Important to sprinkle the powder around the cool box + food cupboard or tiresFamily-run placeNice place, well shaded, mini market is on site with everything you need spontaneously. Lots of ants though. Powder should be brought along. The garbage should be emptied daily and nothing should be left open. But you get it under control. Mino speaks German and is very nice. You can easily get to Pechici... by cab for a small price, as parking is difficult there. Excursions to the Tremiti Islands are possible. The beach is clean and the sea was very clear. However, there was always animation with very loud music on the beach. Ideal for those who want peace and quiet. The bathrooms a bit old and toilets not working. The supermarket poorly stocked and with poor fresh goods. the animation suitable for young children. the Bar pegasus very kind and helpful. indispensable a means to be able to move around and visit the surroundings.Tradus automat.

The sanitary facilities were perfect (70% of the campsite was occupied), very friendly staff, ultra-short distances, very nice bay with a sandy beach, more families, great trabbucchis (Da Mimi) at both ends of the bay, Peschici was great, we only regretted not having packed the folding boat (coast towards Vieste!)...Tradus automat.

The site was filled to a maximum of 40% at this time. The location is very nice. The condition of the site is good. The management is nice and very friendly. You can eat very well in the associated bar. Freshly... cooked by the owner. The fine sandy beach is about 1km long and only 1/3 of it is used, so you can easily find a spot. The beach goes very gently into the sea. It is therefore also suitable for children. The cleanliness is relatively good. I can't say whether this would also be the case if the campsite was full. Depending on the time of day, the showers are sometimes only cold. The last 20 km are quite a demanding Serbian stretch. However, it is also easy to drive with a caravan.Tradus automat.

Broke my jockey wheel on the caravan because of the unsuitable road. So be careful!Very nice shady spot with a long sandy beach.The site is located in a small bay by the sea. Can be reached via very narrow serpentines. In August, the bay is a typical Italian seaside resort for families with small children (completely full).Tradus automat.
Achim S.September 2013The last 10 km from the end of the dead-straight, highway-like overland road into the Gargano are somewhat challenging, especially for caravans or larger motorhomes, but doable. The journey via Rodi Garganico is a little less adventurous. --- But the destination is worth the journey, a beautiful bay... with a 500 m wide beach of fine sand. There are several beach bars, umbrellas and sun loungers for hire. Also right in front of the campsite, whose tree population was almost completely spared by the great forest fire in 2007. The tall pine trees now provide pleasant shade, and there are also shade mats on the pitches close to the beach without tall trees. --- And the old town of Peschici (cab recommended, very hilly route) offers the opportunity for beautiful excursions, as do several other small towns in the Gargano Nature Park.Tradus automat.
