"Beautiful area - We liked it very much. Jungle feeling. Unfortunately quite expensive. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties due to the hillside location. Sanitary is clean but outdated, they should really invest. Tap water drinkable but not advisable for susceptible people.

"Family with motorhome - Almost everything closed at the beginning of October. Ice cream selection at an absolute minimum. One coffee shop still open, but only coffee on offer. Beach already closed despite great weather and therefore dirty and really not nice. Pool fortunately still open, but dirty. Too bad, we had hoped for more and it would be useful if such information was declared on the homepage. Especially that the beach was already closed (over days 25-28 degrees and no woolken) would have been nice. We were disappointed.

"Not what we were looking for on Elba... - In summary, perhaps a campsite for people who want to rent a mobile home and like it loud and sociable, but probably not for motorhomes and caravans who want to spend a relaxed vacation.

"Great place, highly recommended - We stayed at this campsite with our 3 children (8/9/12) in August 2021 and were very satisfied. It is a very nice, large, terraced site. The outdoor pool is great for children. The pizzeria on the site is also highly recommended. If you want to eat in the outdoor area in the high season, you should book a few days in advance. We stayed at the campsite for 2 weeks and can highly recommend it. The only disadvantage is the somewhat steep, stony path to the beach, about 300m But there are also many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth a visit. It is advisable to have a car on site. If you come in August for the Italian summer vacations, you should be prepared for an all evening animation program, which goes until 22:00 and is clearly audible at "clumsy" place :) Otherwise top place

"Great place - Overall a great, beautifully laid out (but hilly) site despite the many mobile homes! Sufficient wash houses available. 2x daily cleaning. Could be a bit more. There is a lot on offer on the site. Good location for excursions. Staff are helpful. We left the evening before and didn't have to pay for the following night. Thank you! Attention: 2axle vehicles might find it difficult. You are pulled to the pitch by tractor. If you're unlucky or the campervan is too big, you have to stand behind reception.

"Wonderful place - The site is located in a large park with a botanical garden. The pitches are spread out and spacious. The beach is within easy walking distance (a few hundred meters) and there is a beautifully designed swimming pool on different levels with slides and whirlpools. The friendliness of the staff and the service are outstanding.

The Camping Village Rosselba le Palme is located in front of the bay of Portoferraio, exactly in the Ottone region, approximately 9 km from Portoferraio harbour. Rosselba le Palme camping is quite special in character, located on an entire hillside …that slides down towards the sea, making up for an extraordinary setting. Inside the camping, you will find a beautiful botanical garden, the Garden of Ottone, with palm trees and tropical trees from all around the world that make the camping one of the greenest corners of the island. The Camping Village Rosselba le Palme offers cottages, rooms, apartments, mobile homes, as well as beautiful Safari Tents (Glamping) where one can comfortably spend one's outdoors vacation in the company of one's friends and family. For those who love camping, there are picnic areas for tents and caravans immersed in the silence of woods and gardens. We offer our customers a special park with swimming pools, waterfalls and whirlpools, a baby pool for younger children, the baby village, a tennis court and a basketball court, a soccer field, canoeing courses, mountain biking, gym and a dedicated staff, that will entertain and amuse both children and adults. For those who want to experience the sea and its secrets, inside the Camping Village, there is a scuba diving club for guided courses as well as diving courses, snorkeling and courses for children. The sea, a few hundred meters away, can be reached on foot or via the camping's transfer service, available to clients taking to the fifty meters long flight of stairs. The beach, a small bay from which you can admire the gulf of Portoferraio, is made of a mixture of gravel and sand.
