It was very quiet and we were able to enjoy the natural idyll. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The sanitary facilities are well maintained and clean. Due to the good location, there are plenty of... leisure activities in the surrounding area. I can't think of anything negative about this site, apart from the road that runs right past it.
The pitches are not variable in size, they are not moved together during the season. They are spacious and sufficient for larger campers or a caravan... plus car.
If the road were further away, it would be perfect. If you need a lot of peace and quiet, you can camp behind the main house further away from the road, where you won't hear it.
The toilets and showers are very clean and are thoroughly cleaned once a day.
The people in the office are very friendly and happy to help sort out any problems.
The campsite also has an area for families with children near the tennis court with a playground. You shouldn't camp there if you need peace and quiet, but it's ideal for children and close to the leisure park.
Further up the valley it gets quieter and there are various pitches, e.g. arranged in a circle on a meadow or between permanent campsites.
You should book well in advance during the season.
Out of season you can also find a free pitch spontaneously.
Electricity at the pitches and water taps per 4 pitches.

Denk bijvoorbeeld aan een zandbak. Maar verder is alles helemaal naar wens. That's why we come back to this campsite every year.Super camping!Een heerlijk rustige en schone camping. Located directly on the beautiful Tiroler Aache. Great new playground and right next door a leisure pool with natural pond and a huge playground free of charge. Very friendly campsite operators :-) The pitches are not too cramped and still offer privacy ;-) Bus connection available. The hosts are very friendly and helpful in all areas. We particularly liked the cleanliness of the site and the entire sanitary facilities. The ski area (Hohe Salve) is very easy to reach from the campsite (approx. 5 minutes) - also in... summer for mountain hiking, biking, paragliding, etc.
If you want to do sports or simply enjoy the panorama and the coziness of the campsite, you are in good hands at the Reiterhof campsite.

With a view of the Hohe Salve, somewhat secluded in a side valley and by a stream, this is pure vacation. The complex is well maintained and very well equipped. We particularly appreciate the location. 2km outside of Hopfgarten in the side valley to Kelchsau, it is very quiet here. The unobstructed view of the Hohe Salve is a dream.Tradus automat.

The campsite is open all year round and also offers excellent infrastructure for winter campers. Gas bottles can be purchased directly at the campsite. Good mix of permanent campers, transients and (multi-)day vacationers. For families with... children, there is a large playground within walking distance with a mini-golf course, basketball court, soccer five-a-side pitch, beach volleyball court and a small skating and BMX facility. There is also a beautiful bathing lake with a sunbathing lawn together with a swimming pool and a water play area for small children. There is also a restaurant with an adjoining bowling alley. The campsite has very well-maintained and clean sanitary facilities, even when it is busy. Washing machines and tumble dryers are available. There is also a large common room that guests can use. In winter there is a ski shed and a drying room where you can hang up your laundry.
The tenant couple are very friendly, as are all the staff.

No matter what the issue, there is always a great willingness to help. Sanitary facilities are always clean, in winter there is a ski cellar. We enjoy the view of the Hohe Salve and feel very relaxed and comfortable here. Whether it's a short stay or a longer seasonal... stay, you just feel at home. What we particularly like is the spaciousness and the relatively large pitches. There is no crowding. The proximity to Salena Land is also great in summer.
