- Hannes K.April 2022PlusuriLocation to the city is greatMinusuriOld sanitary facilities, no toilet paper available, paths not illuminated in the dark, pitches as far away as possible from sanitary facilities, although almost everything was freeToo expensive for what is offeredToo expensive for the old sanitary facilities and no lighting at night. However, the location to the really beautiful old town of Ales is great. Is okay if you stay for one nightTradus automat.
- Alfred G.May 2018PlusuriProximity to the sights.MinusuriToo expensive, pitches too dirty. Sink not practical.Dirtiest place we have ever encounteredThe pitch is ideally located for visiting the sights. Unfortunately, the pitch was very dirty. We filled a whole plastic bag with garbage ranging from cigarette butts to broken children's toys. The sinks had no storage space at all.Tradus automat.
- Silvia H.June 2017PlusuriClose to the city, convenientMinusurionly hot water in the showersIdeally located camp for sightseeingOnly stayed here for one night to visit Arles. Friendly welcome. We were allocated a pitch in the blazing sun, although there were plenty of free spaces. But it was no problem that we looked for shade. It was 37 degrees in the shade and we wanted to take a cold shower, but there was only hot water in... the showers. Only the breeze from the bike ride into town, which we reached fairly quickly, provided some cooling. It was very quiet, more like a ghost town because there was nothing going on. The sanitary facilities were clean and functional. This camp is ok for a stopover.Tradus automat.
- Marie Y.June 2015Minusuricash only, few showers available, poor receptiona horrorDevoured by mosquitoes (it's not their fault, but the location of the campsite in general has a lot to do with it), the queue for the shower (4 for the whole campsite!!!) which we finished in the dark (motion detector at the entrance, which works when it wants to...) an "accelerated" welcome and payment only in cash, without invoice, just as much sent on the morning of departure.... 20 € per night is expensive ...Tradus automat.
- Gregor B.May 2013If you charge EUR 18 per night for one person with a tent and bicycle (in low season!), you have to offer considerably more. The pitch was mediocre (clayey, i.e. muddy when it rained), the overall ambience was average, but the sanitary facilities were okay. Overall, however, this campsite simply can't... compete with the others I saw on my three-month cycle tour; I often saw much better for half the price. The only really good thing was the central location.Tradus automat.
