Sanitary facilities, goes like this
City campsite
We used the site for an overnight stopover coming from the south. The location is great. 2.5km to the center of Orleans along the Loire. Orleans has a beautiful old town. Unfortunately, the campsite was very noisy at night (a dog had probably not found its way home and was constantly barking :-( Sanitary facilities old and so-so.

Simple, suitable for overnight stays only
Good place to visit the city, not to stay on the square
We arrived in Orléans on our way through and couldn't get a pitch in Orléans. We found the campsite by chance, arrived in the evening and continued our journey the next morning, for which it was very suitable.

Taste-Emissions?
Community camping not far from Orleans with very short opening hours...June to Sept 4th HS, electricity 2pers Euro 17.- The pitches were rather small and mainly shady. Odor nuisance (where this came from I could not find out) The sanitary facilities were rather new and clean

Cost for 2 people, tent and car - 11,60Є. Camping on the bank of the Loire River. To the center of Orleans - 3-4 km. From 22.00 to 7.00 entrance to the camping and shower block is closed. There is no cafe or restaurant on the territory. Toilets are dirty, no toilet paper. There is no place for washing and no kitchen block. The campsite is very modest. There were a lot of noisy British people.

Centrally located directly on the Loire; ideal for visiting Orlean; also for cyclists (Loire cycle path)
