- Dominik S.July 2023PositivosLarge complex Terme with a huge selection QuietNegativosOutdated WC and shower facilities No water connection for pitches by the lake Comparatively expensive2-week summer vacationWe were glad to have booked the pitch by the lake, as it is very cramped on the parceled out pitches with our 9.5m caravan.
The toilets, showers and the outdoor spa area are getting on in years. You shouldn't expect German standards here. But they were unbeatable in terms of cleanliness.
One point is... deducted because there is no running water directly on the north side of the lake.
The bad reviews from 2022, where it was claimed that things were stolen, must have been taken to heart, as the police are on patrol and security guards also guard the facility.
The children and we enjoyed our 2 weeks there as we are not that demanding. We can recommend the resort with some reservations.Traduzido automaticamente. - zala b.April 2023PositivosI loved the pools and I have to give them a thumbs up. - Coco K.August 2020PositivosThe location for cycling was ideal for us.NegativosNothing...Large space but great locationWe rented a mobile home. It was new and wonderful. Everything was great. The site is ideal for families with children as there is a real swimming paradise. We went on wonderful bike rides and enjoyed the countryside!Traduzido automaticamente.
- Gunnar N.August 2020PositivosMany different pools with slides, 12,000 m² pool area. Lots of water fun for kids. In bad weather, there are 2 indoor pools, one of which has a wave pool! Restaurant, ice cream parlor and small supermarket on site. Free W-Lan in good quality.NegativosThe floor in the indoor pools is extremely slippery when wet (it seems to me that the tiles have not been renewed for 40 years), which led to me breaking my hip in the indoor pool. The vacation was then unfortunately over for me! Due to the size of the campsite, it was difficult to find our mobile home at first!Giant pool landscapeThe campsite is located next to the Sava River, close to the Slovenian-Croatian border. The Croatian capital Zagreb is approx. 40 km away.
The nearest village, Brezice, has several supermarkets where you can get EVERYTHING you need.
You can rent family tents or mobile homes from Lux-Camp, Gebetsroither... or Happy-Camp, which are extremely cheap in the low season. Our mobile home was perfectly equipped with 2 bedrooms, lounge with gas stove and fridge, heating and air conditioning, terrace with table and chairs.
There are several hotels next to the campsite (for those who want to bring family members who don't want to stay on a campsite).
Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the surrounding area as my accident prevented me from exploring it.Traduzido automaticamente. - Andreas L.June 2019PositivosAquapark, friendliness, many excursion possibilitiesTOP rental accommodation and aquapark...As we wanted to redeem an almost expired voucher, we drove to Slovenia without any great expectations. We had only ever driven through Slovenia when we were on our way to Croatia. When we got there, we were all totally thrilled. Both we adults and our 3 boys (aged 7, 9 and 11) were totally overwhelmed... by the whole place. The aqua park is amazing. Super warm thermal water everywhere. The slides are excellent and there wasn't much going on at Whitsun. The resort offers various types of accommodation. There is certainly something for every taste. The Slovenians are totally child-friendly. We can recommend the following excursions: A visit to the Croatian capital Zagreb, Beachbar Tochka (an absolute highlight) and a canoe tour on the Krka. You can book the tour at the beach bar next door. Uncomplicated and beautiful. We have such positive memories of Slovenia that we will definitely be back.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Frank Z.August 2018Positivos- Water park - CyclingNegativos- Tourist tax expensiveBeautiful location with a great water parkWe have already been to this campsite twice with our children. The site is large and, depending on the location, quiet or noisy. So far we've been lucky with our rented tents and haven't had any problems. The sanitary facilities are ok and clean, but could be improved. The water park is really great.... My wife and I loved the lazy river. And the many slides were of course very popular with our kids. The water is often too warm for me as it is thermal water. Even the showers in the baths are warm. Where else do you pay an entrance fee for such a water park that costs as much as the campsite itself. However, the tourist tax at the campsite is very expensive. We paid more for 4 days than in Croatia or Italy for 14 days. There is also a lack of infrastructure for tourism in the area. There is a large market in front of the campsite every day. We didn't eat at the campsite but across the river in Mostec, which can be reached by raft. It was very good. The area is also good for cycling and jogging. There are not many places of interest, except for the capital of Croatia. We always used the campsite as a stopover on the way to Croatia. We will do that againTraduzido automaticamente.
- Wolfgang H.August 2018PositivosLocated directly on the highway.NegativosSpace too expensivePlace evaluation from 28.08.18Sanitary facilities very unkempt, hooks firmly missing and mold in all joints. There is a lack of resting places everywhere. Bathing area very dirty even in the water area. 4.5 stars is very exaggerated. MAX. 1-2 stars.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Tanja S.May 2018PositivosWater park, dogs welcomeNegativosSanitary not so niceWe were satisfiedWe were there during the Whitsun vacation. Our children liked it very much. The sanitary is not so great but it was enough. Beautiful surroundings. The water park is great. Our dog was also welcome.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Martha M.August 2017Positivos??????NegativosSanitary facilities and techno music until 3:00 a.m.How does this place get five stars? The sanitary facilities are a nightmare. Moldy tiles in the showers, no cover for the toilet paper holder on the toilet, pull the paper once and the whole roll falls to the floor. The soap dispensers at the washbasins are hanging down. The shelves in the shower are mounted at an angle, which makes a lot of sense. Cobwebs everywhere you look. Not recommended!!! Maximum one star.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Anita S.August 2017PositivosSuper water slidesNegativosLocal next to the check-inCampsite okBut the restaurant right next to the check-in is under everyone would not only the owner but also the food is horrible complaints are not recognized if you then say the full price I do not pay she immediately threatens with the police.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Gerd H.October 2016PositivosLocation not far from the highwayNegativosCleanliness, technical equipment, unrealistic priceNever againOn the way back from Croatia we found the site after a long search (hardly any sensible signs). Flat meadow, but only normal plugs and no water connection for miles around. The sanitary facilities work, but are totally unkempt. They were obviously built by dilettantes and are also extremely rotten. 2... stars would be just enough, 4 stars were awarded or bought by blind ADAC testers. Far too expensive for pure overnight campers, leisure facilities cannot be used because they close too earlyTraduzido automaticamente.
- luigi a.August 2016Positivosexcellent value for money. easily accessible by convenient highway. suitable for both summer and winter,Negativosin high season possible to find long lines for main attractions.relaxation and funthe very large area of the spa park makes it possible to find the pitch most congenial to everyone's needs. We stayed in mid-August 2016 and found pitches in great locations despite being very crowded. The fun is assured because of the many pools with warm water, slides and relaxation areas. In the evening lots of entertainment options with various restaurants and fun.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Martin C.August 2016PositivosHuge water park, 3 sanitary facilities spread around the campsite. Supplies are right in front of the campsite (3 minutes' walk)NegativosThere is no off-leash dog area!Therme CatezAs we couldn't get a place in Italy, we decided to drive to Catez. We drove to Slovenia without any great expectations! Once there, we were pleasantly surprised. A paradise for children under 16. A huge water park that you can enter twice a day and a small amusement park that is open in the evening!... The sanitary facilities are partly in need of renovation as in some places the tiles are coming loose or the doors can't be closed properly, but they are very clean. It was very important for us that we could take our dog with us. This was also no problem, dogs were welcome here. You were not in a separate dog area, but in the middle of the other campers. All in all, it was a very nice vacation, which we will definitely do again!Traduzido automaticamente.
- Robert K.May 2016PositivosOutdoor and indoor pool area (thermal baths) OK - great for childrenNegativosSanitary building should be renewed...Thermencamping haltThe campsite belongs to the thermal spa and is only part of all the accommodation options (hotels, bungalows, mobile homes, tipis, huts...). Entrance fees for the thermal baths are included in the overnight stay/pitch price! It would therefore be a bit expensive as an overnight stopover site without... a visit to the spa! Parceled out, meadow pitches, some under trees; pitches with a "pond view" cost more! The sanitary buildings are very old and functionally equipped! There is a restaurant, a café and a supermarket on site, as well as various stores and a post office. There is a bowling alley in a hotel.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Rainer B.July 2014PositivosStore open late from 7:00 to 21:00NegativosWay too expensive for one night! No place for one night only, too expensive! We were on our way back from Croatia and only wanted to stay one night. For 2 adults and 1 child (10 years) 59 €, of course with use of the "great" bathing area. Only if you arrive at 7:45 pm it's pointless, as the pool area closes at 8:00 pm. It opens again at 9:00 in the morning, but what use is that... if you want to continue. The showers were very calcified. The store outside the campsite opens at 7:00 am and was well stocked. The electrical outlets are normal plugs, so no blue Euro plugs. What a shame for such a highly praised site. We won't be stopping there again.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Andrea Peter Luciano P.August 2013PositivosWinter and summer bathing facilitiesWonderful for a stopover in the direction of the South Balkans with kidsThe daily price also includes one entry to the Winter Riviera for 3 hours, and one day entry to the Summer Riviera for each visitor. If these attractions do not interest you, it is best not to stay here, as the price can only be rated as expensive. Sanitary facilities, partly recently renovated, are... clean. The Grill restaurant does not make a particularly recommendable impression (August 2013, 2012 and 2010), the second restaurant (Pri Kapitanu) by the lake is better.Traduzido automaticamente.
- Michael R.June 2012The best campsite in Slovenia ? An ADAC Superplatz ? My God who rates this place ! A group of blind people or a well "sponsored" group of testers? The sanitary facilities - especially at the most expensive campsites on the lake - are such a disaster - I've never seen anything like it! Filthy, calcified,... outdated, rusty, simply rotten - and this is supposed to be a super site! The pitch by the lake only has electricity, nothing else - but the price is similar to a 4* pitch in Italy's upper Adriatic! The waitresses in the restaurant were hopelessly overworked - we needed 2 hours for 4 hamburgers. The summer and winter riviera adventure pools are really nice, although a bit outdated in places, but still simply great attractions for children - only the campsite and the bistro are simply not up to standard. The ADAC rating is a mystery to me - it can't be right here. It would be interesting if ADAC would comment on this, because I'm not the only one who doesn't agree with the "testers" !!!! Spa yes - avoid CP !!!!Traduzido automaticamente.

- Michael M.July 2011Many people have complained that you can go to the outdoor pool twice or only visit the indoor pool for three hours in one day. My opinion is that if I pay 20EURO per person per day for the campsite, one entry to the indoor pool and one entry to the outdoor pool should be included per day. There are... spas where this is possible. The indoor pool is very nice and clean. In the outdoor pool there is mold and moss in the joints. It is very generous that you only have to leave the campsite at 8pm on the day of departure. The current channel was never switched on. The sanitary facilities leave a lot to be desired. The electricity is overpriced at 4.50 EURO per day.Traduzido automaticamente.
