The sanitary facilities are always very clean and in good order, even if they are now a little older.
If you like it, you can get a partially paved pitch. The pitches are perfectly drained and absolutely level.
There is neither a restaurant... nor shopping facilities on the site. There is a beach pavilion on the steps to the beach, which offers good food at local prices. The sandwich store on the neighboring square only offers baked goods. The supermarket (1 km - can be reached by bike) has better baked goods but if you are lazy ...
To get to the beach you have to climb about 120 steps over the dune and along the cycle path, which is also used recklessly by very sporty e-bikers. But you don't have to cross any roads. Beach huts can be rented in the village if you don't want to lug your beach gear over the dune every day.
All in all, we were impressed by the campsite: quiet yet child-friendly, close to the beach, no dogs, no fuss. Zoutelande and Westkapelle are also not far away. And you don't really need a car here - you can do everything by bike.Tradus automat.

There is a beach pavilion in the immediate vicinity.
The pitches are generously sized. Partly paved with a small paved terrace and a meadow area. But there are also beautiful grass pitches. Everyone should find something... suitable here.
High hedges and trees provide some protection from the sun and wind.
Overall, the site is very well maintained and the paths are partly newly paved. The sanitary building is spacious and very clean.
There is a small kiosk with fresh bread rolls right next to the site.
We find the 50 cents for showers and the surcharge of €2 (per night) for the upgrade to 8 amps suitable for electric kettles a little out of date.
But that's the only point of criticism. The operators are very nice and the campsite is definitely worth a recommendation.Tradus automat.- Michael S.October 2019PlusuriClean facility, modern equipment, friendly hostMinusurinoneSimply good is not enough here ...A great place for a vacation, you can say of many campsites. At the Janse campsite in Zoutland (NL), this is not only true in many cases, but in all facets. The site is superbly run. You can tell from the friendly welcome. Even if you can't book via a booking system, the personal contact more than makes... up for this. Email contact is also fast, uncomplicated and friendly. This continues all the way to the pitch. Designated and marked pitches. Uncomplicated supply column that also offers DVB-T2. So the satellite dish could remain in the bed base. The pitch area is generously dimensioned. The lawn mixture must be special here. A lush, dense green without any weeds. Great barefoot running lawn. What you can't see straight away: Functioning drainage. We have waded through muddy meadows on other courses in the area after a rain shower, but you don't notice anything, even if it rains for 3 days straight, as it did here. There are also paved and wide paths, hedges and trees all around. You don't notice anything from the road. The site is also very quiet and relaxing despite being full. The wash house is a great place to stay. Modern and very clean. Sufficient showers and toilets. The latter are even available in different heights for small (children) and tall people. Showers with heated towel rail and double-head shower. 50 cents for a shower is not much and the time is more than enough. There are also dishwashing areas inside and washing up areas all around. We immediately noticed that each washing-up area has a plug and a sponge. So you can easily leave the place as you found it. Just clean. The waste station is also clean and adequate. The highlight of the pitch is the wind protection of the dunes and at the same time the maximum proximity to the beach. Just a few meters and steps separate the pitch from the very, very nice "Neptunus" beach pavilion. There you will find friendly service as well as delicious food and drink. This includes seating in the dry as well as on the open terrace with a magnificent view of the sea. If you want to go shopping, you can cycle to the beautiful and well-stocked supermarket "Jumbo". Overall, this wonderful place fits in with the beautiful area. We will definitely be back.Tradus automat.

The campsite itself is very clean and well laid out. Washrooms, showers and toilets are cleaned and disinfected several times a day.
Shopping facilities are within 10... minutes walking distance.
Fine sandy beach right next to the campsite (approx. 300m walk).
We have been guests of the Lous family for 3 weeks every year since 2018.

There is a bread store on the next pitch, a restaurant and snack bar on the opposite side of the road, and also on the beach Our pitch had water, waste water and electricity. To the nearest supermarket approx. 1.5 km, Zoutelande itself and Westkapelle approx. 2 km. Located directly on the cycle path. Here you can spend a carefree vacation.
