K.July 2024PlusuriBeautiful Swedish location for southern Sweden Much in the immediate vicinityMinusuri- Not for older children - many uneven places - despite paid place guarantee when booking other place received - the sanitary facilities are not cleaned daily!Natural, Swedish place with not so clean sanitary facilitiesThis was our second stop on our first vacation in Sweden. The location is great! Everything is within easy reach and the nature is very Swedish for southern Sweden. The children loved the swimming area right next to the campsite.
Unfortunately, we got a different pitch than the one reserved when we booked.... We even spent around 20 for the guaranteed pitch. When asked about this, we were told that it was only one place further....fss principle is still superfluous. Fortunately, we had a very flat pitch, but there were also very uneven pitches where you have to jack up a lot. The playgrounds were no longer really interesting for our older children (9 and 12 years old). The sanitary facilities were ok at first glance, but unfortunately they were only cleaned once during our 4-day stay! And that in the high season, with few wash houses and few toilets and showers! On the other days only the garbage was taken out - at least! We would come again, but without children. The site is very nice, but unfortunately some pitches are very sloping. You can get a bit of a fright.
The wash houses had no waiting times, despite the site being fully booked. You can hire canoes, boats or... go on nice tours across the lake on a stand-up paddleboard. There are beautiful paths in the surrounding area, and Karlahamn is a lovely little town nearby. The surrounding area is partly park-like and follows the profile of the terrain. Therefore, it is not easy to set up our caravan on level ground. We were rewarded with peace and quiet, beautiful views and the opportunity to swim in the lake. Really fantastic. We will definitely be back!Tradus automat.

The owner takes his time and is extremely friendly to his guests with a pleasant personal manner. He tries to find a solution for all requests. The site itself: very hilly - wedges are compulsory on the site - but situated on a beautiful lake. This serves as a drinking... water reservoir for the neighboring municipality, which means that boats can be used on it - but not with petrol engines. The site is quite large and the pitches are sufficiently spacious. During our stay, the site was fully occupied. Apart from a few permanent campers, the site is mainly frequented by tourist campers. In my opinion, the wash house is undersized and quickly reaches its capacity limit. However, it was always in good condition and the operators attached great importance to cleanliness - even if the facilities seem a little older. The nearest supermarket can be reached quickly by bike and Karlshamn is worth a trip by bike on cycle paths. Apart from that, the campsite doesn't have any entertainment, which I found absolutely pleasant. The place is really beautifully situated and the lake was nice and warm at 24 degrees and incredibly clean. Just don't be alarmed that the water is so dark......this is only due to... the underground.....the water itself and the lake are fantastic. The site is very well laid out and there is a great walk along the water. The reception was very friendly and helpful. You can hire canoes and rowing boats and there is also a nice little store. The sanitary facilities are really a bit older but always clean. We usually camp very often on luxury pitches and it didn't bother us at all because it was always clean. We had pitch no. 6 and can recommend all the pitches in this area without exception. We would definitely come againTradus automat.

Rental offer of boats etc. Value for moneyMinusuriOutdated, basic sanitary facilities, the playground for the children could be made nicer and more interesting.Quiet, idyllic, cozy Swedish feeling placeThe site is somewhat quiet, hidden, secluded in the forest by Lake Långasjöns. The terrain is hilly and stretches along the lake. The reception is in one building together with a small store (food, drinks, toys, camper accessories, bread rolls, ice cream, pastries and even fishing equipment) and the... snack bar. We were there in June after midsummer, had not booked, the place was about 60% full. We were given a choice of 3 pitches. These are located on a meadow, on a hill, under trees or partly with a view of the lake as you like. The site is clean and well maintained. As is the beautiful beach with bathing jetty, platform and extra non-swimmer area. You can go hiking/walking directly from the campsite, sometimes directly along the lake. The pitches are spacious and there is plenty of room all around, but a long power cable is an advantage. You can fish from the campsite or on the water. Fishing permits and boats are available from reception. You can also hire canoes and kayaks with life jackets and bicycles there. The sanitary facilities are very simple, sparse and old. In the sanitary building there is a kitchen with several cooking facilities, fridges, dining area and lounge with TV. The price is quite reasonable. Electricity columns directly at the pitches. The site is beautifully situated on the lake, with several bathing jetties in the lake and a sandy beach with a marked non-swimmer area and barbecue area. Rental cabins are separated from the camping area, the site... is partly on a slope. Older sanitary facilities and you have to pay for the showers (take 5 SKR pieces with you!). Fantastically situated on the peninsula along the lake. You can swim, hike, fish or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. The owners and staff are always very friendly and helpful. Karlshamn is only about 15 minutes away from the campsite and therefore close to the shops and the Baltic Sea.Tradus automat.

The owner is very friendly and happy to help with personal tips. The beach is wonderful and the lake is a dream. The sanitary facilities are a bit older, but always clean. I would like to emphasize that there was a hairdryer, great! The many fireplaces are very nice, and... there is even free firewood at one of them. The ruins of the paper mill are within walking distance, and you can drive to Mörrum to go salmon fishing or watch the fish. Great ice cream parlor next to the visitor center!Tradus automat.

Sanitary facilities not the latest, but perfectly okay and always clean. Fantastic, spacious site in the middle of beautiful nature, including wild rabbits that constantly hop across the site. There's lots to discover in... the surrounding area. Extensive leisure activities on the site and in the surrounding area.
