" I have stayed at DD several times in the last 10 years, we have enjoyed the camping very much. At that time, I would give it 5 stars. But now?":

28-12-2022: received e-mail: For you Special Coupon 2023. 15% discount. The offer ends with : " We stay at your disposal, see you soon! "
02-01-2023: received... e-mail: Quote of the holiday: 5 adult, 1 child, period 13/08/2023 until 28/08/2023, total amount 1732.83 euros
22-01-2023: sent e-mail : Do we need to make deposit?
14-02-2023: called about sent e-mail: I would like to know how to make the deposit. Answer: Please call back in 5 minutes, but alas, 5 minutes later, the phone is not picked up. I get Fax sound and later I get voicemail/anwering machine.
14-02-2023: sent e-mail: About the phone contact: I would still like to know if and how I should make a deposit for our booking.
15-02-2023: sent e-mail: Did you receive my e-mail?
15-02-2023: called with same question. Answer: " Yes we received the e-mail, we will respond this evening"
15-02-2023: received e-mail: " We regret to inform you that at this time we don't book pitches until 21st of August, only from 22nd."
15-02-2023: sent e-mail: " We like to book from 22nd of august until 29th of august. Please confirm"
16-02-2023: received e-mail : " We noted you are 6 people. In that case we cannot book a pitch, in last years maximum is 5 people in 1 pitch for noise problems"
16-02-2023: sent e-mail: since the max on 1 pitch is now apparently 5 people, sent e-mail " Please make a booking for 2 pitches, it is no problem, my father-in-law would like to come along and one of us can sleep on that pitch"
17-02-2023: received e-mail: " The rule applies to the family unit, all relatives included. The problem is not only for the sleeping, but also during the day where we can suppose that family members are together (breakfast,lunch,dinner,playing). So, we dislike, it is not possible"
....
Nothing changes and visits from outsiders cannot be made.

Very friendly beautiful CP, beautiful beach and promenade

unfortunately still some standing toilets, no toilet paper, no soap and very, very loud, lack of service in the restaurant

We stayed at this site for the second time at the end of August - beginning of September. We received a friendly welcome and were directed to the pitch. The railroad line behind the campsite is perceived differently depending on the pitch. We found the chimes of the church beautiful. The beach can be... reached via a busy road. It is wide and the water is shallow, making it very suitable for families. The entertainment for the children was very good. The promenade with palm trees is an absolute dream. There is a supermarket in the village with a wide range of food. Unfortunately there were a few points of criticism this year. There is still no soap and no toilet paper in the sanitary facilities. There was also no hot water in the morning. Something was supposedly broken. The service team in the restaurant didn't know anything about mixed drinks, we ordered something with rum and it tasted good. The worst thing for us was that there was no more gelato, just the pre-packaged stuff you can get in any supermarket. All hell broke loose at night. We never slept through the night because there was bawling and moped racing on the street every night. Very early in the morning, the garbage was collected and we were awake again.

Very, very nice place staff super super nice always helpful, very clean toilet and the whole place and Pitza always fresh and delicious

A beautiful place, very clean, lush vegetation, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Just across the road to the sea. Any time again!

Nice place, friendly staff, many Italians and a really nice beach in front of the complex. If you go to the left there is a free beach where there is plenty of space even in the high season. Shopping facilities outside can only be reached by car.

Good proximity to the beautiful beach, but this can be reached via a busy road. In addition to the train passing directly behind the campsite, the animation programs of the adjacent hotels etc. also disturbed us until late at night. Pitches for caravans relatively cramped. Friendly service in the office... area and the entertainment team is offset by the employment of some apparently unskilled seasonal staff. No pressure to repeat, even though all in all we were able to spend a nice vacation with children.

The campsite is very centrally located. The sandy beach and the water are very clean. Unfortunately the train line runs right next to the campsite which is very noisy. We liked it a lot. Unfortunately the staff don't speak good German. We had a nice pitch and the toilet facilities are very clean and well maintained.
