- Ralf B.July 2022PlusuriClose to the pebble beach and the townMinusuriNoneBeautifully situatedThe reception is very friendly, the owner couple is very nice and helpful.
The sanitary facilities reach their capacity limit in the high season, but were generally clean.
Bread rolls/baguettes are available to order in advance and are very good.
If you are lucky, there is a concert or a market in the town, be sure to visit to enjoy the Breton way of life.Tradus automat. - Ueli R.July 2019PlusuriVery nice location, quiet, large pitchesMinusurinoneBeautifully situatedNice welcome, we were there with a caravan (6 m). Large pitches, paths and bends a little narrow. Grassy ground, slightly sloping, no shade, not very well lit at night, very quiet. Was well occupied at our time. Toilets clean, but there could be 2-3 more. Bread can be ordered, otherwise very little food.... Nearest supermarket approx. 4 km away. If the water level is right, swimming is possible on site, otherwise a large, shallow beach approx. 200 m away (18°C). Wifi free of charge.Tradus automat.
- K.A. K.July 2018PlusuriFantastic location, very beautiful sunsets, absolute peace and quietMinusuriin my opinion there is noThat's all you need...a campsite with a breathtaking location, you can feel the proximity to the sea and nature, the pitches are spacious, partly separated by waist-high hedges, curves partly quite narrow, sanitary facilities are simple but very clean and absolutely functional, for showering you need coins (1,-€ for approx.... 6 min hot water) there is a very friendly and open atmosphere, free WLAN access near the reception, hiking trail starts directly at the campsite, there is a sandy beach in the village, about 5 min walk, availability without advance reservation was possible but I was a bit lucky, so I would recommend a reservation.Tradus automat.
- Uwe Michael L.September 2017PlusuriLocation, view, price-performance ratio, size of the pitches.MinusuriAfter much deliberation, actually NOTHING.Beautifully situated campsite with great sea viewsThe campsite is beautifully situated by the sea. The pitches are very large, so also suitable for large caravans or motorhomes. The sanitary facilities are older but clean (make sure you bring toilet paper). The site team is lovely and always on hand with help and advice. The bread roll service is good and cheap. We felt very comfortable for 17 days in September and enjoyed our vacation. Thanks to the whole team.Tradus automat.
- Dieter A.June 2017PlusuriLocation, tranquillity, friendlinessMinusurinoneCamping site as I love it!Beautifully situated campsite, yet not far from the nearest town. Finally a site without sprawling mobile home areas, but with plenty of space. Some of the pitches are a bit sloping, so wedges are necessary. The upper sanitary facilities were open in June, which looked as good as new and were always... clean. A small disadvantage: you need a shower coin to shower, but it takes about 8 minutes. In the evening and in the morning, a friendly, English-speaking lady comes to check you in. Bread rolls, baguettes ... are available to order. Unfortunately it was my last day of vacation, but I'll be back here again.Tradus automat.
- Christian H.September 2016PlusuriThe location is simply perfectMinusuriAccess for large caravans, sloping pitches, shower jetonstremendous locationThe approach was quite adventurous, as we didn't drive clockwise around the village, but through it. I also just managed the driveway with a slight scratch in the awning. The large pitches are quite sloping and we had to put two wedges under one wheel and Barbara almost couldn't get into the caravan.... The sanitary facilities are old but clean, BUT with shower chips. The location and the view are unique. I always thought I could get out where I came in, but I couldn't get out far enough, so I had to hang out and move out... Hiking boots are recommended for walks in the area.Tradus automat.
- Frank J.October 2015PlusuriPeace and quiet, beautiful surroundings (view of the sea and the rock formation of the Pointe de Primel), friendly and uncomplicated site managementMinusuriThe pebble beach directly below the campsite is not ideal for swimming, the nearest sandy beach is a few hundred meters away.Peace and relaxation in beautiful surroundingsWe stayed here for a week and a half in October, went on many excursions from here to the surrounding area, hiked and even swam in the sea. The site management was very friendly and uncomplicated. Only the upper part of the site was open and only one sanitary building, but it was perfectly adequate for... us (we never had to queue for showers or toilets). At the beginning the open part of the site was almost full, later we were sometimes the only guests. At night it was absolutely quiet except for the quiet, regular pounding of the surf on the pebble beach.Tradus automat.
- Martina M.July 2015PlusuriSea view, peace and quietMinusuriNoneGreat view directly from the caravanA super nice campsite right by the sea with a view of the Pointe de Primel. You can go hiking right in front of the campsite. Our dog could let off steam. The pitches are quite large and almost all have a sea view. Free WLAN.Tradus automat.
- Christian S.August 2011Small campsite with a fantastic location directly in Primel-Tregastel. We were there in mid-August and the site was about 2/3 full. Nice layout, lots of water points, direct access to the beach - very quiet. Sanitary facilities very basic (but no standing toilets) and not always clean - but this is certainly... also due to the other campers, as they were cleaned regularly. Showers for coins (EUR 1.10) with a time limit. Too few storage facilities in showers/wash cubicles. Water jet not adjustable anywhere - unsuitable for small children. Free WLAN. Washing machine/dryer (EUR 3.60). Baker comes to the site in the morning and sells bread.Tradus automat.
