We spent 4 days on a luxury comfort pitch. Unfortunately, the pitches are right next to a busy road and are correspondingly noisy. Even in the evening there are still a lot of cars so that there is practically no peace and quiet. Otherwise... the whole site is kept very clean. Only the lawn is partly not in a good condition. A lot of sand is used here. Unfortunately the restaurant and pub are closed. Here I miss a hint on the homepage. When I asked the operator about this, he said that they have someone who is very unreliable. What a pity really. The town of Afferden can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. We have decided not to camp here again. Even if the operators make a lot of effort with the maintenance of the place, the road is very annoying. And the lack of information about the closed restaurant is also annoying as we like to use it.Tradus automat.- Kathrin W.June 2014PlusuriChildren's pool, pool, nice playground, large pitches, cleanMinusuriExpressway, but only audible in the eveningGreat weekend!!!We stayed at the campsite over the long weekend at Whitsun. We had great weather, so the pool was a great way to cool off. The children had a lot of fun in the lovingly designed playground and the petting zoo was also great. There was also a soccer, volleyball and basketball court for the older children.... We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back soon. The criticism about the highway is correct, but you hardly notice it during the day. A 50 km/h zone near CP would be great..... Conclusion: a great place for families!Tradus automat.
