There is still room for improvement in the maintenance of the sanitary facilities. That could be better. At the end of September, the registration desk was only temporarily occupied. There wasn't much going on at the campsite, which was due to the fact that it wasn't a vacation yet. It was therefore very pleasantly quiet. The site is wooded and the pitches are very large. You can... park your car on your own pitch. There are cooking and washing-up facilities on the site, as well as a lounge with TV. A washing machine and dryer are also available. There is a small store at the reception where you can buy the necessary items and fresh bread rolls. The sanitary facilities are clean and in good order. No shower coins required. The nearest town with shopping facilities is about 2 km away and can be easily reached by bike or car. The staff are very friendly and speak English. A CP that you can gladly visit again.Tradus automat.

That was enough for us, because the site was completely overcrowded and the sanitary facilities were at their limits. Sometimes you had to queue for 10 minutes to go to the toilet and shower and it looked like that. We preferred to go to the toilet in our... motorhome. The site itself is beautifully situated, but huge. The staff were friendly and squeezed us into a corner to spend the night. Electricity and water were included in the price of almost €40, as was supply and disposal.Tradus automat.

We had a huge pitch right by the lake. Far away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the campsite. The campsite is cramped and noisy, especially near the wash house. In the high season there are lots of large families enjoying themselves. The sanitary facilities are just... adequate, no more and no less. The bathing areas are very stony but clean. The swimming pool is not included. Mariestad and other shopping facilities can be reached quickly and easily by bike or car. We recommend the bathing spots on the island of Torsö directly opposite the campsite. About 30 minutes by car, so a good place depending on the pitchTradus automat.
