There is no garbage or rubbish lying around and even the permanent campers keep their pitches clean (which is not the case everywhere, see Baltic Sea).
We were there in the low season, but were still warmly welcomed by the groundsman. It was... already green and although the weather was still partly wintry, we already felt like we were in a well-kept park.
The direct view of the Spree from some of the pitches is great. There is also a restaurant (we weren't inside).
Sanitary area very clean, washing machines available.

Yes, the highway is there. But at home you have much more road noise. The A10 is far less annoying here than often described and is hardly noticeable during the day. A great canoe tour spot at a fair price. The only drawback is that washing up costs 50 cents.

The highway is annoying, especially when it blows in from there, but the restaurant is magical and the food is simply amazing. The landlord can only be my favorite. The place itself is clean, comfortable and beautifully situated on the rippling... Spree. The price/performance is fine, but I always come back because of Ronneck and the peace and quiet (unless the wind is blowing from the east). But: the Toktok is also bearable, don't worry.Tradus automat.

I particularly enjoyed the period from December to March. The site is beautifully situated on the Spree. It's an ideal starting point for canoeing or cycling. The sanitary facilities were basically always clean. I learned... from the girls' toilet that there are one or two permanent campers who don't know how to use a brush. The small site also has a restaurant. Unfortunately, the A10 highway can be heard quite a bit during the week. We received a very friendly welcome and would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again. The place is very nice and was the purest relaxation and compensation for the Baltic Sea... vacation "campsite". The location is ideal for trips to Berlin, so we will definitely come back. The permanent camping pitches are very nice. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant is very quaint and the food tastes good. The campsite is very suitable for water hikers. - Carolin A.August 2015PlusuriQuickly to BerlinMinusuriIt's in the comment! !!!Disappointed and unkemptThe place is very noisy due to the highway, by the guests of the restaurant who exercise their tour on the campsite one feels disturbed in his privacy and feels like in the zoo. If you are unlucky the lawn is not mowed and the hedges could do with a trim. Dogs are allowed to do their business without... the owners being willing to dispose of their four-legged friends' piles, which is very appetizing when you are sitting outside and eating something. The restaurant seems very crowded, the prices are overpriced the service leaves much to be desired.the sanitary facilities are not clean the showers are too high and the spray rain is limited.the reception well, it's best to make your own picture we will not come back, we were very disappointed and left the place quickly.Tradus automat.

Vinzenz T.August 2013PlusuriConvenient location for canoeistsMinusuriFreeway within earshot if wind direction is unfavorable.Good and inexpensive place to explore the regionI visited the site in summer 2013 and spent a few weeks there. The location of the campsite is ideal for visiting eastern Berlin and the Brandenburg hinterland as far as Frankfurt/Oder. The region has plenty of sights to offer: e.g: The Gardens of the World in Berlin-Marzahn, an old airfield near Finowfurt... which has been converted into an aviation museum, the museum park in Rüdersdorf, an open-cast mining area for lime, the boat lift near Niederfinow, etc. The campsite is located directly on the Spree and also has a mooring for boat hikers and a rustic restaurant where you can enjoy a very tidy and inexpensive meal. The sanitary facilities at the reception are up to date and spotlessly clean, but the other of the two sanitary buildings was being renovated at the time of my stay due to water damage. Nevertheless, I liked this site better than many other - sometimes overcrowded - campsites in the area that I also looked at. Clean and very level pitches, partly parceled out and large enough for caravan, car and awning, as well as on an unparceled meadow. About a quarter of the site is occupied by permanent campers. Unfortunately, the nearby highway can be heard depending on the wind direction. However, the noise is within tolerable limits. In any case, I would recommend the site.Tradus automat.- Jürgen F.August 2010Dirty and unkempt. (Cleaning lady is there max. 2 x per week) Poorly lit, often without toilet paper. Shower = warm spray rain for 50 cents per 2 min. Dishwashing room dirty without waste garbage can, no cold running water, hot water for 50 cents/2 min. Outdoor area: noisy due to highway in 100 m, clogged... drains, water tap wobbling and splashing in all directions. Unfriendly and incompetent groundskeeper. The only ray of hope: Local tenant friendly and helpfulTradus automat.

The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities is catastrophic in the early and late season!!! The campsite's own, very nicely furnished restaurant is highly recommended for short trips.Tradus automat.
