Anyone looking for luxury here is out of place and should rather go to a 3-4 star site in Vimmerby! Here the simple and natural incl. nature still has priority. Amy & Sven do their best and sorry when you... see and hear how some guests behave here, I take my hat off to the hospitality! And one more thing, it's up to you how clean you are after a toilet/shower.Tradus automat.
- Torsten S.May 2022PlusuriThe campsite is in a quiet location with a beautiful view of the lake. The pitches are large enough. It's not far to the wash house The kitchen, which is also used for washing up, is new and the water for washing up is really warm. The showers are free of charge.MinusuriThe washbasins are in the same room as the toilets. There is no possibility to hike, cycle or walk the dog. All paths go along the road. There are 4 showers that are used unisex and unfortunately are not heated. Unfortunately you cannot see from the outside which shower is occupied and you have to try to find one first (you have to enter the 8-digit code for each shower).Beautifully situated campsiteA beautifully situated campsite, where the approach with caravans is a bit strenuous, as the roads are narrow in places. The site itself is cozy and beautifully situated. Unfortunately, there are no paths for hiking, cycling or walking. They all run along the road. The site is dominated by anglers. The nearest supermarket is at least 12 km away.Tradus automat.

Very nice operators Rural locationMinusuriNo more bathing platforms or jetty in the lakeSwedish camping in the countrysideThe site is small, manageable and is situated away from the main roads in an idyllic location in the middle of the Swedish countryside. The pitches are close to nature and quite spacious. The owners are very friendly and always on hand. There is a café and lots of delicious homemade cakes, cookies, cookies,... juice, jam, etc. Please try the blueberry cake, you can only get something so delicious there.
The check-in was friendly and we were able to choose one of the few free seats. The campsite was fully booked at the beginning of August. All around the campsite there is only nature and lake, great for hiking, walking, cycling, canoeing etc. Canoe and motorboat rental.

Sanitary always clean. Large individual shower cubicles, plenty of space if you are showering with the kids, for example. Nice trips to the Åsnen National Park. The lake is great for swimming. Shallow entrance, good for small children. The pitches with lake views are simply fantastic! Not all of them are suitable for large caravans (fortunately....). As the pitches are fixed, you have plenty of space around you. Most of the... pitches have a fire basket and the fires are lit everywhere in the evening. That the sanitary facilities are only moderate: so what! Lots of families and almost only Germans.Tradus automat.

The location on the lake is beautiful and the pitch was nice and big. The "crumble" in Amy's Cafe was also very tasty. What we didn't like so much were the toilets. They were very basic, not very numerous and not always very clean, but this could also be down... to the users. Even more annoying was the mood of the owner couple. Amy bakes better than she deals with the customers and the boss whined to us about how much money everything costs. Unfortunately, not very pleasant!Tradus automat.
