"Best campsite for those seeking relaxation - The location of the hotel with campsite, on the edge of a forest, leaves nothing to be desired for those seeking peace and relaxation. Nestled in a beautiful valley, this idyllic setting ensures pure relaxation. I have been visiting the campsite for 20 years and will continue to do so. As the first wheelchair hotel in the Alps, this hotel and campsite deserves an award for that alone! As a group leader at a sheltered workshop, I can also warmly recommend this place for group vacations. Here, a significant contribution is made to the participation of people with disabilities in social life. A competent team ensures that nothing is left to be desired.

"Nature Camping ..sommerski mlgluch - We were here for summer skiing from 1.6 to 6.6 ... peace and pure nature on the square ... Bread roll service... Sanitary older but clean... very suitable for dogs... overall chilled atmosphere

"Idyllically situated, simple campsite - The campsite is in an idyllic and very quiet location in the Kaunertal. Even during our visit in the high season there was very little going on. The pitches can be chosen relatively freely. The washrooms are simple and a little older, but clean and in keeping with the simple and natural flair of the campsite. The staff at the hotel next door are extremely friendly and helpful. We would come back at any time.

"Could be a top spot in terms of location. - We used this place for 2 days for hiking in the Kaunertal. We booked through the reception at the Hotel-Weissseesptize. The staff there were extremely friendly and courteous. The entire CP site is outdated and gives the same impression. Unfortunately. Only a few power boxes and you may need a very long cable drum. Only Schuko plug connection. The electricity consumption is included in the pitch fees, but the fuses jump out at every good opportunity, even though I was alone at the box. Only the fridge and TV were switched on, every other appliance e.g. coffee machine 1200W was too much. A wooden sanitary building without partitioning, i.e. washing, toilets, showers in one 'room'. Free WLAN worked perfectly. In the afternoon from 16.00 o'clock (in September) the place is completely in the shade. Shopping facilities 2km away. Hotel facilities can be used for a fee (wellness €12.50 p/p). Bread rolls can be picked up at the hotel. It's a fairly small site, and I'd rather not imagine what it looks like in the season when it's fully occupied (70 pitches). We felt comfortable for the two days, but you have to be aware that it's not a 5* CP premium site. With a few investments, however, it could certainly be an absolute top site. The only thing that really annoyed us was the poorly wired electricity boxes. Sanitary room despite the age was very clean (with 4 occupancy on the entire place certainly no problem) Ideal with dog, only a few meters to the footpath - starting point for hikes.

"Camping with hotel quality - The campsite is connected to a hotel that specializes in motorcyclists and people in wheelchairs. The hotel's infrastructure (garage with washing and service station, indoor pool, restaurant, etc.) can also be used by camping guests. The pitches are partly parceled out and have grassy ground, some trees, and the entire hotel crew is exceptionally friendly and helpful. With the free guest card you can use the public buses in the Kaunertal and the neighboring Inn Valley free of charge. Hot water and electricity are free.

Der Campingplatz Kaunertal breitet sich in wunderschöner, romantischer Wald- und Wiesenlage gleich hinter dem Hotel Weisseespitze inmitten des Kaunertals aus. Erstklassige Stellplätze umgeben von fantastischen Bergkulissen und Naturschönheiten ohnegleichen. Die idyllische Waldlage von Camping Kaunertal mit problemloser Zufahrt (200 Meter …von der Kaunertaler Landesstraße) garantiert Campern einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Mit 60 Stellplätzen auf Rasenboden, internationalen Stromanschlüssen, Dusch-, Wasch- und WC-Anlagen, großem Kinder-Spielplatz, Tennisplätze. Außerdem ist unser Campingplatz der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflugsfahrten in die nähere und weitere Umgebung (z.B.: Samnaun, Meran, Silvretta, Flexenpass, Innsbruck, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ...). Das Besondere am Camping Kaunertal ist, dass alle hoteleigenen Freizeit-, Unterhaltungs- und Wellnesseinrichtungen mitbenützt werden können (gegen Gebühr). Zudem bieten wir unseren Camping-Freunden sehr attraktive Packages (etwa für Naturfreunde und Bikerfreaks) an!

Wenn Sie über den Fernpass kommend ins Kaunertal fahren, zweigen Sie einfach in Imst auf die Bundesstraße nach Landeck ab. Von allen Richtungen bis zum Verkehrsknotenpunkt Landeck (über die Südumfahrung), dann Richtung Reschenpass. In Prutz nach links ins Kaunertal abbiegen …und noch ca. 8 km taleinwärts. Beim ersten Weiler Platz rechts über die Brücke über den Bach. Von hier aus sehen Sie das Hotel dann schon auf einer kleinen Erhöhung.
