- Federica R.April 2024PositivosLocationNegativosToilet cleaningFedericaWe had a good time all in all. Quiet and large campsite. Recommended for summer as it enjoys a lot of shade due to the pine forest. Negative review for sanitary toilets: old and smellyTraduzido automaticamente.
- Anna F.December 2023PositivosThe woman at reception was very friendly and approachable. The site with a pine forest and free choice of pitches is very attractive and close to the Atlantic Ocean. It is quiet and ideal for a visit to Cascais and the surrounding area.NegativosThe sanitary blocks are outdated and you have to leave the water running for far too long to get hot water. The purest waste !!!!Medium qualityRecommended for a short stay in winter. Despite all the criticism of the sanitary blocks, it is clean.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Mariechen M.July 2019Positivossun rise at the beachNegativosxthe beachThe wooden path to the close beach and the nude swimming early in the morning was the most beautiful thing here. The toillets usual, the place for our tent was sandy, under the trees, quite apart the main area, but big enough. And at the beginning of saisson not too laudly.Traduzido automaticamente.Respondido de Parque Orbitur Guincho / Cascais November 9, 2023We are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. We appreciate your interest in our campsite and hope to welcome you back soon. We wish you all the best!
- Jürgen K.August 2018PositivosFriendly staffNegativos----20 minutes walk to the seaWe were there for 4 days in August 2018. Pitch was great under pine trees. Sanitary facilities clean. Small supermarket at the CP, friendly staff. Bicycles make the way to the beautiful beach easier.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Götz W.June 2018PositivosExtremely clean sanitary facilities Peace and quietNegativosPriceBeautiful / quiet orbitOrbitur halt... very friendly staff, clean sanitary facilities but relatively expensive for Portugal. Pitches for our Womo were OK. Larger Womos might have problems maneuvering. Pitches partly uneven.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Maria B.August 2017PositivosClose to the beach Animation program, if you wantNegativosWindy Quite well frequented (August) Too expensive in my opinion, but unfortunately there is not enough competitionPerfectly fine in principleWe, a couple, 30 years old, were there for 2 nights (August) with our tent and car and paid €31 per night. The campsite was busy, but once we found a spot it was fine. It was quite windy on both of our days, but I don't think that's abnormal for the area. It was okay on the pitch, but the beach (about... a 20-minute walk over the dunes) was not really recommended. Sanitary facilities are not the newest, but absolutely fine. They are cleaned several times a day, the rest depends on the other guests. There was live music one evening, which was nice. WiFi only available in the bar and even there it was quite weak. We had a massive problem with ants, but this was probably due to our pitch - so keep your eyes open!Traduzido automaticamente.
- Chr F.June 2017Positivos* Strategically well located * Guarded at night * Good organizationNegativos* Rental accommodation unkempt, in neglected condition * Restaurant not very inviting * Lots of white fleetRental accommodation in poor, unkempt conditionIn principle, the campsite offers a good standard by southern European standards. However, the rental accommodation is excessively overpriced compared to the level of care and facilities provided. We paid EUR 100 per night for rental accommodation for 5 (3+2) people. The doors of the shower cubicle were... defective, several lights did not work, the fridge was extremely noisy, the kitchen was greasy, the floor was partially peeling, the windows were clearly dirty from the outside, the patio furniture was uncleaned. An unpleasant musty smell permeated the rental accommodation, which could not be completely dispelled despite intensive ventilation. These are perhaps not all serious shortcomings, but overall, what is on offer does not justify a price of EUR 100 per night, as the overall facilities (playground, restaurant, WLAN) are also rather poor. The grounds are quite extensive. However, the fact that Wi-Fi is only available in the entrance area is hardly acceptable in terms of cost.Traduzido automaticamente.

- martine p.September 2016pleasant, natural settingin september, very pleasant campsite, wooded and quiet. very average welcome (business). Well placed for visiting Lisbon: park your car next to the station (4€/day) and take the direct train to the center, or Belem,... Supermarket opposite Cascais station.Traduzido automaticamente.
- heinz p.July 2016PositivosFriendliness. Price.NegativosWLAN for some people. Restaurant not very professional.Funny, but not very convincingWLAN only in the internet room with 4 sockets, all of which are busy. Everyone in the restaurant is friendly and in a good mood. A little German is spoken. Spaghetti Carbonare should be renamed "Spaghetti ala Orbitur". Dry pasta with some ham and mushrooms. My criticism with subsequent explanation was kindly received. The meat dish was hard and tough. But it was still fun.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Andreas und Petra S.October 2014We've been in worse places. (My wife thinks it's fine for one night).Large site with approx. 900 pitches (according to ACSI) The ground is sandy and mostly uneven. The many trees provide shade, but also make parking difficult for motorhomes. There is a free choice of pitches, but most of the pitches cannot be used due to the low-hanging branches. Although the site is... only 800m from the sea, whose surf can be heard constantly, access to the beach or the dune area in between is prevented by a 2m high wire mesh fence with triple barbed wire. The emergency exits are locked. The toilets are without glasses and paper. WLAN is free in the restaurant and lounge. At the beginning of October '14 we paid €16.70 for a mobile home with 2 people including electricity. Contrary to expectations, even the pool was still open.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Albert D.July 2014PositivosThe only one near Cascais, only I keep barrier is nice It's guarded at nightDisasterWe stayed for a week because we had to during a Smart concentration in Cascaïs! The sanitary facilities are obsolete and in need of restoration, and the taps are deplorable! The snack bar food is horrible! The reception is cold and commercial! The value for money is a scandal! The pool is unusable because my music is so loud!Traduzido automaticamente.
- Carlos d.July 2012The best campsite we had on our tour. Competent staff, well-kept place.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Roland M.May 2012Beautiful site. Pitches mostly difficult to occupy due to many low trees. Sanitary facilities modest, but clean. Bus/train 1 hour to Lisbon. Wifi free near restaurant.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Markus S.August 2011This campsite is about 800m from the beach and offers everything you need for camping. A small market, sanitary facilities with washing machines, dryers, also washing lines, also a lounge with drinks and food sales. There was an event in the lounge almost every evening. There is a pool table, a tennis court and table tennis tables (outdoor) on the campsite. However, the campsite is relatively expensive compared to others in Portugal.Traduzido automaticamente.
