Yes, the booked days must be paid for even if you leave earlier! So if in doubt, simply extend your stay.
The small site on the quiet outskirts of the village is slightly elevated and offers a beautiful panorama for everyone. Pitches gravelled, could... look better maintained. The site is relatively young and the few trees offer no shade, which is certainly hot in summer.
Bread roll service, clean sanitary facilities, small store, nice reception. As there are no other additional offers, the night at 45 plus electricity plus tourist tax is clearly too expensive for low season.
However, the small public skate park and the football pitch are certainly a plus for older children. With the Venosta Valley Card you are mobile (please note that there are currently construction works and rail replacement services) for hikes and cyclists will certainly get their money's worth.

Operator very nice and accommodating. The girls at reception are really super nice and always ready for a chat.
We got a place at short notice in September 2022 although we only called 2 days before. It was certainly a bit of luck, as South Tyrol was full, but I had the impression... that they made an effort to find a place for us and didn't just "turn us away" like they did with all the other places.
The location is great as a starting point for all the activities you want to do. So we will certainly be back in 2023 but this time we will book in good time.

The operator also shows absolute interest in suggestions for improvement and implements them wherever possible.MinusuriNothing serious knownVacations are definitely worthwhile hereWe had a breakdown on the outward journey to the campsite with the caravan on the Arlberg (clutch damage) The car and the caravan were towed away. The caravan was later transferred to the campsite. The owner was very accommodating and after a week organized a cab ride back to Bludenz to the repair shop.... (130 km)
I also had good conversations with Willi and his employees.
The whole team is friendly and well organized.
The bread roll service is also excellent.
Sanitary facilities are clean and tidy. Chemietoliette has a very efficient flushing system.

Great advice about tours at reception. The proximity to the town of Schlanders is great, so you don't have to cook for yourself in the evening. Sanitary facilities were generally clean during our stay. Due to a defect in the ventilation system, there was extensive black mold in the ladies' showers. According to the operator, the problem will be fixed at the end of the season. A big minus for... me is the lack of individual washing cubicles. Overall, the place has more of the flair of a motorhome parking space for me, maybe this will change with still growing vegetation, the place opened in 2017. Operator is very friendly. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. For guests with caravans and awnings, it is often a bit tight to park the car on the pitch. There is no free possibility to park the car in front of the campsite. Main road within earshot.Tradus automat.

WLAN somewhat weak. Electricity, water and waste water for some pitches (also on comfort pitches) on the neighboring pitches - so take enough cable and hose with you 😉 In the women's sanitary area there is large areas of black mold on the ceiling. There is also the typical mold smell in the shower cubicles. This didn't bother us and we'll still come back because everything else is fine.Tradus automat.
