A large network of cycle paths runs around the campsite and there is a natural swimming pool with sun loungers. The campsite is located in a valley near Fisching in the west of the... city of Graz. The surrounding area is ideal for (guided) hikes and cycling tours. The campsite is surrounded by greenery and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. 50plus Campingpark Fisching is run by the Pfandl family, who do everything they can to offer campers a wonderful vacation homeTradus automat.

- Michael S.August 2024Plusuri- family-run campsite - clean, quiet electricity all-inclusive - Fresh water, waste water and TV at every pitch - no clean swimming poolMinusuri- Electricity only 6A, when cyclists charge their batteries in the evening, the voltage sometimes drops - Pitch size at 100 only 65 square meters available, as trees and bushes expand a lot - Restaurant too expensive - Only 4 toilets in total (plus 5 PP) for men, the ladies' facilities are no better, but everything is spotlessly cleanSmall and beautiful - 50plus Campingpark FischingThis was our second time here, 6 years apart. The pitch offers plenty of shade. The 100 square meter pitches are very small, as the bushes and trees are very extensive. The 130 square meter pitches are better.
The TV connections offer all the important channels, but unfortunately the connections are... still the old "analog" ones. However, the staff are happy to help out with complete cables, adapters would have sufficed.
It is very suitable as a starting point for cycling tours. Unfortunately, you have to have e-bikes to enjoy it these days. Otherwise, there are also many destinations in the Mur Valley that are easy to reach by car, including the provincial capital of Graz.
The site is also popular with Dutch campers, who make up around 50% of the occupancy.
The restaurant is too expensive in comparison, but there are alternatives nearby. It is not clear why cash payment is still required here in the digital world.
There are very few toilets and the glasses hardly get cold in the morning.

Thank you for the very good rating - clean and quiet and spotlessly clean is very important to us - we are already working on increasing the power protection and there will already be pitches with 16 ampere protection in 2025. With the pitches there are pitches with more vegetation... and shade or less - so next time we would like to choose one with less vegetation - then yes more space or switch to a 130m³ pitch mentioned. We were greeted personally by the host family and were then able to choose our own pitch. Large pitches surrounded by beautiful nature. The sanitary facilities are very well maintained and clean. The offers all around and directly on site, such as the ZAPE Sundowner... or the delicious fried chicken on Sundays, make this campsite perfect for adults looking for peace and quiet. But what I like best is that dogs are NOT allowed - we've never had so much peace and relaxation! The facilities around the campsite are also perfect, such as the bike node system. Thomas B.August 2024Plusuritop sanitary facilitiesMinusuriNo card payment possible Restaurant already closed at 19:00 Traffic noise from the road passing the campsite.At 31€ too expensive for one nightI stayed there for 1 night with a tent (1 person, small tent, motorcycle, arrival around 19:00, departure the next day at 9:00) - 31€ (!!!). But a lot of road noise (I can't understand why some reviewers talk about a quiet location, the campsite is located directly on a busy road) and a restaurant that... is already closed at 7 pm. Card payment is also not possible. However, the sanitary facilities are excellent. When I commented that the price was quite high, I was told succinctly "that's normal" (friendly is different). Would I come again? No, as the price was completely off the mark (Camping.Info lists a price of €22 for 2 people - presumably the operator raised the prices enormously after the 2022 award). I would like to mention one small detail:
There was still a glass of water on my pitch (presumably from the last user of the pitch)Tradus automat.Răspuns de la 50plus Campingpark Fisching - Adults only - keine Hunde August 24, 2024Dear Mr. Bayer, you must be very frustrated, as perceptions are different - a campsite including electricity, the campsite with tables, chairs and parasol, a fixed parking space for your motorcycle, a vending machine with chilled drinks, the use of the sanitary building with hot showers, the jump into... the cooling swimming pond - all around with hammocks and loungers, of course including all taxes - that's how prices are made - if high, there is always the possibility - to thank you kindly - than to continue afterwards. All the charges we pass on - that's how prices come about - if they're too high, there's always the option of saying a friendly thank you and moving on - rather than getting upset about it afterwards. We seem to think it's modern to get so worked up about it these days. The road leads through our little village of Fisching and is our access road. Oh yes, the "pub" mentioned is our inn - a family business that is open 7 days a week during the season and cooks regional food - for the benefit of our guests - at least for almost all guests. Safetrip with your motorcycle. It's a pity that your attitude towards Austria is so negative - many of our colleagues have wonderful campsites - they are certainly worth a visit.
Ah - reading your other reviews - often 1 or 2 star ratings - what a shame that you have to write in such a frustrated and unappreciative way. The friendly Pfandl family!MinusuriSuggestions for improvement: 1) One suggestion for improvement would be to convert the entry and exit barriers to digital license plate recognition. 2) A second railing (on the right) at the entrance to the natural swimming lake. 3) A second wash house could possibly be added to the container WC. 3) It would also be advisable to be able to pay for the stay with a credit card as customers enjoy insurance cover. (Cancellation, hospitalization, forces of nature, etc.) However, I would not call this point a disadvantage.Mr.We rate the campsite as TOP.
We had a really good rest during the 10 days and especially enjoyed the quiet location. We would recommend the campsite 100%.
