The staff stoically refuse to send the bunch of keys by post to Germany. They simply don't feel like doing it. We would of course pay for it, but they won't do it. What a subterranean attitude. We now have to make the journey again and drive there to get the key. Customer service is different. So people, make sure you don't leave anything there or forget anything.Worst service everATTENTION!!! Very bad service.

A large aqua park, clean and spacious pitches, great and spotlessly clean wash houses, a well-stocked supermarket, a very good ice cream store and a beautiful beach. The surrounding area is very interesting and beautiful anyway. Great restaurants, the lagoon, nice towns all around, Venice is nearby, Murano, Burano, ........ At least inside, which you have to use more often in the low season. But only in the early or late season. - In July/August there is probably standing room only on the beach and in the pool.
If you are looking for a more comfortable restaurant: "Bar Marino" (pizzeria) opposite the entrance to the neighboring square Enzo. It's only a 5-minute walk across the beach. Absolutely clean, great sanitary facilities. Alongside some Croatian campsites, a place where standards are set.MinusuriRegistration and payment was a bit chaotic. I am no longer interested in 5-star, child-unfriendly German sites where dogs are very welcome....evtl. there is a rocking horse (to call itself a family site and I need coins to take a shower.Our best vacation !!!After a week on Lake Garda on a small, very good campsite, we were a little worried about being happy on such a large campsite. But far from it. Everything was just right for us here. The sea was great, the pool area left nothing to be desired, the entertainment program was great (soccer, archery, volleyball,... Pilates, children's crafts, evening program and much, much more)
The market was geared to the wishes of the guests and at a good price. The restaurants were also very, very good.
Also very good was the proximity to Venice, which was empty due to Corona. That means... there were just 50-100 people on Marcus Square and that's just brilliant :)
We also really liked the dormitories and bungalows, which make up about 2/3 of the square.
I could write so much more here..... go there and have a vacation!!!Tradus automat. - W. K.September 2020PlusuriThe exit.MinusuriThe campsite is listed as "pet-friendly" on Google. Answer from reception: "That's not true, but we can't remove it". Hmmm.....Better not!Friendly staff is not everything, but everything is nothing without making you feel welcome at a resort. We've been camping for 40 years but we've never experienced anything like this.
To do a site inspection I placed my bike on the outside wall of the reception. When I stepped out of the building again,... the security guard at the entrance gate shouted at me aggressively in the style of a nightclub bouncer - I should get out of here with my bike.
I calmly reply that this is not a problem, but that a more friendly tone would be appropriate, especially towards a future customer.
Not speaking any foreign language (at the reception of a tourist resort!) the gentleman becomes more and more aggressive. Now I ask the paralyzed ladies at reception for his superior or the manager to resolve the matter peacefully. At this moment, the boss or colleague of the rabbi Duce's colleague storms towards me from the entrance area, without a mask and without a safe distance, grabs me by the sleeve and shouts "Go! Go!" at me in the aerosol rain. English, after all.
As there's no sign of a supervisor anywhere in sight, or perhaps a member of the establishment's top management is already standing in front of me snorting droplets, I prefer to leave.
A management that tolerates such behavior or apparently completely unqualified staff who are not at least trained in customer contact is not worth the money and has failed. This is even more true in these special times.

The sanitary area is relatively new and modern, but the shower water is operated by a push button and the water only runs for a... certain time, which is a bit annoying.

Sanitary facilities always clean. Unfortunately, some campers behave like wild boars and leave half their dinner in the sink because someone is coming to clean up. Absolutely disrespectful towards the cleaning staff. Quiet in the evening from 11pm, they pay a lot... of attention to that. The beach is wonderful, but unfortunately there are no showers, which makes the staff a lot of work in the evening with all the sand in the sanis. The pitches are large with water connections. We were there at Whitsun in the summer and the pitches were too expensive for us (approx. 100 euros a day). The only real drawback is the sun loungers at the really lovely pool. You have to pay extra for this and there is actually no way to stay at the pool without a lounger. At the price you pay for this place (which is also justified by what is offered), the loungers should be included or at least space should be created so that you can also find a place to lie down with your own towel. We will be back next year😁😁😁😁Tradus automat.

On our very first visit, we were met by very friendly and helpful staff. The site is very clean. If the campers weren't such piglets, the daily cleaning by the staff would reflect more. Some pitches are large enough for all sizes of caravans and mobile homes,... some including electricity, fresh and waste water and TV. This did not work for us at first, as the receptionists gave it to us as SAT. After we complained, a janitor came the very next day and told us that the connection for digital terrestrial antenna reception was possible. He gave us the adapter for our antenna cable free of charge. The lack of showers on the beach is made up for by many other things on the site. The campsite has everything you need for shopping; if you need anything, you can find it nearby. The campsite is easily worth the 5 stars. Hopefully it will stay that way for the next few years. The first wash house is a big problem, often there is no hot water for rinsing and showering. What surprised me this year was that there is no longer a midday and night-time rest. Drivers at midday and in the middle of the night and nobody seems to... care. The swimming pool is open from 9:00 a.m. until sometimes midnight including loud live music. The last point concerns the restaurant, I recommend the restaurant in front of the campsite to everyone.Tradus automat.

The site is rather small and well laid out, so that even small children can walk to the playground or the ice cream parlor on their own. The pool area is huge and was never overcrowded, even though the campsite... was full during the vacations. Everything is super clean and well maintained. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The pool is great and heated! The wash houses are very well maintained and one of them is brand new and very modern. There are always cleaning ladies around. You can also see the gardeners... at work all day. The entire complex is therefore well maintained and clean. The lifeguards are always present and friendly, so you have a very safe feeling at the pool. The entertainment team is always in a good mood for children and adults. Last but not least, the staff at reception gave us a very warm welcome. Oh and the pizzas are very, very tasty. We have already booked for next year!!! We have been to many campsites, but for us this is the best!!! High praise for this campsite!Tradus automat.

Every year the accommodation is renovated/renewed or completely replaced. The sanitary facilities are all very tidy and can be used without any problems. The pool is of course very popular, especially with the children. This has also been completely overhauled... and redesigned, which our children really liked. There are also nice areas for adults where they can enjoy the cool water in peace. As described above, our mobile home was clean and tidy. The midday rest period is also observed, which is very convenient for a midday nap ;-). There is great entertainment for the children both during the day and in the evening, so that the adults can relax and concentrate on their vacation. The restaurant on the campsite is very good and the quality is excellent. In short, I can fully recommend this campsite, which has now been awarded a 5*. We will be back in 2018Tradus automat.
