We had a very large pitch. The sanitary facilities are clean. Unfortunately, storage space and hooks are in short supply. The playground is very sparsely equipped. However, due to the location on the lake, this is of secondary importance (large playground by the harbor, sandy... beach on the lake).
Small store with goods that don't spoil quickly (pasta, etc.). There is a Migros nearby (approx. 1.5 km).
The staff are very friendly.
Next door is the Aquapark, which was unfortunately closed. On the other side is the Swiss Vapeur Park, which is suitable for small children. Relatively narrow pitches, especially in the HS. Cars are outside...has advantages and disadvantagesQuiet placeThe site is one of the best in the Rhone Delta. Quiet and sunny. There is hardly any shade in summer. The beach is shared by tourists and seasonal visitors. Extensive attractions in the immediate vicinity, which can also mean traffic.

Hanspeter L.July 2018PlusuriSwimming pool included, air conditioning, perfectly functioning sanitary facilities, paved paths, long hours of sunshine in the HS.MinusuriWithout French/English, communication outside the campsite is difficult........Fantastically beautiful campsite with a Mediterranean feelVery well-kept site with approx. 8x10m pitches (variable, larger pitches are available if required). The sanitary facilities are cleaned several times a day, even when the pitches are not full. During our 2 weeks of vacation we always found clean sanitary facilities at all times of the day. The large... covered barbecue area with fixed bench seating, freezer and plug-in sockets is ideal for tent guests. Entry to the swimming pool and sandy beach is free for camping guests. Although the pool closes at 7 p.m., it is possible to visit the beach until after sunset, so that you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets over Lake Geneva in the water or on the sandy beach. In terms of price, I find the place (HS, 2 adults and 3 children over 6 years, sfr 66.50 per day) rather cheap for what is offered, so we would have paid 24.50 per day for the swimming pool alone. During our stay in July 2018, the site was well mixed with campers, caravans and large and single tents. The visitors were mainly families with children, young adults and locals (Welsh). Pensioners were the exception rather than the rule. The site is close to a train station, a boat landing stage and cycle routes 46 and 1. The Migros supermarket about 1.5 km away is also open on Sunday mornings. The village is also home to https://www.swissvapeur.ch Park and https://www.aquaparc.ch. Also worth mentioning is the well-kept Bouvert beach promenade with its park. Picnicking is allowed in many excursion destinations and parks without the obligation to consume, which is something I would sometimes wish for in German-speaking Switzerland......Tradus automat.
Valentin E.July 2018Well-kept placeOn a tour of western Switzerland with two friends from our Ape club, we visited this campsite. Friendly welcome, they also speak German. The pitches are large enough and all the paths are paved. For fire safety reasons, charcoal barbecues are not allowed. However, there is a large shelter with a very... large communal barbecue. Somehow barbecuing together is more fun. So it's not a disadvantage. Personally, I always attach great importance to clean, well-kept sanitary facilities. My expectations were not met at this site either. The facilities were always very clean! The only criticism of this site is the nearby swing bridge and the noise of the freight trains at night. The swing bridge is opened several times during the night. An acoustic warning signal is triggered during the swinging process. This was disturbing from where we were sitting. Otherwise, it is very quiet on the site despite the many families with children.Tradus automat.
