"Yes, but ... - We ended up at this campsite at the beginning of September because of the good reviews - but they were already more or less antiquarian. We had phoned other desired pitches but hadn't got anything for the weekend. So I called the day before and asked for a free pitch, which the receptionist confirmed - but it almost sounded like it would be very difficult! But it wasn't, we got a huge pitch with about 220 m². When I pulled out the ACSI card, I was told "that's not possible, you should have said that on the phone yesterday, and the ACSI contingent is exhausted". In retrospect, we took the piss and grumbled and paid €305 for 7 days (incl. toeristenbelasting and WITHOUT showers, which costs an extra euro). The whole thing in advance, of course, according to Dutch custom. Of course, we could have continued driving and searching, but we didn't feel like it. There must be a penalty. OK, the pitches are huge and well-kept, but they are so far apart that it's difficult to make contact. The mini beach is 3 minutes away, Brouwershaven a few minutes by bike, otherwise the site is in the middle of the diaspora. We cycled 30-50 km through the countryside every day, to Zierikzee, Renesse and so on. Also to the winery "de kleine Schorre" with its completely overpriced prices. The infrastructure on the site tends towards zero, apart from a TK-Eijsje there's nothing. The reception is only open for a few hours. The sanitary facilities are immaculately clean, but there are NO individual wash cubicles and NO shelves above the washbasins, which not only caused us to look around. There are 4 toilets per gender, 3 showers and a handicap shower as well as a few washbasins without shelves. Conclusion: If you love silence and are mobile, you'll love it. Next time we'll go to a busier area. With a "real" beach.

"Very quiet campsite - The site is very quiet behind the dyke. The pitches are very large, parceled out and lushly planted. The site is a little off the beaten track to the south of Browershafen. The farm is still used for agricultural purposes. However, you hardly notice anything of this from the site. The people are very friendly. We were there for the second time this fall. The site is an ideal starting point for various cycle tours.

"We felt very comfortable here! - Super quiet, clean and well-kept campsite. For our 6 year old there were several small playgrounds scattered around the site and lots of sheep to stroke. There are also always activities for children that are planned, organized and carried out by the operators. A small beach can be reached on foot in three minutes. If you are mobile, Schouwen-Duivenland offers plenty to discover within a radius of around 20 km.

"Relaxation for the whole family - Beautiful site with spacious pitches, each pitch with its own electricity, water and waste water connection. Beautifully laid out with lots of hedges and trees. Sanitary facilities super clean and very modern. Numerous playgrounds on the site. The Grevelingen beach is a 2-minute walk away, where four-legged friends are also allowed to swim. Great for guests with dogs! You can be in Renesse or Zieriksee in 15 minutes by car. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The only tiny disadvantage: there are no shopping facilities on site. But there is no point deduction for that... We would love to come back!

"Easter vacation 2016 We were thrilled - I was at the campsite for a week at Easter 2016 with children (11/12) + WW. The site is very nicely laid out with large, nicely spaced plots and lots of hedges and trees. The sanitary building was clean and modern. The indoor games room was heated and well equipped. The Grevelingsmeer lies behind a high dyke. The water quality was great. We had a sailing boat with us and could easily park it on the beach. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and will be back in the summer.

"Large spacious sites, privacy, tranquility and super clean plumbing - Once you've been here, you just don't look any further. Here you really recover from the hectic life. but also for children there is plenty to do and that it is so close to a sandy beach is just unique!
