Size of the pitches ok. Sanitary facilities underground, as only French. Toilets and ancient showers with cold water. But it looks like something is about to be renovated. You are immediately in the most interesting little town with restaurants, bars and stores. By French standards, the sanitary facilities are serviceable and clean. The location of the site is excellent. The town of Tournon sur Rhone is really only a 3-minute walk away and is well worth a visit. The crowning glory is always the bakery around the corner. I've never eaten such delicious croissants and baguettes!Tradus automat.

Nevertheless, very suitable as a stop-over place on the way south.Tradus automat.- Heinz D.January 2016PlusuriGreat view of the Rhoné, friendly boss, easy access.MinusuriThe sanitary facilities are an absolute disaster.I don't understand....,Since March 2013 the sanitary facilities have been criticized and nothing is being done, otherwise a great place on the Rhoné with a bakery nearby and a supermarket within walking distance of about 1.2 KM. You have to be very careful with the power consumption because the 6 Amp. Fuse does not hold too... much. If you want 10 amps, it costs extra. The view of the Rhone compensates a lot, but what the sanitary facilities delivered is a disaster, I don't know if standing toilets are the standard in France. The hot water doesn't deserve the name either, as it was only ever lukewarm, including the showers. We would certainly have stayed a few more days but due to the state of the sanitary facilities this was not possible.Tradus automat.

However, it is too expensive (27 E for 2 people plus dog) in view of the shabby sanitary facilities, which are only accessible with a code (!) (at least the men's section). It was ok for one night. The sanitary facilities no longer meet today's requirements! Just being friendly is no longer enough. Sanitary facilities are in urgent need of renewal - as so often in France. pitches are possible directly on the river and are parceled out. Old town is also interesting in the rain. Further surroundings accessible by bus and train. Next town easily accessible via the pedestrian bridge. The facilities with water and electricity are OK. The beautiful old town is within easy walking distance and the bakery is about 150m away. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are so run-down and in a poor structural and hygienic condition that there is an urgent need for action.Tradus automat.

- Helmut S.March 2013This site is a jewel among campsites in terms of location and the friendliness of the site owner. Only the sanitary facilities could be improved. The site is idyllically situated directly on the Rhone (4 km from the highway). The town center is only 100 m away (where else is that?). Nevertheless, it... is absolutely quiet. The pitches are large enough, level and cleanly graveled. Hopefully the sanitary facilities will be renovated soon, as they are clean but no longer meet today's standards. The surrounding area invites you to go hiking and cycling in the orchards along the Rhone. The price of 22 € (previously approx. 18 €) with electricity is far too high for these facilities. I have been there 3 times now and will not come back at this price and with these facilities.Tradus automat.
