant area in the evening from 8pm to midnight Very good location for day trips (Bastia, Solenzara, Ajaccio, Corte, Porto Vecchio) To summarize, I can only give a clear recommendation for this place. We stayed here for the 2nd time and will certainly be backTraduzido automaticamente.
- Sole O.June 2015PositivosBeautiful pool, great family campsite.NegativosNo real disadvantages.Top campsiteSpacious pitches, partly shaded, partly unshaded. The sanitary facilities are spacious and clean. Very nice pool. The children's playground is excellent. The restaurant right by the sea suited our taste perfectly. The sandy beach is clean. Definitely a campsite to stay longer.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Thomas H.September 2014Great place.Ideally located for excursions all over the island. Pure tranquillity and swimming. Spacious pitches also directly on the beach.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Andrea H.July 2014PositivosLocation beach beautiful placesNegativossanitary facilitiesgreat locationThe pitches are beautiful, spacious and mostly shady. The site is right by the sea with a beautiful beach. Restaurant and bar with great sea views. As everywhere in Corsica, the sanitary facilities are modest (no toilet paper, no toilet seats, but there are bowls). By Corsican standards, however, they... are good and mostly clean. There is a cute pool for small children (for a fee but cheap). Our children did not like the children's entertainment. They found it boring and didn't understand anything.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Alexander T.August 2013We stayed at Marina d Àleria for 3 weeks in August 2013 and were very satisfied. First of all, the reservation was very uncomplicated and professional (also in German), which is not always the case at other campsites in Corsica. The check-in on the day of arrival was very nice and quick. The pitches... in the front row of the campsite have a sandy floor and are rather small, in the rear part of the campsite there is a forest floor, all relatively large and mostly in partial shade. The sanitary facilities are not separated into M/F, but this was not a problem for anyone. The sanitary facilities were always very clean overall, with slight fluctuations depending on the cleaning staff. The restaurant is not cheap, but everything we had was very tasty. There is a children's disco in the evening from 20:45-21:15, followed by entertainment (rather quiet compared to Italian places), which was also over by 23:00 at the latest. The beach is beautiful, the water is shallow and rarely crowded. Payment on departure by VISA card was quick and again very nice. We would visit the campsite again at any time. PS: In response to michael-8113's review, the pitches are full during the season and you can't expect to get the perfect pitch without a reservation. Incidentally, the campsite is under trees and the ground is relatively level. And then to write so negatively about the site is absolutely not fair.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Erik Z.August 2013Relatively large campsite, about half with chalets or mobile homes. Pitches for campers vary in size: some quite large (easily enough space for 7m caravan + awning + car), but often small near the beach (just suitable for tent + car). Mostly tall, shady trees (eucalyptus, conifers), near the beach only... taller bushes and small trees with almost no shade. However, the pitches on the beach have a sea view, albeit across a fenced-in strip of dead wood (probably serves as erosion protection against wind and waves). The ground near the beach is sandy, otherwise the ground is sandy and quite firm. Wide sandy beach, which is not lonely in the high season, but also not overcrowded. Plenty of space for children to dig and play. Open sea, clean water, often waves. The water is only a few meters deep from the beach, about 1.60 m, then there is a shallow, extensive sandbank - ideal for swimming children from about 8 years. Caution: one day, however, we had a sideways current like a raging river, so that after just a few minutes of floating you came out of the water well over 100m from the entrance! Sanitary facilities are functional: two sanitary buildings with three areas each. In each individual area there are a few toilets (sitting toilets without glasses and paper), a few well-functioning showers with always warm water (no time limit, no extra payment) and a few lockable single cabins with washbasins. No separation into "male" and "female" areas. Unfortunately, there are no urinals for men, which is not good for the cleanliness of the toilets. There are also separate washing-up and laundry areas. Annoyingly, the sinks do not have drain plugs. The sanitary facilities were cleaned several times throughout the day: one of the three available areas was always closed off, while the other areas could be used. So you never had to go to another sanitary building for cleaning. There are tennis courts, a bar selling ice cream and a restaurant (pizza and more) on site, although everything is quite expensive. There is also a well-stocked small store with everything you need (including fresh fruit and fresh baguettes tomorrow). Recommended: the baguette Ceriale, a kind of wholemeal barguette. Opening hours: 7:30-12:00. 17:00-20:00. There is also a children's play area with a small trampoline, a water playground for the little ones and table tennis tables for the older ones. NEGATIVE: during the high season, loud entertainment in the evenings until midnight - annoying! Short-term campers come to a pitch between the tennis court and the entertainment area - hard to bear! Chemical toilet disposal in the gully of the motorhome waste water disposal - completely unhygienic! POSITIVE: English and German speaking staff at reception very friendly! WLAN internet free of charge! Supermarket, bank with vending machine, post office etc. in Aleria, 3km away! Excursion possibilities: Corte with Restonica Valley (approx. 45 min by car), Solenzara with many swimming pools in the river and the drive to the Bavella Pass, Bonifacio (100km = with a full country road this means >2h driving time), the dream bays and beaches around Porto Vecchio (approx. 1h).Traduzido automaticamente.
- Michael B.July 2013This camp is absolutely not suitable for cyclists and backpackers who only want to spend one or two nights on the site! You are relegated to a measly area for maybe 5 tents, which is also uneven, has little shade, is right next to a tennis court and the internal access roads, and is only a few meters... away from the restaurant and disco. A pure imposition for people looking for some rest and relaxation after a more or less strenuous day of traveling! Absolutely not recommended for this type of tourist, but unfortunately there aren't many of them left anyway. For my part (a solo cycle tourist), I only went to this place because I knew it from before, and there was still plenty of space. Now 50% of the terrain is occupied by bungalows, and the most miserable little area has been reserved for those "passing through". A pure disaster!Traduzido automaticamente.
- Krebs P.September 2012The campsite is located directly on the long sandy beach, pitches of different sizes, some shady, forest floor or sandy near the beach. We were able to choose ourselves. Sanitary clean and in order. Restaurant available - there are others nearby - store and bar also on the site. We received a very friendly... welcome in German. We paid (2 pers. + camping car) €19.50 incl. electricity + €0.80 tax per day (Camping Card discount) in mid-September. We would love to come back.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Anita C.October 2011Medium-sized pitch. However, almost only on sand. Internet price a bit expensive. Friendliness very nice, we had booked the ferry via the internet and could then have the ticket printed out at reception. Restaurant very tasty and you can also take away food from the alley. Bread rolls only from 8am and... really from 8am, not a minute earlier. German is also spoken at reception. To Aleria a bit far on foot, so only by bike or car. Beach a bit dirty, should be cleaned again.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Wiebke B.September 2011Unfortunately a very touristy place. Certainly pleasant for families with children, as there is a lot on offer for children. Very narrow sandy beach, which is likely to get narrower and narrower over the years (as we were told by long-time guests). Good, tidy sanitary facilities. The pitches were very parcel-like and "boring" if you are spoiled by other Corsican campsites with angled and cozy pitches. Very nice staff!Traduzido automaticamente.
- Ingolf B.August 2011Beautiful natural site. Ideally situated between a wine-growing area on one side and a nature reserve on the other. Very beautiful and not too crowded (even in high season) beach. Here you can take long walks in beautiful nature along the beach. The restaurant is fine, the small supermarket could offer... a little more as the nearest village is not within walking distance. Over the years, the number of vacation homes there has risen sharply, which is sometimes noticeable in the evening during the entertainment, but it is quiet from 00:00 onwards. About half of the pitches are under pine/eucalyptus trees. Disadvantage: lots of ants. So be careful and take the appropriate repellent with you. Our camper van was boarded by millions of these little beasts in 2011, which was really tough. During the grape harvest season, there can be noise disturbance at night and in the early morning as the grapes are picked with large machines. We will definitely be going back this year.Traduzido automaticamente.
