- Michael S.September 2023PlusuriGreat beach bar Free water parkMinusuriWater park partly defective Beach is OK but not outstanding Pitches partly very uneven Sports facilities (fitness) are virtually non-existent, only a few rusty machines.Actually a nice campsite that is unfortunately heavily commercializedIn general, it would be a nice campsite that lives above all from the atmosphere around the chilled beach bar.
If it weren't for this, I wouldn't even give it one point / star given the price.
The main thing we noticed is that more and more pitches are being converted into very expensive mobile homes.... I hope this takes its revenge, because that would not be a place where I would want a mobile home. There are nicer mobile home sites.
The path to the swimming pool (located inland) is very long. It's about a 10-minute walk from the beach bar. And it's not at the end of the campsite. But there is a tufftuff track.
A reservation fee is charged, which is not deducted from the booking/invoice but is payable in addition.
Only recommended to a limited extent with a tent, except for the luxury class. Otherwise the pitches are often very uneven.Tradus automat. - Sven P.September 2023PlusuriVery nice campsite. Nice staff. Directly on the Adriatic. Good value for money. Playground is great for children. Pure nature. Few permanent campersMinusuriPitches partly closed with trees so that some have difficulty using the pitch.Everything fitsWe are very happy with the campsite. Direct view of the sea and also surprisingly quiet although we have a pitch right next to the playground. The playground only has a small swing with a slide, but our 4-year-old son prefers to play with the water fountain anyway, which you soon stop noticing. The restaurant... plays music from 9am to 10pm but it's bearable. The sanitary facilities are cleaned from morning to night and although the site is fully booked there is no queue. If you have never been to a campsite before, you should be aware that you should always have a cable reel with you. There is always an electricity or water connection for 6 pitches. If you are looking for fast internet, this is not the place for you, but I don't see this as a minus point because I want to go camping and not surf the internet.Tradus automat.
- R. F.August 2023PlusuriI'm still looking.MinusuriPrice/performancePriceReservation fee 20,00€!!!
Pitch p. night 2 adults + 1 child incl. additional charges approx. 132,50€. Premium Mare, wow and right next to the playground, and additional all-day music. Normally the prices are completely secondary to me, but sorry, this is bordering on rip-off. But it works perfectly,... the site is full and most people probably don't value a nice and well-kept site as much.
Sometimes it's just not right and then you should be consistent and travel on and express your opinion.Tradus automat. - Erwin O.June 2023PlusuriPebble and rocky beaches, clean sea, good gastronomyMinusuriWashbasins not physically separated from toiletsBeautifully situated, great water, good gastronomyMon Perin consists of two parts of the campsite which are about 500 meters apart, we were in the San Polo area and had a pitch right by the sea. The pitch was clean, the sea was crystal clear, we had a pebble beach right in front of the pitch, it was excellent. The whole campsite is very well maintained.... The food (we went to the San Pol restaurant twice) was first class. The restaurant is by the sea, the food tasted very good and the whole restaurant team was very friendly. The sanitary facilities were always clean and modern. It was surprising, however, that the washbasins (e.g. for brushing teeth) were not separated from the toilets. But maybe that was only the case in the one sanitary building. Tip: Cycle to the village of Bale, 6 km away and higher up, a beautiful village whose romantic historic center was extensively renovated around 10 years ago.Tradus automat.
- Mareike R.June 2023PlusuriDepending on the pitch, you have a direct view of the sea - but that's it!MinusuriAn impertinence: you arrive, MUST immediately pay the full price of the booked period OR hand in your original ID! I don't hand in my passport abroad! No copy will be accepted! You will not get your money back if you have to shorten your vacation! only if you hand in your ID! Showers for the price of the pitch fee, also bad! Cold, no storage facilities, only a hook! I recommend the disabled shower even if you don't do that! If you book the Premiern Mare pitch, the hedges may block the view of the sea! Apparently they are not trimmed! There is supposed to be a Fresh Market Farm where you can pick up a bag of free fruit and vegetables on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 10am to 12pm! Mhhh was there on Saturday at half past ten but nobody else!!! No note or any other hint! The MinI market just closes between times! Times every day from 8 to 21 o'clock! at 18 o'clock so was once closed! no note or hint! The pitches are very narrow, especially on the Premium Mare, as there are trees in the way! A powerful mover is a must!!! You should also be prepared for a plague of mosquitoes and ants! The power boxes are NOT available at every pitch! You should have a long power supply with you! Also no indication of it! All in all you feel a little ripped off and mass processed! We didn't have any noise here!Top location but NO value for moneySo sad that you have to pay so dearly for such a location! We are not angry but disappointed!Tradus automat.
- Alexandra J.May 2023PlusuriThe sea, the bay, the restaurant on the square, San Pol, is great!!!MinusuriVERY EXPENSIVE! ACSI not accepted! It has become frighteningly expensive!Price-performance no longer fits!
The pitches have become so expensive and the shower heads in the showers hang loosely from the wall. In cloudy weather only lukewarm water, unfortunately this was the case in May. Only outside showers open. The other showers were not open. Not nice at 12 degrees outside....
In the main season, a pitch directly in the 1st row costs €165 plus people and possibly other people/animals! That quickly adds up to €200 per day!!!
That's not acceptable!
The pitches in the 2nd and 3rd row also cost a fortune. But take a look for yourself!
ACSI runs this campsite, ACSI was not accepted at reception because they supposedly no longer work with ACSI. We were there in the low season, when they should have counted full.
Outrageous!!!Tradus automat. - Verena J.May 2023PlusuriBeautiful bayMinusuriOne chemical toilet emptying per area, not all bathrooms open, getting more expensive from year to year without more service, incorrect billing at reception and then no refund - overall the price/performance ratio no longer fits at allMediocreI've been coming here for a long time, but the price is no longer worth it. The service is getting worse and worse. Despite the very high prices, the pitches at the front don't even have waste water in the San Polo A area and most of them can't be used in the B area. Prices for dogs are charged that differ from the price list with the remark because I booked early. All in all, just more of a rip-off.Tradus automat.
- Christian S.April 2023PlusuriVery nice and quiet locationMinusuriLots of ants, not enough sanitary facilities Electricity and water connections sometimes very far away. Construction activitiesProbably more for glampingWe were here at Easter 2023. The location is very nice, the pitch was almost empty.
But when the site is full, there are far too few sanitary facilities. The sanitary blocks are open, which may be great in summer, but when it's colder, it's unpleasant.
No toilet brushes in the toilets, at least for the... men. Cleanliness wasn't great either.
We had booked a pitch in the "Premium Mare" category. According to the description with electricity and water connection on the pitch, at least that's what I read. But in our area there was one column for 6 pitches. So if you don't stand at the column and don't have at least 50m of cable, then you have a problem.
There is also only one place to empty the chemical toilet and the gray water, so it was a long way to go.
As new glamping accommodation is currently being built, there was construction site traffic from 07:00. There is only one road. The construction site vehicles didn't drive at 20km/h, but rather at full speed.
This wasn't a problem for us as we no longer have small children, but otherwise.....Tradus automat. - Jens S.August 2022Plusuri- Very long, beautiful beach area, not overcrowded even in high season - Many facilities for children (paleo swimming pool, water playgrounds, trampoline, etc) - Modern and clean sanitary facilities - Good restaurants directly on site - Mini market, bakery, fishmongerMinusuri- quite expensive - the quality of the pitches and sanitary facilities apparently stands and falls with the locationGreat place with a beautiful beachA great campsite with a beautiful spacious beach. Our expectations were exceeded. Even though we couldn't reserve a specific pitch, we were lucky to have a quiet pitch in the newer San Polo area which was still not far from the beach and water park. The area was nicely shaded and a place for a hammock... and slackline was quickly found ;-) We wouldn't have swapped with most of the premium pitches on the beach, as there was no shade at all in some places, which is not so pleasant in high summer. We also didn't really like the older part of the campsite (Cologne) - especially with regard to the beach area there. The sanitary block near our pitch was modern and clean. A cleaning lady was there all day. There is a lot on offer for children. The food in the San Pol restaurant was also very tasty and fairly priced (and with a sea view).Tradus automat.
- Alfred F.August 2022PlusuriBeautiful water, small fine CP, little remmidemmi, small but clean pool area, very quiet in the low season, in the high season the right pitch is important.Minusurilong distances to the wash houses, few and therefore overused wash houses, the surrounding villages are difficult to reach without a car.Again and again with pleasure!Due to the quietness in the low season and the clean sea we will definitely come back!Tradus automat.
- Holger M.August 2022PlusuriBeautiful bathing bays, many leisure and sports facilities. Volleyball court, cinema, paleo water park, bouncy castle on the water, beautiful spacious pitches, great spaceMinusuriVery expensive! Partly chaotically organized, in the Cologne part the most beautiful pitches were flattened for luxury houses, which totally destroys the character of the campsite. It looks like a bigwig's estate surrounded by pedestrians (campers). What a pity. It was definitely much nicer before. In the beautiful Paleo water park, the water at the slide is far too low. There is an acute risk of injury even for small children because the floor is very rough and the children rub against it when they dive from the slide into the water. New but unkempt sanitary facilities.Very nice but very expensive campsiteIn the Cologne section, the most beautiful pitches have been flattened for luxury houses, which totally destroys the character of the campsite. It looks like a bigwig's estate surrounded by pedestrians (campers). What a pity. It was definitely much nicer before. This part is therefore no longer attractive... to us. That's why we were on son Polo this year. This part of the site is much better suited to camping. The pitches are large and beautiful. You'll find everything you need for a great vacation. Nevertheless, the prices are disproportionately high.Tradus automat.
- Rovi C.August 2022PlusuriFront row seats Great bakery and restaurant Paleo ParkMinusuriRocky beach with jellyfish Windy Cleanliness of wash housesSpace with potential for moreThe site actually consists of two campsites and is very spacious. A bike is necessary. The Paleo Park is beautiful, but the slide is not well thought out. You hurt yourself because the pool is so rough. The children didn't want to slide anymore. The bakery and restaurant are extremely good compared to... many other campsites. Prices are ok, but upmarket. The pitches in the first row at San Polo are beautiful, but very windy. Caravans have tipped over here during storms. The beach is very rocky and slippery and very wavy and not really suitable for children. The wash houses are nothing. Although new, they are run down and there are not enough showers and the water is always cold. Unfortunately, they are not clean either. With a pitch price of 143 euros, this is a no go. It is noticeable that 60 percent of the site is in Slovenian/Italian hands. The further away you are from the sea, the more permanent camper slums. This is particularly noticeable in the Colona section. This ruins the feeling of the campsite and should be changed urgently if you want to be a 4 to 5 star campsite. There is hardly any network, but good WLAN. The free vegetables are also great. The campsite offers a lot, such as cinema, beach party, Bimmel train to the small remote town. Unfortunately, profit is the top priority on the site. Despite booking a year ago, the stated price for 2022 was increased by another 15 euros and we were not informed. The price list from January was changed during the year. The friendliness at reception leaves a lot to be desired. Something went wrong with our booking, they make up the rules as they go along. Everything only worked out with a bit of fighting. Very little German is spoken on the campsite, which I don't really know in Croatia.
If the wash houses were serviced again and looked after better, we would come again because of the bombastic pitches in the first row, otherwise the price-performance ratio is unfortunately not right.Tradus automat. - Christoph T.June 2022PlusuriAccess to the seaMinusuriNoise (night rest from 24 to 7 o'clock) Garbage disposal Few toilets, queue in the morning Beach bar plays loud music all day long Reservation did not work as desired. For me the loudest place in 50 years of campingThe campsite consists of an older and a newer part, which are about 1km apart. We were in the newer part. The site has shaded pitches separated by hedges. However, the hedges in the new part are only 50 cm high.
Many pitches have a not inconsiderable slope.
Wi-Fi is not available everywhere.
The old trees, even in the middle of pitches, can restrict use.Tradus automat. - Eva B.May 2022PlusuriExtensive grounds, plenty of choice of pitches - whether sunny or shady, close to the sea or hidden in the forest. Mostly fairly level pitches. Lots of nature all around. Beautiful sea access and views. Swallows are allowed to breed in the washrooms - I really appreciate that.MinusuriReckless long-term campers - arriving in the middle of the nightWonderful spacious place with lots of natureI always enjoy staying at Mon Perin. Only this time we were annoyed by permanent campers on the neighboring plot. They weren't there when we decided on the pitch. We arrived at 0:45, left the engine running for a few minutes, cleared out the car - you can hear the footsteps on the gravel a long way away,... rummaged around and settled in. At 2:00 a.m. I got up and went over with the request to finally be quiet. Instead of an apology, I got a snotty, aggressive reply. How can someone drive in at this time, even though driving is prohibited from 23:00?
Otherwise a wonderful place with friendly staff.Tradus automat. - Josef C.September 2021Plusurialmost everythingMinusuri???a good timeThere are advantages and disadvantages everywhere and if you look you will always find disadvantages. We prefer to look for the advantages, then the stay will certainly be nice, because there is almost no such thing as perfect.
In 2022, our young neighbors were pretty loud day and night. The reception even assigned us a nicer place and we were happy to move. The 2 weeks were then wonderful.Tradus automat. - Thomas H.September 2021PlusuriBeautiful location, friendly staff, and a campsite to recommend.MinusuriSome of the bushes and trees are too many, making the plots very shady, which is nice and good in the summer but very cooling in early summer or from September onwards. There are not many opportunities to get into the sea on the beach.Beautiful shared campsite near Bale ValleThe Mon Perin campsite is divided into two pitches, one in the San Polo area and the other in the Colona area. In the middle is a swimming park called Paleo Park, suitable for young and old.
The campsite has a large number of toilets and showers which were very well maintained and clean in my time. The... range of good restaurants and bars round off the campsite. The staff are very friendly and courteous and booking is quick and easy. There is a store and bakery on each pitch. There are plenty of opportunities for children to have a great vacation. The pitches vary in size, some are in large areas, others are in a very shady area. And partly mixed with fixed campers. The campsite offers many facilities such as a diving center, cinema, playgrounds, boat hire, hiking and cycling. Dogs are allowed on both sites. There are many mobile homes on the site, which are also offered by the Gebetsroither company. A small bus (train) takes campers to Bale/Valle and back several times a day free of charge. All in all, this is a very nice campsite, but it could also be expanded.Tradus automat. - Christian M.June 2021PlusuriCp very well maintained, many very clean sanitary buildings, shopping facilities and bakery on site, large pitches and lots of trees for shade. Great mobile homes. Gastronomy and beach bars available. Cp nice and quiet, no hustle and bustle, no annoying animation.MinusuriMany pitches occupied by permanent campers. Water access often very rocky (there are also swimming areas with large stones poured out, it would be much nicer with gravel)Very well-kept quiet campsiteThe CP Mon Perin is a combination of two campsites. Each pitch offers the same facilities. It is very quiet and pleasant here. Everything is very clean and well-kept. All pitches have electricity and water. The Paleo Park offers campers a free and very nice outdoor swimming pool. Here you can spend a really great vacation with lots of relaxation. The price/performance ratio is reasonable.Tradus automat.
- Oliver T.August 2020PlusuriThe pitches were huge and well maintained. Nature and peace all around.MinusuriWe were there in the Corona year, with what felt like 50% occupancy, and the toilets and showers are probably running out at full capacity.Surrounded by nature and a long beachHow should you rate a campsite in the Corona year 2020? We booked very early this time and booked a pitch in the 1st row right by the sea. We were also able to make requests. We tend to be lone wolves and don't want to camp on the main roads and in the center of the campsite. We had the perfect pitch... you could wish for there. Directly by the sea outside the center of the site (although there is no real center as you might imagine). The promenade was just a small gravel path without much foot traffic. We were able to watch the sun set over the sea every evening from the pitch. The size of the pitch was HUGE. On other pitches they would have made 3 out of it! Nice and shady, with direct water and electricity connections. In the evening it was more than quiet, which was not due to the low utilization of the pitch due to Corona. There was also a shower right in front of us to rinse off the salt water. If you're looking for peace and quiet and huge pitches, MonPerin is the place for you. The campsite consists of 2 (probably merged) campsites, which were quite far apart territorially. 7 minutes by bike. Between the two pitches is the Paleo Bad, which is free for campers. We only went there once. As the beach has either very sharp-edged rocks (some with entrances) or large pebbles, the baths are an alternative for families with small children. It wasn't interesting for us. As I said, you had to "climb" quite a bit on the beach. Getting in was always a challenge for us in front of the pitch. On our pitch in Area Colona (the 2nd is called San Polo) there was a barter school, a small store, 1 fruit stall, 1 stall for beach items, a fishmonger every morning, 1 bar and 2 restaurants, one of which was closed due to Corona. We went to the restaurant several times. It was good value and very tasty. Unless you are looking for upscale cuisine. The store was fTradus automat.
- Karin B.August 2020PlusuriGood restaurant on site.MinusuriI have been coming to this campsite with my family for 10 years. Unfortunately, more and more is being built every year, so the natural flair of the site is increasingly being lost. However, the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities has changed very little. Employees who would be responsible for cleaning the sanitary facilities sit in the shade for hours on end, with no trace of cleaning, let alone disinfection. Unfortunately, the prices increase from year to year. Unfortunately, the beach is not cleaned either. For me, that would be more important than the pool and chic flair in the bar.Beautiful nature, but the service leaves a lot to be desiredI will look for a campsite where more emphasis is placed on cleanliness in the sanitary facilities and on the beach.Tradus automat.
- Joachim L.September 2019PlusuriThe clear water and the sunsetsMinusuriNo separate places for dog owners Reception always far away Sea urchinLong camping stripThis is not a campsite in the true sense of the word, it is a coastal strip up to 9 km long that has been designated as a campsite. If you want to choose a pitch, you should definitely do this by bike or even by car, as it takes more than half a day on foot. The pitches in the first row right by the... sea are good, but cost a little more, like almost everywhere else. But you can also get a view of the sea from pitches in the second row. The slums of the permanent campers begin shortly behind in the forest. Not nice to look at. The sanitary facilities are clean and, after initial fears in the low season, adequate. There is not much going on around the site, you can cycle to Bale, otherwise the cycle paths are mostly gravel. The pitches and the whole site could do with a little more maintenance.Tradus automat.
