- Bruno B.June 2023Plusuri- ideal location between the northern tip and Skagen - beautiful, clean, modern sanitary facilities - sufficient washing and shower facilities - friendliness - directly on the sandy beach behind the duneMinusuri- Night noise from the huge gas tankers at anchor, sleep for sensitive people only with earplugsSuper locationBeautiful location of the site, 2 km outside Skagen. About 10 minutes by bike to Skagen. Sufficient sanitary facilities available. Clean and modern. Nice helpful staff. The gas tankers that lie at anchor cause a night noise that should not be underestimated.
When an Aidanova cruise ship arrives, you can safely spend the day on the beautiful beach. Extremely crowded. No matter where!
We will be back!Tradus automat. - Frank B.August 2021PlusuriProximity to Skagen, size, atmosphereMinusuriNothing foundGreat place right on the beachIf you want to visit Skagen and the tip of Denmark, the campsite is ideally located on the road between these places. Both can be easily reached by bike or on foot. The reception is extremely friendly, free pitches are marked on a map and you can choose your own pitch. The size of the site is pleasantly... manageable, everything - including the sanitary facilities - is clean and makes a cozy, well-kept impression without someone constantly being seen with garden tools. A small path in the dunes leads directly to the beach, but even if it is perhaps too cold for swimming, you can always enjoy a cup of coffee there. There is nothing else on offer here, but the surroundings are certainly entertainment enough.
Apart from pre-ordered bread rolls and ice lollies, there are other ways to eat, but the proximity to Skagen means this is no problem at all.Tradus automat. - Jens L.August 2019PlusuriBeautifully situated between the North Sea and the Baltic SeaMinusuriUnfortunately no restaurant on site. Only a very small store with the essentials.Ideal for exploring the surrounding area.Very nice place. The town of Skagen is within easy walking distance. Very nice shopping mile, beautiful harbor where cruise ships are sometimes moored. We felt very comfortable during the 2 weeks. Very good value for money with the ASCI cardTradus automat.
- Klemens K.July 2019PlusuriLocation, friendlinessMinusuriPrice. Narrow. Full.Expensive. Narrow. Enough to sleepAccording to information 38 Euro for a family of 4 with caravan. Family with caravan. As of 2019 67 euros. Location really cool. But really tight. Had (without registration) got the last free place in the far corner. Still managed to push the scales in thanks to friendly fellow campers. Adventurous. The evening walk to the north-east sea border made up for it. But then let's get away from the hustle and bustleTradus automat.
- Elja ..May 2019PlusuriLocation, close to Skagen, directly on the Baltic Sea on the shipping route.MinusuriNew but dirty sanitary facilities despite the low season. Maybe send out a cleaning team from time to time.Place in a great location but with travelers who leave the sanitary dirtyIn May, we went on a tour of Denmark. We have known Denmark as a camping country for decades. But although the sanitary facilities here were super new and modern, there were probably a lot of people passing through who didn't care how they left the toilets - so it was always dirty. True to the motto I won't be back.... :-( The pitches are quite small, in the high season all this together will probably not contribute to a relaxed vacation ...Tradus automat.
- Peter L.June 2018PlusuriBeautiful surroundings.MinusuriElectricity very expensive.Beautiful placeNice campsite, friendly staff. Clean sanitary facilities. Not exactly cheap, even in the low season.Tradus automat.
- Michael F.June 2018PlusuriGood location, good sanitary facilities,MinusuriStupid "beach", expensive in the NS, no water at the pitch,Good starting point for Skagen and the surrounding areaPlace is conveniently located to explore Skagen and the surrounding area, sanitary facilities are fine, no water connection at the pitches, very expensive in the NS, from beautiful beach (Westwallbunker, pebble beach coarse with stages) and view of tankers off the coast can be no question in contrast to the homepage and brochureTradus automat.
- Mauro C.May 2018Plusuriclose to the beachMinusuriunfortunately no shopping possibility e.g. bread rolls, coffee or something small to snack onNice days spent hereThe CP is definitely to be recommended, everything super clean from the toilet-shower, cook and washroom-washing machine and dryer (we would wish for the same in Germany) Super friendly staff also helps with advice and action. A short hop to the beach, dogs are also very welcome. You can make very great... bike tours and there is a lot to discover in nature, on the beach there are a few old bunkers that are not disturbing. Price was ok for low season, we had a lot of space and peace. It has to be said that there are no shopping facilities directly on the site. We will come back here next year for a few days. - Oliver S.July 2017PlusuriLocated directly on the beach and at the very top of the north. Close to Skagen. Public bus in front of the CP.MinusuriLoud!!! Very narrow! Few water points.A big disappointment!Very narrow and confusing space. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Very loud until late at night. Lots of youth groups. You have to walk a long way for water. Shopping on the pitch and in the immediate vicinity not possible. We had to spend the first night without electricity because our international... plug didn't fit and the young woman at reception claimed they didn't have an adapter. On the second day the reception was re-staffed and suddenly there were lots of adapters. Overall impression: Completely overpriced pitch (approx. 80€ for a small caravan with 2E, 2K and 1dog). The location does not justify the price. Never again.Tradus automat.
- Erik D.June 2017Plusurilocation in relation to tourist attractionsMinusurinoneTop of Denmark, top of hygge and sightseeingThe clean and tidy newly renovated campsite is perfectly located for sightseeing in and around Skagen, with walking-biking distance to all the main tourist attractionsTradus automat.
- St. H.June 2016Plusuri-Location of the pitchMinusuriVery poor hygiene in the sanitary facilities No bread rolls on the square Construction site noise from 07:00 Additional fees for card payment Place is expensiveNice location, but.The campsite is located between Skagen and Grenen directly on the Baltic Sea beach. Great for cycling and walking. The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired! Hasn't been cleaned at all for three days and there is currently a building site for a new building. At 07:10 the circular saw went on and work was... done in the evening until 19:30. except beer and ice cream no shopping on the square and for card payment 3.75% additional fees. Too bad, the place is nice, but there are too many negatives. We will not be back.Tradus automat.
- Jörg B.June 2015PlusuriLocation directly on the beach 1.5 km to the northern tip of Denmark (Grenen) 1.5 km to Sagen - try Jørgens Spisehus (Sardinvej 7)Minusuriprice additional credit card fee Check-in / Check-out timesGreat location but very expensiveThe location is everything here and that alone makes you pay well. Pitch fees extremely high. All extras cost extra. Checking in from 13:00 and checking out by 11:00 is not camper-friendly. Additional fees (2015 +3.75%) apply when paying by card - not understandable given the prices. There is no sun protection by trees or similar here - only something for the tents. The Norwegians with their gigantic camper vans love this site.Tradus automat.
- Ronny K.August 2014PlusuriModern and clean sanitary facilitiesMinusuriHardly any wind protectionWell located site, great sanitary facilitiesQuiet site relatively close to the city, partly modernized sanitary facilities, stupid check-in times (only from 13:00). If you arrive earlier, you have to wait, even if it would actually be possible to check in. It's an incomprehensible principle, but I don't think you have to understand it. Well, there... is a bit of beach between the groynes. But you're not in Skagen to go swimming. Pitches very open, little wind protection. All in all, we would probably come back, but only after 1 pm.Tradus automat.
- Ramona H.July 2014PlusuriClose to the beach, 1.5 km to the East North Sea point, 1.5 km to Skagen (very beautiful)Nice, you can pay for the locationWe were on the site in mid-July, it is very nicely located, but a bit expensive at €44 per day, plus shower, dog and WiFi. For two days we were there with 100 €. Sanitary-clean kitchen with washing-up area-clean staff-super niceTradus automat.
- Jens U.June 2014Price-performance very bad, very narrow pitches, beach not nice-Pitches not recommended -Operator quite nice -On the beach old bunker facilities (not to be seen on homepage) -Price -performance very bad there are much better CP with 3 starsTradus automat.
- Ulrich M.May 2014PlusuriPerfect locationCP in a beautiful location directly on the Baltic Sea beach just before the "North Cape of Jutland" Skagen town as well as "North Cape" in the immediate vicinity. Sanitary facilities are OK. What disappointed us was the fact that it is not possible for the operator to offer a "bread roll service" even in the low season.Tradus automat.
- Hubert S.July 2013Good CP, but too expensive in the HS (310 DKr per day with 2 persons, plus 5 DKr for showers and 3.25% fee for card payment).Tradus automat.
- thea t.June 2013Beautifully situated site right next to the dunes. Operator extremely helpful and very friendly. Bread roll service at the reception or even a beer works very well, sums are booked on the bill, you pay everything on departure, we personally liked it very much. 1 sanitary building is newer and sufficient... in the low season. The older sanitary building is not good at all. The individual pitches are numbered but not separated. A nice place in the low season. In the high season we would not go on vacation there.Tradus automat.
- Viola B.May 2012A dream spot at the tip of Denmark. The campsite is the first one right after leaving Skagen - it is easy to cycle back to Skagen or further north to the tip. The couple speaks German. The farm dog is called Foppe !Tradus automat.
- MS B.September 2010Very nice place, clean sanitary facilities, beautiful surroundings, friendly staff - in a few minutes (on foot or by bike) you are in Skagen - anytime again.Tradus automat.
