There is a swimming pool, playgrounds, hammocks, common area with small vending machine with snacks. Very friendly service, and on arrival you get a small map of the legs and a clear message about what might be interesting. The old town and a park. The rest should just be forgotten. The site is huge in a quiet location in the middle of nature. Absolutely ideal for guests with tents. There are no allocated pitches, everyone can choose their own pitch. Hot water in the shower is only available for a token. There are no catering facilities, but an excellent pizzeria is only 2 km away.Tradus automat.

You need your own vehicle to visit! Poorly signposted; navigation system recommended! Access road quite narrow due to walls! Sanitary facilities outdated, some do not work. No store, no restaurant! No internet! No bus connection... to the city. Price in May 2016: €22 for 2 people A visit to the city of Syracusa is highly recommended for culture fans! (clean place).Beautiful place, poor cleaningWe were there with the caravan for three nights in May 2016 to visit Siracusa. A beautiful site, spacious with old pine trees, lots of ancient olives, plenty of oleander and bougainvillea. Quiet, except for the occasional barking of the guard dog and the neighboring shepherd's dogs nearby. Owls heard... at night. No service at all. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities, which only work partially, are only cleaned occasionally, not at all during our period. However, they were kept quite clean by the few campers. But then you don't even get the ACSI discount in the low season, electricity costs 4 euros, a shower coin 60 cents, making 25.20 for two people with a caravan. A good half hour by bike past the Ciane spring to Siracusa, with a third of the traffic, or 25 minutes directly on the main road, as there is a lot of traffic all the way. Panificio and Macelleria 5 minutes by bike. Turn right onto the main road and after the petrol station turn left at the traffic circle, another 300 meters.Tradus automat.
