- Ursula W.August 2023PlusuriLocated in the middle of the hiking and skiing area at the foot of the Falzarego Pass. The site has trees and therefore plenty of shade. However, it can of course get cool at this altitude. There is a small grocery store where you can get fresh bread rolls in the morning. The staff are very friendly. There is a restaurant on the site where you can have an excellent meal. You can reserve pitches.MinusuriWe have been there twice. The first time, tents were allowed to stand in the paths, which meant we had to take a detour to the main building.Really great campsiteI would camp there again any time. The atmosphere and the spicy air are fantastic.Tradus automat.
- Dorothea H.March 2022PlusuriLocation in a beautiful natural setting.MinusuriRestrictions such as closed sanitary facilities are not visible on the internet. When we arrived, nothing was said either. The day after we had set up, there was a notice on the nearby sanitary building that it would be closed in 3 days. In winter, with icy paths, a long walk is very problematic. Bread rolls cannot be ordered. You have to get up very early to buy some.Winter campingThe campsite appears to be completely restructured. Where this will lead remains to be seen.
Customer orientation and a family atmosphere are not to be found here.Tradus automat. - Sebastian B.July 2020Plusuri- Magnificent location in the countryside - Ideal for hikes - Fine restaurant on siteMinusuri- A little friendlier at reception from time to time would be desirableFantastic location beats luxury- Great campsite at approx. 1700m altitude for starting point of great hikes (and probably MTB tours) in summer
- Great views of the mountain landscape from almost all pitches
- Access to the altitude is good - despite the altitude, the route from Bruneck is never too steep and never too narrow with... a camper van or caravan;
- Pitches under fir trees (all well trimmed), with small stones, so that even after a rain shower the mud does not get into the camper van
- Ideal for nature lovers and hikers with a bus stop on site that also takes you to the mountain railroads
- Small (really very small) store on site with bread roll service; however, we recommend shopping beforehand
- Pitches with electricity (3A included, 10A relatively expensive at EUR 10 per night)
- Sanitary facilities a little dated (felt 1980s, maybe early 1990s), but very, very clean.
- Restaurant with very good food and a great selection (local dishes, fresh fish, pizza) - we recommend ordering in advance;
- Friendliness at reception OK, you have to actively ask for information about hikes and then you get one or two tips - there are no brochures and they could probably be a bit friendlier. But otherwise everything was uncomplicated...
Note: Due to Corona, the wellness area was closed, so no statement can be made about its offer.Tradus automat. - Peter G.September 2018PlusuriOver 270 climbing routes Very quiet in low season Insanely beautiful locationMinusuriNot much information at check-inSuper locationThe campsite was very quiet. An Eldorado for climbers. Very friendly staff. Amazing locationTradus automat.
- Michael L.August 2018PlusuriThe situationMinusuri???Optimal and high starting point for hikesThe campsite is an ideal starting point for countless hikes. The site is characterized by a large number of permanent campers. As it can be very cool at this altitude at the end of August, we chose a sunny pitch in the entrance area and were able to enjoy both the morning and evening sun. The restaurant is simply great, the staff very friendly and helpful. We will certainly be back.Tradus automat.
- Daniel S.July 2018PlusuriGreat location surrounded by mountains, well-kept place, nice staff, good restaurant.MinusuriCramped showers in the small wash house, 10€ per day for 10A electricity, WLAN only available in some places.Very nice place, but small pitchesWe were there in July 2018 as a family with two children (7+9) and caravan (7.2m). High season is from August, in July the pitches were about 70% full. The site is in a very idyllic location in a sparse coniferous forest with a great view of the mountains. The pitches are partly in the shade or in the... sun, but are very small (max. 80m², mostly smaller). When it's full, you're quite close to your neighbors. Astra TV reception is even possible on some pitches. Electricity is only secured up to 3A (3€ per day). If you want to use a toaster or a capsule coffee machine, you have to use the 10A tariff, which costs 10€ per day! The staff are friendly, but not everyone speaks German. You can get by with English. The sanitary facilities are clean, but the showers are very cramped. Hot water is included in the price. Wi-Fi is also included in the price and ok, but not available everywhere on the site. The restaurant offers pizza and local dishes at reasonable prices, the quality is good and we used it regularly. There was always something for the children too. The location is perfect for excursions into the mountains. Scotoni, Lagazuoi, Conturines and the Sass Dlacia climbing crag are all within walking distance. The location is also perfect for road or mountain bike tours. We loved it and will be back here again in 2019!Tradus automat.
- Su S.July 2018PlusuriGood sanitary facilities, large pitchesMinusuriElectricity price is a rip-off, unfortunately we didn't ask at check-in!great locationThe camping site is in a great location, an ideal starting point for hikes in the Dolomites. Very nice pitches, plenty of space. Be careful with the electricity price: for 10A 10€ per day!Tradus automat.
- Susann B.February 2018Plusurimagnificent location always warm, clean sanitary facilities and always hot water available, - Super close to the ski area and the cross-country ski trailsMinusuri- No room available for drying towels or wet clothes.Ski vacationLocation: magnificent view of the surrounding peaks, very quiet location. Staff: always helpful and friendly. Sanitary facilities: always very clean, but a little dated. Catering: nice pizzeria and small store on site. Leisure: We went skiing. There is a ski bus to Armentarola, the entrance to the huge... Dolomiti Superski area. Opposite the camp is the cross-country skiing center, from which perfectly groomed trails lead off in all directions. We stayed at this campsite at a special price for 5 days with 1 entry to the sauna world, 3 kw electricity, ski bus shuttle and a standard pitch for 2 people for €155.00. To top it off, the operator organized an apres ski with live music, snow bar and mulled wine. We thought it was a great gesture.Tradus automat.
- Jochen B.August 2016Beautiful placeEverything went well. Reservation, check-in, supply, good hot showers, WC ok, often cleaned, beautifully situated in the forest, yet beautiful view of rock faces in the neighborhoodTradus automat.
- Berni S.January 2016PlusuriLocation, servicesMore than satisfied.We discovered a campsite in the middle of nature and equipped with every service, from the gas connection in every pitch to the ski bus service and the excellent restaurant-pizzeria. Don't miss the really nice and relaxing wellness center! Next to the campground is the cross-country ski slope. Breathtaking view, we will definitely come back.Tradus automat.
- Reinhard B.July 2015Great campsiteCampsite in a beautiful location, between the rocks. Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean sanitary facilities. We were completely satisfied. Doris & Reinhard ButschTradus automat.
- Arsan G.October 2014PlusuriLocation, location, locationMinusuriPrice, much too small and therefore too expensive wellness area.THE location in the DolomitesAs a mountaineer/hiker and motorcyclist, the location of the campsite is simply perfect...!!!! During the day you shouldn't expect any peace and quiet here, as the Valporola Pass (= lots of vehicles ... yes, lots of noisy motorcycles too) passes right by the campsite - but during the day you're out and... about anyway. Service was (if you need it) good and friendly... Wellness - well... for the price you expect a bit more - you can save yourself that. Otherwise the place has everything you need, is clean... and as I said... THE location....!!! (see picture)Tradus automat.
- Claudia P.August 2014PlusuriA quiet place, great for hiking and mountain bikingMinusuriThe wifi is quite weak, some small pitches, you need stable pegs - hard groundA great campsiteA beautifully located campsite with many touring options, quiet, nice staff and helpful, the restaurant serves delicious pizza, everything is cleanTradus automat.
- Carsten B.August 2014PlusuriQuiet location ideal for hiking.MinusuriWellness not always onCamping in the DolomitesBeautifully situated. Ideal for hiking, cycling or mountain biking. Very stony ground, bring suitable pegs.Tradus automat.
- Hans-Peter W.September 2012The area is well suited for hiking and mountaineering. In the fall, however, it can get quite chilly and the sun comes late over the mountains and through the trees. There is only 3 amps of electricity to the pitch, if you want 10 you have to pay dearly. With a coffee machine in the caravan, there is... almost no other choice. Each pitch has an aerial connection, you can leave your own aerial folded up, there is no reception under the trees anyway. The sanitary facilities at the back of the site are clean but old and could do with a renovation soon. The restaurant offers excellent cuisine which is also reflected in the price and the bus to Kassian/ La Villa stops directly in front of the campsite. There is a large supermarket in La Villa. The site is characterized by bungalows for permanent campers.Tradus automat.
- Marco M.January 2012Very nice campsite in a wonderful location. The ski slopes are close and well connected, the village on the other hand is 3 km away and walking is long. Ideal for those seeking tranquility. The staff is not very nice, a bit grumpy I would say. The centralized gas system is very convenient but, without explanation, it costs more than the cylinders!Tradus automat.
- Dario B.December 2011The campground has an enviable location, offers a nice wellness center (not yet finished) and a good restaurant. The shuttle service is offered in limited time slots, outside of which you have to take a cab (min. 15 €). Shuttle tickets (1 € per trip) must be purchased in advance and in exact numbers... because they are not accepted back. Facilities are not new, but clean. The main problem is the rudeness of the staff running the campground, which borders on rudeness. Gas connection is convenient, but costs considerably more than cylinders.Tradus automat.
- Daniel N.August 2011Wonderful location of the campsite in the middle of a forest in the Puez Nature Park. Well-stocked store, nice restaurant with a good selection. Unfortunately we were unable to camp due to the cold weather and had to stay in an apartment on site. However, this was absolutely satisfactory. Fully equipped... kitchen, clean bathroom, good, clean beds, large balcony and a fantastic view. Unfortunately, the friendliness of the staff on departure left a lot to be desired. At a price of €144 for 2 people for 2 nights, a smile on departure should be included. Otherwise a highly recommended campsite.Tradus automat.
