- Richard M.September 2022PlusuriBeautiful and quiet locationMinusuriNot one of the cheapest.Quiet location on the Gulf of ValincoWe spent 4 nights on the site this year and had already visited it 4 years ago. This year the site was only occupied by about 25 units. Sanitary facilities a bit dated, but daily cleaning. Good restaurant with terrace by the sea. Lots of shade for the most part with some pitches right by the sea. Small... sandy bay directly on the pitch, to the long beach approx. 100m across a meadow. Bread roll service was no longer available this year, but this is not a problem as there is a bakery and a store 100m from the campsite exit.Tradus automat.
- Chantal C.June 2019Plusuri100m from a beach ideal for children and all amenities. A friendly, family atmosphere without the hustle and bustle.MinusuriNon-adjustable showers and costDeplorable welcome on boardSetting foot on this dusty, bumpy terrain costs €2.50 per person! That's what it costs to have a drink with family or friends before going out! And watch out for shower burns!Tradus automat.
- Richard M.September 2018MinusuriFor dog owners: no dogs allowed.Beautifully situated placeLocated on the outskirts of Porto Pollo. Pitches bordered by low stone walls or stones. The area close to the sea is still shaded by young trees and mostly tall pine trees. 3 sanitary buildings, one was closed in September, the condition is OK so far, cleaning also took place twice a day. Beach: coarse... sand interspersed with round granite rocks, reception is located in a bar-restaurant building on the beach. The restaurant has a great terrace. I can only recommend the food and it is reasonably priced for Corsica. No shopping facilities on site, but the bakery comes at around 8am. However, there is a bakery 100m from the entrance and a small supermarket even with fresh meat. There is also a supermarket 10 minutes' walk away. The information refers to mid-September and a pitch occupancy of approx. 30 units.Tradus automat.
- Marc A.July 2018PlusuriRight by the seaMinusuriFront plots very sunny as trees are still smallBeautiful placePartly shady, partly sunny. Nicely laid out and in a great location right by the sea. Snorkeling in paradise! Sanitary facilities reasonably OK. Pleasant proximity to Porto Pollo with supermarket within walking distance, there's nothing on site except the bakery at 8am.Tradus automat.
- Arne T.September 2015PlusuriLocation by the sea, close to shopping facilitiesMinusuriIt appears somewhat "un-Corsican" due to the parcelling out of the pitchesBeautiful place in Porto PolloAt the beginning of September, we spend 10 nights at the U Caseddu campsite in Porto Pollo. The campsite is on the left-hand side of the road just after entering the town. In most areas of the campsite, the road is barely audible, if at all, then only on the meadow for small tents. The site is medium-sized... and offers many parceled-out pitches. At the very front you can find fantastic pitches by the sea, but we didn't have a chance there. Behind it, the site continues slightly terraced. There is a large number of permanent campers, but they are hardly noticeable. There is a boulangerie 5 minutes' walk from the site, and there is a restaurant on the site itself. There are two beaches to choose from, the southern one is particularly beautiful. The site is also recommended for travelers with a motorboat, 700m further on you can slip your boat into the sea in the harbour and reserve a buoy directly in front of the campsite from the friendly harbour master for a fee.Tradus automat.
- Lorena S.July 2015PlusuriThe proximity to the beachMinusuridirty toilets.Very bad camp management .The location of the campground is good, practically on the beach. What is lacking is hygiene. The facilities are ''cleaned'' only once a day and at times when guests wake up and have to use them. They are never sanitized, lack essential accessories. Carelessness on the part of the managers!Tradus automat.
- Carlo W.August 2014PlusuriRestMinusuriDust clouds due to speeding on access roadParadisu... I know the place without restaurant/reception and without parceling. An incredibly beautiful location for vacations and activities. If you don't need the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you! A noticeable number of surfers - you have to be careful when you're in the water. It's wonderful... there, fantastic The only drawback I experienced was the vacationers themselves - they drive down the dirt road to the campsite and bring a huge cloud of dust with them ... :-( You can get supplies very well nearby and also by bikeTradus automat.
- sik c.July 2014PlusuriSea view from the terraceMinusurilack of hygiene, late-night parties, no respect for neighboursvery bad receptionFar from deserving of all these stars, deplorable sanitary facilities, laundry washed in filthy washing-up bins, pitches one on top of the other, a wall of regulars' caravans blocking the view of the sea. The campsite owner and his wife are very unpleasant. Rates are overpriced for the services provided. The sea is often polluted during the summer season, but the owner never points this out. We strongly advise against this campsite.Tradus automat.
- Zelter X.July 2012The U Caseddu campsite is located at the entrance to the small village of Porto Pollo in a quiet location right by the sea. If you roll down the excessively high traffic-calming speed bumps past the campsite, the campsite doesn't look particularly inviting at first glance. A few permanent campers line... the path and the tent slope seems somehow unstructured. However, once you have set up your pitch, it is definitely a place to feel at home. The best thing about this place for me was the absolute peace and tranquillity that it exudes. If you're lucky, you can also get a nice shady spot right by the sea, either on the rocky part where you have to walk down a small flight of steps to the water, or directly on the beautiful sandy beach with a view of Porto Pollo. After registering at the reception (house by the sea), you have free choice of pitch, but you have to "decorate" your tent and car with a sticker. There is a small restaurant on site with a terrace by the sea. A grocery store is within walking distance in Porto Pollo, about a 1/4 hour walk. There are also other restaurants there with a slightly larger menu. The campsite has a large, quite sunny meadow area, in the rear part near the road it is shadier under large trees. The site has three sanitary buildings. All three are quite old, worn, a bit dingy and smell a bit. In terms of capacity, they are large enough that there are no waiting times. The site is almost exclusively frequented by French and Italians. Credit cards are accepted.Tradus automat.
- Angela D.August 2011I first visited this site 27 years ago and have followed its development ever since. The once great natural site has been divided into plots with stone boundaries. The really great terrace is no longer permitted for dogs and owners, with or without a lead. The attitude towards dogs is reminiscent of Italian campsites.Tradus automat.
