Nice place close to the coast

Continuous sound at night until almost 3 a.m.
Party until "three o'clock in the morning"
The place itself would be quite nice with good shade on the pitches. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are just containers that heat up during the day and therefore smell a bit, the floor is dilapidated and throws up. However, the owners do their best to keep the toilets and showers clean. We used... the campsite as a base to visit the towns of Giovinazzo and Bari. We were there for two nights and on both nights the surrounding area was noisy with live music from the neighboring bars/restaurants almost all night. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep. If you're not into partying, you've come to the wrong place. If you want to eat, you can either go to the restaurants not far away or go shopping in a large supermarket nearby (5 minutes' walk). There is nothing like this on the campsite itself.

The worst the worst
Extremely noisy,tent pitches partially covered,toilets lacking toilet paper hot shower paid parking space under sunshine door gate service until 1am. Extremely noisy parking places and tends lots mostly under sunshine poor toilet equipment door gate open up to one. Very expensive for what it offers

noise all night
worst camping site i have been in italy - not recommended
worst camping site i have been in italy! extreme loud disco music and partiing all night long - and this for two days in a row. drunken people everywhere. at check in no information about the all this. ------------ not recommended! were there for two days. extremely loud music until midnight (not a word about it at check in). the owner organizes parties in a pavilion on the site. not a wink of sleep.

good for short stay
We stayed in La Baia overnight on our way to Greece. The place for tents was covered and we could park in the shade nearby. There was bunch of italian kids camping around. The lady at the reception was super nice. The only downside was loud music produced from the common area in the camp (some sort of discotheque) till late night.

interesting cities in the vicinity ( Bari, Trani )
okay for one or two nights
Small CP dominated by permanent campers. Via small shore road to the beach. Friendly staff. Communication in English possible. Very clean sanitary facilities, unfortunately only cold water at the washbasins and sinks, showers with coins (50 cents), some of the pitches are provided with mat roofs, but quite narrow. Well located for visiting Bari and Trani
