- Wolfgang P.July 2022PositivosValue for money, location to the beachNegativosWhite lime dust that stains everything, sanitary old and partly defective.Cheap but badYes, the campsite is cheap. One night in high season costs €9.80 (motorhome, electricity, 2 adults with dog). After checking in and paying, you are allocated a pitch. You are allocated a very dusty white gravel pitch, which is parceled out with wooden posts. The dust whirled up by the wind or passing... vehicles makes everything dirty. You can't sit in front of the motorhome. The sanitary facilities are old and are kept clean, but some of them were badly damaged. The supermarket on the site is being rebuilt and is closed. Satellite reception works. The walk to the beach is short, but a bit strenuous due to a steep dune.
We initially paid for two days when we checked in, but after the first night we literally fled.
No matter how cheap the place is, it's not worth it in my eyes. At best for a quick night in transit.Traduzido automaticamente. - Vanessa M.August 2020PositivosPreço baixo. Horários MUITO reduzidos no café e mini mercado. Casas de banho sem limpeza frequente.Parque PenicheSem dúvida que foi uma estadia única para mim e para as restantes 6 pessoas que estavam comigo. Sem recomendação possível.
- Götz W.May 2018PositivosPeace and quiet Price for one night EUR 6.00 in low season (2 adults / 1 child and electricity)Negativossee comment...Completely run-down campsiteIt's amazing that something like this still exists... Campsite that has the best years behind it and nothing has been done since then. Sanitary facilities dirty and completely outdated. By far the worst campsite on our tour of Portugal.Traduzido automaticamente.

- Stefan N.July 2014PositivosInteresting location for surfers, spacious supply and disposal stationNegativosno shade, noisy, uncomfortable, unpaved,... just enough for one night ...(motorhome driver) The location of the site "lured" us here. Unfortunately we were disappointed. The ratings given here are all spot on. We left after one night and won't be coming back to this site!Traduzido automaticamente.
- Kim H.July 2014PositivosThe price and camping in the dunesNegativosAt that price - noneGreat space for the moneyThe site is very cheap. An overnight stay with a mobile home cost €5.75 - and what more can you ask for. You are actually camping in the dunes, so there is only sand and few dune plants. There is no restaurant or grocery store.Traduzido automaticamente.

- Ingo S.August 2011The site is located on the outskirts of Peniche on a hill in the immediate vicinity of a large swimming pool. The beach, which is apparently very interesting for surfers, is just 2 minutes away. From my point of view, however, there is nothing more positive to report. The sanitary facilities are in a... pitiful state. Several showers lack horizontal water pipes leading out of the wall at the end of which the shower head - or something similar - should be located. In these showers, the water then comes "straight out of the wall". Arriving motorhome drivers have problems, especially at weekends, as most of the pitches that are hard-surfaced are occupied. The areas that are still free then lie in sand, some of which is deep. During our stay, the only tractor belonging to the site broke down, so that other campers had to step in with their four-wheel drive vehicles - although not with us. It's a 30-minute walk to the town, partly through a commercial/port area. The only bright spot is the price.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Kirsten H.May 2011A seemingly unreal campsite on a hill from which you have a view of the sea on both sides, one of the harbor and one of the dunes. And no shade at all, so rather difficult in high summer. helpful reception. Outside the village with no bus stop nearby but next to a leisure pool (which was not yet open).Traduzido automaticamente.
- Hans S.June 2010Stones and deep sand are characteristic of this site. Some terraces with pitches, many permanent campers. Sanitary facilities in need of renovation, a few bushes and shrubs. You can see that it is a municipal site because not much is being done. The town doesn't seem to have any money for the campsite.... Next to it is the municipal swimming pool with some leisure facilities. Relatively noisy at the end of the highway and the access road to the town.Traduzido automaticamente.
