- Hans S.April 2018PlusuriVery well-kept and clean CPMinusuriYou can't get there for 1 or 2 nights with the WOMO. 20 €/day for parking and toilet use (without paper and soap - rip-off!Divided into twoCP very clean, well maintained and well parceled out. For 1-2 days you get for the WOMO the parking lot door to door, or the paddock assigned, although in the CP enough free places were available, which were obviously not reserved for the next 2 days. We did not see them occupied. In April 1 night in... front of the barrier cost 20 € without electricity and shower. According to AKSI from May (pre-season!!) 17 € incl. electricity and shower. Unclear ! 2015 was already missing toilet paper and soap dispenser criticized - it is still so !!! After paying cash without a receipt, 2 life-size mafiosi (made of plastic) sitting in front of the reception smiled at us. A rogue, the B......Tradus automat.
- David S.May 2017PlusuriFair prices, cleanlinessMinusuriLocation, opening hours, catering, sometimes unfriendlySmall, very well-kept campsite, aimed more at permanent and regular guestsThe site is small and very well maintained. The operator was not always friendly. The pitches, like the sanitary building, are clean and give no reason for criticism. The prices are absolutely fair! Only partially suitable for motorhomes or camper vans, as the barrier closes very early, but the distance... to Noordwijk is only suitable for experienced walkers. There are a few places to stop for refreshments in the immediate vicinity, but there is no catering on the site itself. Only conditionally recommended.Tradus automat.
- Anna S.May 2017PlusuriCharm, family atmosphere due to small size, quietness, cleanliness, good accessibility of Noordwijkerhout and beach by bikeMinusuriIf you're looking for elaborately designed sanitary facilities with lighting effects and rain showers, entertainment and glamping, you've come to the wrong place.Charming family campsite on an owner-managed siteWe spent a lovely two-week summer vacation on the site with our caravan (7.13m total length). I was worried before we arrived at the site. I had read the internet reviews and thought "Oh man, this is going to be adventurous!". After two weeks' stay, I can say that the campsite has charm and "adventurous"... is at most some of the overly negative reviews. Sanitary facilities: This is a small sanitary building that was probably built some time ago. Nevertheless, it is fully functional, well maintained (not a bit of mold etc.) and was always cleaned very well during our stay. The shower cubicles are admittedly small, but for me it's more about water temperature/pressure and cleanliness - and everything was perfectly fine in these areas. Reception: The reception is run by the campsite operator herself. Her dry sense of humor is probably misunderstood by some guests as unfriendliness. I had the impression that she takes care of everything calmly and without a lot of artificial grinning. We were always helped in an uncomplicated manner. Pitches: These are grass pitches with a drinking water tap and electricity connection (there were no problems with fuses blowing out during our stay). The flower beds and hedges in between are well-kept. Location: We had bicycles. Beach "Duindamseslag": 10min (bike with bike trailer with 8kg baby) Noordwijkerhout: 7min to the Albert Heijn in the center (via the newly built bike road diagonally opposite the campsite) Dune forest: 3min by bike, 10min on foot There are several riding stables near the campsite that also offer guided beach rides.Tradus automat.
- G. S.August 2015PlusuriQuietMinusurifar away from the sea, unkempt sanitary facilities, no toilet paper and no soap, cool reception.....For one night onlyAt least we got a pitch after a long drive. The reception was cool, short and to the point, and the pitch was just within reach for our small, maneuverable motorhome. A warning for anyone still visiting the site: I have never seen toilets without toilet paper or soap. Not even holders are or were ever... provided. The showers are cramped and unkempt, the washbasins close together and small. If you don't mind all this, you can spend a night there in peace.Tradus automat.
- Patrick K.August 2014Plusuri-maintained -clean -otherwise unfortunately none :(Minusuri-no shopping facilities on the pitch -wifi from the stone age -far to the beach -far from the supermarketNot the best I've seen but not the worst eitherWell-kept campsite but the car has to be taken out. Not for people who are not so good on foot. Shopping facilities a little further away.Tradus automat.
- Tommy P.June 2014Good for the first time on a campsiteWe went to a campsite in Holland for the first time as a couple in June 2014. We went to Holland for two nights at short notice and this was the first campsite that still had pitches available. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised, everything was clean and generally quiet, unfortunately we had German... campers in the neighborhood who were a bit louder. Costs were ok...21.50 per night for the two of us, shower card cost 10 euro deposit plus the amount you charge (is charged every 5 seconds at 2 cents and can be taken out when soaping up, so no costs during this time). A small pool and playground are available, but we didn't use them. Neither was there an electricity connection, although this was available everywhere. We were able to hire the typical Dutch bikes for 4.50 or 5.50 euros (don't know exactly) per day and returning them by 8:30 the next day was no problem. The beach is a bit far away, but within walking distance. The operator seemed a bit unfriendly at first, but is actually helpful and nice if you tell her what you want. So we would go there again. A little tip on the side, don't drive to Amsterdam, parking costs up to 60 euros a day. Use park and ride or go directly by bike...it's not that difficult in the lowlands;)...Tradus automat.
- Peter-Jürgen P.April 2012Well maintained campsite, but only fused with 4 A current. max. 880 watts. After the coffee machine you can't add anything else. The groundsman is constantly on the move to push in fuses. You have to go to reception every time if you're not careful. Sanitary facilities on the edge. No kiosk, no bread rolls, no newspapers, nothing. Cars are parked in front of the door in a parking lot. Not for people who are not so good on foot.Tradus automat.
