For dog owners,... there is a key for the gates that lead directly to the circular path around the site and a dog shower. Website 2021 super present and exemplary, now confused and confusing! You can no longer book preseason online and no price lists for arrangements! Price increase by approx. 60% within... 4 years (900€ to 1470€) and the arrangement was shortened more and more, over 3 weeks less and rapidly upwards in price!
Something is up or the management should reconsider their mistakes! I'm now thinking about changing campsites, the price-performance ratio is
no longer given for me.

We were very surprised by the friendliness of the staff. The pitches are large enough and very easy to access. The dogs in our vicinity were well behaved and did not disturb us in any way. Everything is very good there, swimming pool is included. The sanitary facilities are well distributed, could be more numerous. Although the site was full, everything was reasonably clean. Thomas S.April 2018PlusuriNice clean place with great staff.MinusuriJust little things.Beautiful campsite close to NRW04/2018 - Spent another weekend on this pitch. Not much has changed. As before, more could be invested in cleaning the wash houses and swimming pool. 09/2017 - Large and spacious, typically Dutch recreation park with vacation homes, chalets and pitches. The site is located in the middle of a large wooded... area on the edge of the village of Helden and is well maintained. Although dogs are allowed and there are lots of children on the site, it was relatively quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception closes at 16:30, which is perfectly fine, as it is possible to check in with the lifeguard until 20:00 (unfortunately there is no indication of this on the homepage). A reservation in advance is unfortunately only possible from 3 nights. There is a bar, a restaurant and a snack bar, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, bike rental and a supermarket on the site. The restaurants are okay and reasonably priced by Dutch standards. The indoor pool, which is free for guests, could be a bit warmer. The supermarket was still sufficiently stocked at the end of September. The sanitary facilities could be a bit bigger, with 2 toilets in the men's area there is sometimes a wait even when the site is not fully occupied. A little more energy could also be put into cleaning. There are plenty of opportunities for children to play and the play equipment is in good condition. All in all a nice place. The site is very well maintained and the sanitary facilities were cleaned regularly. For the children there is a separate washing area which is lovingly furnished. This is also suitable for small children. The children... really enjoyed the swimming pool and the playgrounds are just great. There is entertainment for children, but we didn't use it. For example, carriage rides, bike tours to the asparagus farm, guided hikes, daily mini disco and children's theater, handicraft lessons, then the puppet doctor comes, then there are rehearsals for a show and so... on. There is a chip shop, a restaurant and a pub on the square. There's something for everyone. Live music, soccer broadcasts etc. Special events such as the carnival parade in summer, the Sprokjesnacht, the fairytale night, the Easter bunny comes, various markets... it's impossible to list it all. The cleanliness of the site is excellent and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff is second to none. The service concept is very important, nothing is too much. You simply have to feel at home. We have been there several times, even as seasonal campers from March to November. And that won't be the last time. We've always really enjoyed it there. Great cycle paths and excursions in the surrounding area. Venlo and Roermons are just around the corner and very nice for a stroll. There is a well-stocked supermarket on the premises with everything you need, fresh bread rolls and baguettes, cakes and pies, meat, vegetables and fruit, canned food, simply everything your heart desires. The indoor and outdoor pools are great, you really don't miss anything and can spend a wonderful vacation there. We will definitely be back!Tradus automat.

When the site is full, the barking of the many dogs is sometimes annoying, especially early in the morning and in the evening... when "walking" the dogs in the adjacent forest! In addition, the paths around the campsite are littered with the droppings of the four-legged friends. Always happy to come to Helden for a weekend! We will be back!Tradus automat.

The only disadvantage we found that there were very many permanent campers where you as a youth difficult to come between... (not meant as a disadvantage for the campers).
