Ideal for us in terms of the weather, the place, the extremely friendly/helpful staff, the infrastructure and the whole area! Our dog was also welcome! The price/performance ratio is perfectly acceptable and we are certain that we will be staying at LA MASSERIA for a longer period next winter!Tradus automat.- rossano s.July 2018Very very niceA real 4 stars, cleanliness top, strategic location with shuttle x gallipoli , very nice area to visit, organized very well animation maybe a little too present and pressing, spectacular pool and park with 3 lifeguards fixed, we were really good, only flaw : that damn water park next door with music and screams at full volume at any time of day !!! for the rest we have great desire to return !!!!!Tradus automat.

Pizzeria on site is rented out, not so personal.Something for everyoneWe were in the south of Italy for the 1st time, we have avoided Italy because of "dogs" so far, but heard that it is more relaxed in the south and that is true! We spontaneously decided on this place and were not disappointed. The very first time we contacted them by email, they called us personally,... which I thought was outstanding! They also speak very good German. The site is a wonderful area with various spacious pitch sections and yet you have privacy with an adjoining olive grove, fantastic, eternally long walks for us and the dog, shady pitches, very clean sanitary facilities, wide paths, at ground level, for families also rental homes, very nice, paradise for children with play and entertainment and a great swimming pool. The sea/beach is a bit far away and not such a hit, but the swimming pool makes up for it. We took the scooter to the beach at Riverbella - a dream. Another highlight is the Muzzarella restaurant after the village of Rivabella directly on the road/beach. Simple but top quality fish and seafood! Also the restaurant opposite the "familia" supermarket - which is also well stocked! Well and another highlight is the Coppola family's own wine-growing area with wine cantina at the campsite and tasting, there is also very good normal country wine here! The restaurant at the campsite is not that great, cheap pizzas from the oven, that's why we didn't go to Italy, certainly ideal for families. The rest of the positive impressions have already been mentioned in the other reviews. We are rather culinary campers who travel in May/June and are looking for peace and quiet, so our rating is more geared towards this. Dogs are allowed in the water on the "free" beaches. Here at the campsite it was wonderful for all of us - very relaxed even with a dog - as long as you stick to the normal rules of course. At the end of August I have been here with my partner. They hardly speak English but this makes you really on vacation. The staff is friendly and the pool is great. Every afternoon during the siesta we had the whole pool to ourselves. Gallipoli is a 3 minute drive away... and there is a large supermarket just around the corner. If you have rented a mobile home from happy camp you can hear the music from the water park very well. This is located right next to the campsiteTradus automat.

Not suitable for dog owners.A quiet and wonderful place to relax!We were there in May 2014 (low season) with the motorhome. It was extremely relaxing and very quiet. The fantastic pool area, the most beautiful and largest in Apulia, is cleaned daily and was almost entirely ours because there were hardly any tourists there at the time. Own private bathroom. A very... well-stocked supermarket is only 300 m away. Free shuttle service to Gallipoli several times a day has already been mentioned. There is a small restaurant on site. The place was only very weakly occupied because of V. & off-season, therefore also quite cheap! The often shady pitches are also covered with mats. Now I have to stop raving about this site, otherwise more people will come ... :-))))) We will be there again in September!Tradus automat.

Ideal location for excursions, especially Galipoli with its own pick-up and drop-off service - great.
