- Andreas H.August 2021PlusuriThe open, informal design, the infrastructure, the beach, the tavernas, the location. I simply liked everything.Minusuri-/-A wonderful campsiteI was passing through on my motorcycle. The perfect campsite for me. Trees, natural pitches, hammocks, lots of shade. The two tavernas right on the beach are adequate. The beach has fine-grained sand, no stones and runs gently into the sea. Sanitary facilities simple but clean; the sand on your feet... makes the floor dirty, but doesn't bother me. Minimarket, internet.
The access road is asphalted, no problem for cars or camper vans, I can't judge for caravans.Tradus automat. - Peter P.July 2019PlusuriQuiet, very pristine campingMinusuriNo bar on site, taverna large and sober-functionally furnished, dusty placeCamping like 20 years agoWe visited Camping tsapi at the beginning of July 2019. The CP is accessible via a single-lane tarred road that branches off from the main road at an acute angle ... so be sure to come from the direction of Finikouda with the camper; olive trees grow in the road and there are washed-out areas in the... asphalt, which are creatively marked with stone semicircles. With this 7km approach route, it is surprising that some motorhome drivers with large vehicles dare to come here. If there is oncoming traffic, there are no passing places on these 7 km, no turning possibilities. The site itself is unparceled, olive trees and other trees provide shade on the rather dusty ground; the sanitary facilities were cleaned well several times a day; the owner welcomed us in a friendly and reserved manner; a small store stocks all the essential groceries. There is the possibility to refrigerate or freeze food free of charge and some cooking facilities that can be used free of charge. Free Wi-Fi with poor reception only near reception. Right next to the campsite in the bay there are 2 tavernas with a parking lot, one of which was closed when we were there. You can eat the standard Greek dishes there at a reasonable price, the owner is the campsite owner's brother. The beach is also frequented by day tourists in rental cars during the day - in the low season when we were there, this was still okay. The beach is only kept clean in the front section (where there is sand), the back 2/3 (coarse gravel beach) is littered with washed up plastic garbage. Nevertheless, you can snorkel in the sea. The place is very quiet during the day and at night - we had a wonderful time relaxing. For a stroll and shopping for souvenirs, head to lively Finikouda ...Tradus automat.
- Gérard d.May 2018PlusuriSolitude, great tavernas, nice beachMinusuriEnd of the world, sanitary facilitiesInsider tip between Korona and FinikoundaThe Tsapi campsite is difficult to reach: although it is only 7 km from the main road, the road, which has been paved for several years, is extremely narrow and extremely winding. Not suitable for larger motorhomes or caravans! In the bay of Tsapi, at the end of the world, a very large campsite awaits... the brave (it was completely empty in mid-May) with reasonably acceptable facilities, 4 private houses around the bay, a small church and, oh wonder, two "Maria" tavernas next to each other! A beautiful sandy beach, great food in both tavernas. An insider tip for anyone looking for solitude! The place is mainly visited by Greeks on weekends. Ideal for bikers and campers. However, bear in mind that it takes about 45 minutes to get to Finikounda to do some shopping - it doesn't look like it on the map, but it's quite remote! So: for those who like it!Tradus automat.
