Sanitary facilities old but very clean in my opinion, staff friendly, store very cheap, restaurant/snack bar good for me. Pitches with electricity and relatively quiet location for Munich, 5G internet, inexpensive (1 person with motorhome and electricity (flat rate) 24.50€ or with very little electricity from 21.50€ and without electricity 20€.MinusuriAnyone who is bothered by old sanitary facilities and confuses old with dirty is in the wrong place here.Great place to explore MunichI was used to camping from my childhood over 50 years ago until about 20 years ago, back then the pitches were easier than they are today, maybe that's why my rating is so good, it seems that people want more comfort today.Tradus automat.

Sven G.September 2019PlusuriGood transport connections, friendly staffMinusuriRelatively high renovation backlog, but also relatively expensive.Well...The place seems a bit gloomy, not only because of the forest location, but also because of the atmosphere. Even though the staff at the registration desk are very friendly, it's not really clear where the comparatively generous amount of money requested goes. Much has already been written here about... the state of the sanitary facilities. Little of it is exaggerated. Cleaning is done daily and thoroughly, but in a city like Munich this is not a flagship. At the time of my stay, the left half of the square was closed to the general public, as a kind of tent city for international Wiesn visitors had been set up here. To be honest, I didn't dare go into the snack bar. There are a lot of people living on the square who are financially overstretched by the Munich real estate market and that's how the whole thing looks. Nevertheless - for my personal needs, the square is perfectly adequate and I'll be back here again if necessary. The alternatives available in the city are more expensive at best anyway, but hardly better.Tradus automat.- Frank F.August 2019Plusuriin MunichMinusuriunkemptBadAnyone who has been to this site can easily judge how the beautiful pictures on the website can disguise the true condition. The pitches in the area where we were are ok, but extremely narrow. With caravans 2.5 meters wide, you can barely get the door open. So much for the "good". Now for the unappetizing... part: the sanitary facilities. To make a long story short - shit holes. Run-down containers. Either totally filthy with motion detectors for the light in the anteroom (so when the light has gone out, you have to go into the anteroom with your pants down to get the light on for the next switching phase) or with proper light, but only one roll of paper hanging in the slope, there is no paper in the individual toilets. If you haven't taken enough with you ... see above on the subject of light. I was lucky enough to be the first user after the cleaning. Well, I had to clean again because the wobbly toilet seat was covered in blue cleaning agent. Consequence: one visit here was enough. I'd rather spend the night at the rest area between trucks with comfortable sanifair toilets. You are happy to invest the 70 cents thereTradus automat.

The location is great for this. It's very spacious for a big city campsite, almost like a large park. However, the reception staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and only moderately friendly. 1€ for a shower is expensive,... something we haven't experienced at German campsites. In addition, the sanitary facilities take some getting used to. Cold, some showers can't be locked but are only separated by a curtain, toilet paper has to be unrolled outside the cubicle at a central point (or it's better to bring your own).Tradus automat.
- Jessi B.August 2018PlusuriNear the cityMinusuriDirty Pitches very small afbau awning or markese not possibleMiserableI absolutely lack the words about the condition of this place welcome was friendly but unfortunately this does not make the condition of the place better we were 2 nights for 33.- € each (2 adults. 1child 4year old 1dog) and thought that was appropriate for the proximity to the center of Munich, however,... the sanitary facilities were not cleaned once during this time on my departure when I asked when the sanitary facilities were cleaned, the friendly lady told me daily I said sorry but here the whole days were not even cleaned and the place is only 1/2 occupied daraufhien she says quite unconcerned yes I will pass it on her reaction has shown me that she probably hears this often but thanks to the campers coming anyway a literally damp dirt intressiert ... We are really angry about the performance of the campsite and at the same time happy we were on the road all day and could use the public toilets because these were definitely more hygienic To the pitch: This is quite narrow for our 5m long caravan 2.25m wide it was not possible to set up a tent or something similar which didn't bother us at all because we were in Munich during the day, thank God! We would have had the possibility to choose the place differently also here they were extraordinarily friendly !!!Tradus automat.
holger e.June 2018Plusuri- Location - Beautiful park-like grounds - Ideal for activities in and around MunichMinusuri- Showers underground - Snack machine with defective cooling - No one cares about the speed limit on the pitch - Snack barClean transit area with plenty of room for improvement.Ideal location for concerts in Munich. Bus connection directly at the site and very close to the highway. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities date from the last century (before the war), but are clean. Toilet paper hangs outside the cubicles (presumably the fitter had 3-4 beers too many). The "steam... jet-like" showers, which have to be fed with one euro for 6 minutes of hot water, are an imposition. Adjusting the water temperature and quantity requires time and practice, for which a charge is made. Groundsman Peter very helpful and nice! Due to the relatively empty site, free choice of pitches, which were completely different in size. On some, large tandem axles are possible without any problems, on others at most a VW bus. The proximity to the highway is advantageous in terms of access, but also in audible proximity. The bus stops are right in front of the campsite. The site has a large and old stock of trees. The pitches are parceled out, separated by hedges and freely selectable. Everything is available on the campsite... (supermarket, snack bar, vending machines, small playground, washing machines, etc.). Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are outdated and outmoded, but clean! The highway next to the CP did not bother us. A very nice beer garden (tasty and reasonably priced) and a bakery are within walking distance. The staff at the campsite are very friendly and the price-performance ratio for a campsite in Munich is also good. We were very satisfied and will be back next year!Tradus automat.

Shower coins are so 90s...Overnight stay yes, vacation noThe site is small, old and shows in many ways how it should no longer be done. The pitches between the tall, old trees are acceptable but quite small, with some smaller trees and bushes also getting in the way. The large trees are also home to many birds, which sometimes sounds very nice but was also... impressively visible on the vehicles (ok, it's not the site's fault, but it's still worth mentioning) The sanitary building is very old and seems to have last received a bit of love in the 80s. In the toilets you have to take the paper with you in the corridor beforehand. You can only get a little hot water for a shower in exchange for shower coins. The absolute negative highlight, however, are the "toilet containers" on the pitch. They look as if they were the victims of a group of rioters at some major festival in the 90s, then placed on the square and, judging by the smell, have not been cleaned since. You voluntarily take the path to the actual sanitary building, regardless of the weather and time of day. We were there over a long weekend to test the newly collected caravan and to visit relatives. The site was ok for this, even if it was too expensive for what was on offer.Tradus automat.

The attention seems to have stopped in the 60s, whether the owner knows the conditions seems questionable. Permanent... camping pitches are old, partly rotten. Garbage containers constantly overfilled. The store offers cans and fast food. You can't even get a Munich pretzel. Small camping stuff is ok. No program for children - no facilities for the disabled. No effort is made. Bar is more suitable for drunks. Doesn't fit in with Munich - the attitude tab and request for improvement was carelessly dismissed.Tradus automat.

It's hard to describe what awaited us there. Sanitary facilities at least 50 years old, very awkward entrance barrier, €25.50 per night for two people with caravan and electricity connection is relatively expensive. Only use the toilets... in an emergency. Wowa with its own bathroom was not much use to us, as neither water nor waste water were within easy reach.
