A small sanitary building (alternatively containers for the main season) with an outside sink and waste garbage can would be desirable on the very long extended camper meadow. The new, very... nice sanitary building in the middle of the permanent campers is probably paid for by the day guests with higher prices. You don't want to touch the worn-out mops at every washbasin, because as a camper you should always leave your pitch clean. The long drive over the gravel road is a very dusty affair in dry times,
especially for cyclists. The cycle paths are unkempt or non-existent. However, as soon as you look at the sanitary facilities, you completely lose it. For almost 120 pitches and a large tent meadow, you share 4 toilets and 3 urinals as well as 5 showers and 4 washing areas with all the guests in 2 "comfortable"... tin containers on a building site.
The praised owners also turned out to be megalomaniacs in no time at all and asked me to break off the conversation I was having with a friend. Freedom of expression is not possible there.
A friend who visited me was wearing a leather jacket, which led to me being told the next day by a member of staff that fetish clothing was not welcome. Where, please, is there a rule about what you are allowed to wear? You have to be on vacation at Lake Rätzsee to find out.
In my opinion, the management is in no way suitable to run such a property.

Regarding the sanitary building: We are currently putting the finishing touches to the newly built 4**** sanitary building at the campsite, which will open in a few weeks' time. We really enjoyed our week at Lake Rätzsee in June. Even when the weather was mixed, it was pure relaxation. The sanitary facilities were, contrary to other reviews, not new but in top shape and clean. When the sanitary building is rebuilt soon it... will certainly be great. Unfortunately only very poor mobile phone connection (Vodafone) and WLAN. But that really helps to slow things down. You get top marks from us! We will definitely be back.Tradus automat.

However, one point is deducted for the sanitary facilities. They are simply too small and should be urgently renovated. The toilets and showers are very outdated and were very dirty at times. More toilets and large communal showers (there are currently only six! small shower cubicles) would be much better and more up to date to avoid the queues we experienced.Tradus automat. - Dieter B.August 2021PlusuriThe area, the lake, very nice staff from the campsite.MinusuriI don't have anySimply mega super the campsiteWe were both at the Rätzsee, our first impression was amazing, large and well-structured space, which was mega for us. The registration went smoothly and we had a nice place for our tent. Well, the weather was changeable for the first three days, but that didn't bother us. After that the weather was... perfect because we went on the nude hike on Friday, a pure experience. We're looking forward to the Rainbow Weekend next year in 2022. That will also be mega nice. Until then, we both wish the whole team a great time in 2021 and mega many guests on the Rätzsee.

The path to the sanitary facilities is over 300m, which is why the adjacent forest is sometimes used as a toilet. The first few days were very quiet and pleasant, until a family clan consisting of 7 families and countless children turned the tent... meadow upside down. Screaming and chattering from morning to night. If you asked for a bit more peace and quiet, you were made fun of and laughed at. The 7 families also had nothing to do with naturism, they were clothed every day. What are these people doing on a naturist site? But it's probably also down to the campsite operator, who only wants to make a profit but doesn't care about the guests who are looking for peace and relaxation. In any case, they have lost us as guests and in future we will go to quieter places where nudism is still practiced.Tradus automat.

Although there is only... one sanitary building, there were no waiting times for showers and it was cleaned regularly, which was pleasantly noticeable.
