Nothing—it was just traumatic

From the moment we arrived, we had problems with cleanliness and, above all, with the gas stove, which stopped working several times. After the staff intervened, we were told that the igniter was broken and that we would have to use matches. While using the stove, a gas leak occurred, causing a fire in the kitchen. The flames spread to the furniture, and we had to call the staff, who put out the fire with fire extinguishers. Our belongings were covered in chemical residue, and we had to throw away food and other damaged items. Later, Huttopia itself acknowledged in writing the cause of the fire: a cracked brass part beneath the stove that was causing a gas leak. We submitted the available documentation regarding the damaged property. Huttopia reimbursed the cost of the stay but refused to compensate us for the remaining losses, claiming a lack of sufficient evidence—despite the existence of photographs, invoices, and supporting documents, and the fact that their own staff members were present during the incident. We find it particularly serious that, after acknowledging the source of the gas leak, they refuse to cover the property damage resulting from the fire.

Claire's welcome and support were extremely good! The tranquillity of the space and the cleanliness were very pleasant.

The monitors Alejandro and Saray have been very attentive at all times of the families who were there. They are great people who are a pleasure to meet, because they bring a very good vibe. We have been able to enjoy with the family, disconnect from stress and make friends with other families. The pizzas they prepare are very good and very natural. The bread is also very good. Not having television and little coverage makes you connect better with nature and the place is ideal.

Possibility of having a drink in the rest area of the pool-lake while the kids swim. There could be something more to snack at the bar. The access to the campsite is by an asphalt road not too comfortable.

In the evening there was no hot water In the night a dozen cars come into the campsite at 4 am. Road to the campsite from Hinojos and the road to El Rocio was just bad for cycling

Peace and tranquility, a beautiful campsite located in the heart of Doñana, great for disconnecting.

The last 3 kms of the forest road is not in good shape, the 2nd pool was not working, and water of the pool for the children was not clean (it is clean in early hours).

Very messy. Plumbing poor. Regularly no water. Dust from trees was very bad, everything saw yellow / brown
