and the super friendly and easy to reach Ceffin!
From there we visited Lüneburg and Lauenburg,
Both cities are culturally very interesting, especially Lüneburg as the so-called salt city!
The WiFi network on the pitch was also very good!

Special mention should be made of the owner, super friendly, always ready to listen, never seems... stressed although she manages the site completely on her own.
There is a bread roll service and a small store with everything you need.

Tidy, always clean, recently renovated sanitary facilities. Generously sized parceled out pitches. As far as we could see during our three-week stay, all pitches are supplied separately with electricity and fresh water. The pretty natural swimming pond is not only very popular... with children. The campsite is particularly suitable for nature-loving campers who don't require any particular comfort. The clear price list contains no unpleasant hidden surprises. Conclusion: A reasonably priced, friendly campsite with all the necessary facilities and no unnecessary frills. Narrow paths with limited vegetation require above-average driving skills or an electric caravan shunting drive for some pitches - or help from friendly camping neighbors.Tradus automat.

Very tranquil, cozy and quiet due to its small number of pitches. Ideal for escaping the stress of everyday life. Natural paths, old trees and partly high hedges surround the differently sized and partly sloping pitches. Clean, modern and well-kept... sanitary facilities round off the feel-good offer. The friendly and courteous manager makes your stay a truly relaxing one. Our favorite is pitch 34 at the very end in a corner by the fallow deer fence, we would love to come back.Tradus automat.

We were looking for peace and quiet from the stress of everyday life and found it. The campsite is about 2 km from the B216 and about 15 km from Lüneburg. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be reached by bike or car within a radius of 5-10... km.
The site is divided into pitches of different sizes, which are flat or sloping. Maneuvering is easily possible. The pitches are separated by trees and shrubs. You can choose your own pitch.
Mrs. Joost runs a shop where you can buy everything you have forgotten at reasonable prices. They also sell beautiful woollen socks and mugs designed by Mr. Joost. There is a bread roll service. Mrs. Joost is a good contact person for any camping-related problems.
The sanitary facilities are well maintained and can be used in sufficient numbers despite Corona. You can shower without coins, only the washing machine and dryer require a euro.
There is a natural bathing pond, which is fed with groundwater and is correspondingly fresh.
Cultural highlights include Lüneburg, the Lüneburg Heath, the Elbe floodplain and the boat lift at Scharnebeck.
As a culinary highlight, we can recommend the Brauhaus Nolte in Lüneburg, a 15-minute drive from the campsite.Tradus automat. - Jan T.July 2020PlusuriClean place and sanis, very quiet, very friendly, well-kept, there is heart in this placeMinusurinone!!!WonderfulBack there for the first time in about 30 years. The staff and owners were really friendly, the welcome was warm and there was always time for a chat. If the... store was not occupied, you could always ring the bell at the house (1 min from the store) and you would be helped immediately! helped.
The sanitary facilities were modern and clean. The place was very well maintained and also clean! The swimming pond is great, beautifully designed and also well attended.
The bread rolls are delicious!
Yes, and the whole area is really nice. The site is very quiet. There's a small forest and long country lanes right next door for walks.

The service on the phone was very friendly.
The pitches stand out because they are not recognizable as pitches. Natural, yet well-kept and with everything you need (electricity and water on site!) There is something for everyone - sun or shade or both.... The sanitary facilities are very well maintained and you have a clean feeling.
You can tell that the operator has a great personal interest in making life as pleasant as possible for the camper.
The little girl is very lovingly decorated and you can order delicious bread rolls to be delivered every morning.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you!
Obviously the place is frequented by exactly this kind of people, everyone sticks to it. At night you can hear the calls of the owl. The many different trees and shrubs on the site are beautiful. The sanitary facilities are modern, nicely designed and clean. However, the café on the site is (currently)... closed until further notice. Unfortunately, the entrance to the site is VERY narrow, long caravans have considerable difficulties getting through here (with tandem axles only possible by uncoupling and a lot of "manual work"). The surrounding area offers little that is exciting, but Lüneburg is absolutely worth seeing.Tradus automat.
